[Note: Joshua, I asked several participants in the thread to read your posts and they thought what they did wouldn't really matter at this point, so I'm posting. This post is made with the assumption that you activated the Sharingan after the explosion, as that was the only mention I could find in your post (Ctrl+F: tomoe, sharingan)]
Tame was....rather puzzled. It would have seemed that his opponents had begun to be affected by his earlier technique, the Crystal Release: Abrasive Devastation. They began to flee.....in a rather disorganized manner, he might add. The red-haired one went in his own way, seemingly fleeing from the radius of his opponent's jutsu....a wise move, seeing as how the damage was only going to get worse, but he'd get his comeuppance later. No one could hide from Tame.
The younger one, the one that used the Substitution earlier, had received damage from Tame's technique....finally. The rogue ninja thought it odd that a ninja of that calibre had managed to evade his attacks, which were faster than most people, for such a long time. After that, he too retreated....but this one wasn't going to get away. No, he had drawn blood...he was akin to a wild animal in that sense. Maybe a shark....once he tasted blood, the prey would never get away. Though, this one was admittedly fast compared to, say, the other one with the dog. He got out of Tame's sensory radius quite quickly....which only meant that he had to expand it. With the smallest of mental efforts, the boy's chakra signature---which the smaller radius had caught, and he was able to memorize---became clear to him again. Not too far away, but a good deal of distance, the boy stopped; he was seemingly conversing with someone....focusing on that person, Tame was temporarily overwhelmed. This one had extremely powerful chakra....both in sheer quality and his reserves of it. He exuded it. If the Nuke-ninja had to guess, this person was the Hokage. Or at the very least, he was a Sannin. By his conjectures, the lower-ranked ninja had probably informed this man of what happened. Without a doubt, he would be hunted for soon enough. About two seconds after he noticed the Hokage---he could see the garb clearly, especially as how....the man oddly stripped down to nothing
but the robes---he decided to go into hiding. With another mental effort, the Hiding-With-Camouflage technique came into effect. Tame near-instantly disappeared from pretty much every human sense, and, in his experience, even some super-human senses. The Hokage's chakra was stirring....that only meant one thing, in the fashion he had just departed. He was about to perform a jutsu of some kind. Especially how he yelled to the Konoha ninja and civilians to clear the area....it was probably a very potent one. Enough so that it somehow risked casualties.
But it was of no consequence to Tame. He simply had himself evacuate the area. Reading the movements of Konoha ninja and even the everyday citizens, he distanced himself to, by eyeballing it, eighty meters from his previous location. It was only natural for him....long range was his specialty. If those who would oppose him gave him the opportunity to put distance between them, that was their own folly.
Then, everything stopped. Or, it seemed like it did to Tame. The moment before a huge, devastating assault....it was breathtaking, awe-inspiring, yet filled with angst for the inevitable attack.
Time marched forward, and that one tick of the clock in Tame's head heralded a magnificent and horrible sight: a dome or ball (he couldn't tell whether it dug into the ground from his current vantage point) of energy, and a larger orb of distortion around it. Then, a forceful wind swept through the area. If he had to guess, Tame would have ventured that it was a shockwave of some sort. The Hokage was famed for wielding Bakuton....yet the former Yamada had no idea of its power until that second. Indeed, he could still see buildings collapsing from the awesome power of the attack, even if not caught directly in it. Whatever
was in the direct attack radius....well, it wasn't there any more, that was for sure. Either way, Tame knew he had to take a closer look.
Hopping up on a rooftop (at least the group of buildings he hid behind didn't fall; a few here and there still stood where the attack was launched) Tame snuck in typical ninja fashion (in his experience, it was far enough to avoid any detection) to follow the Hokage, who was now exiting the huge crater that was seemingly the result of his own attack. 'Twas impressive, to say the least....Either way, the Hokage navigated himself to a street that was seemingly untouched by either of their assaults. Tame, reacting to the start of the Fire Shadow's movement, tried to keep ahead of him, but his lead did not stay for long. The sheer speed of the Hokage allowed him to match the Missing-Ninja's own. Tame decided that he needed an area from which to strike...since it wasn't a good idea to engage a Sharingan user, especially one as powerful as to be named Hokage.
The Nuke-ninja climbed a tower that, from the top, was about thirty-five meters from the street Tatsumaru had just jumped onto....with astonishing speed, the former Hidden Stone ninja would quickly draw his arrowguns and surge chakra through them.
I would like to say this is the end.... He would have loved to project that to the Hokage, but it would give away his location. If they were visible, his arrowguns would have surely been glowing with chakra; the sheer amount of effort he would put into this one shot was unimaginable. As the Hokage's back was to him, both due to luck as to where he turned and how Tame was trained, he noticed....
Huh, you have a nice ass. Too bad I'll have to gore it. Combining them into the Arbalest form, he began to charge his shot, and released it soon after.
Strike Raid...and Warp Snipe. I won't let you get away...! A single, rather enormous bolt of crystal left the tip of the combined Shard-Stinger arrowguns. This attack, if he had not taken the necessary steps to cover his weaknesses, would be noticed very early. But no....over the past five years of being a Nuke-ninja, he ran countless simulations, even on the innocent....
The bolt, which had the same imperceptibility of Tame himself, flew at amazing speed towards his bare torso, right in the top middle where it would sever his neck. The shooter had his eyes wide open, trying to detect the slightest movement of the Hokage, so that he could direct the bolt at him should he move. Despite its speed, it could be controlled. Of that he wasn't certain, but was confident enough. Chakra was responsible for many extraordinary things, after all; even all these maneuvers were completed in the smallest amount of time he could manage, which was quite impressive seeing as he was a Jounin.
After his lone shot, Tame departed from his tower, in the direction opposite the Hokage, to take shelter from any retaliation. Lesson number two of Kyuujutsu: shoot and run, shoot and run.

Description: This ability allows Tame to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra. This is done by concentrating and opening the mind's eye; incredible mental focus is needed to achieve this, and as such this ability may not be copied.
Generally, a sort of sixth sense is how Tame is able to sense where people are, and he can accurately deduce distance and direction; however, by closing his eyes, he's able to 'see' his surroundings by chakra. as everything living emits chakra, He can see people, trees and the like, and inanimate objects (due to surrounding beings' chakra resonating off them), even outside of his natural field of vision. By focusing on one particular chakra signature (which he can store and recall by memory), he can ferret out one person's location and movement. This technique lets Tame pierce through jutsu lower than his own rank that would hide someone, via chakra or other means. The ability has other uses besides tracking and sensing. It allows Tame to detect fluctuations in chakra within 300m of himself, so he can tell when people are lying or whether a Genjutsu (of his rank or lower) is active, even on himself.

Description: A technique that thinly coats the user in chakra, making the user essentially imperceptible by multiple processes. It negates the user from making any sound, as well as erasing their scent. In addition, this jutsu refracts light around the user to make them invisible to those of their rank who don't have Ace Eye or Focused; those who can see the distortion made by this jutsu must be within 20 meters to detect it. The user begins to suppress their chakra, while the chakra coating around them suppresses any trace of them whatsoever, be it biological, air disturbances, footsteps, or anything else. As such, the user is also unable to be detected by any sensory technique of their own rank or lower. This technique is excellent for sneak attacks; however, they can only use 1 jutsu of their own rank or lower (+1 jutsu per rank lower the jutsu is) ;any more and they have to dispel this technique. Techniques initiated before this jutsu do not count against this. If the user is touched any more than being brushed up against by another human/pet/summon, the jutsu ends.

Description: A technique that Tame developed in order to become more versatile. It allows him to crystallize his entire body and dissolve it into small, granular particles. No visual change is noticeable in the heat of battle; if someone with Ace Eye or such could get up close for 2 posts, they could spot this transformation.
~By using the latent chakra used for the technique, he controls his crystalline body. For example, he can walk upside-down in midair up to 3m up (so his head is about 10ft above the ground) so long as there's ground underneath him (if the ground beneath him is heavily disturbed, he has to land within 15m for one post). Fast movement can make it seem like he's flying. This gives him no immunities, he just prefers this.
~His body is dissolved into granules of crystal; it alters the way he takes damage. Attacks still meet resistance as with a normal body, and he still flinches, but wounds seem not to appear on him. This is because the force of the blow is equally distributed throughout his body. He's damaged just the same by attacks, it just doesn't show.
~If he has the D-rank of this technique active, he can pay 5 chakra in addition to the maintenance cost of that post to rank the technique up to C.
~This jutsu can also afford him one of two things, for -5 chakra for that post:
- Once per post, Tame can loosen the granules of his body and reduce his mass so as to move more quickly for a small period of time, giving him 1.3x his normal speed for the duration of the post.
- Once per post, he can compact his crystalline structure to avoid damage from an attack not enhanced by chakra, of his own rank or lower. If it is chaka-based and his rank or lower, it is lowered in power by 1 rank.

Description: A technique that spawns crystal dust. It allows a temporary boost in the ammo capacity of his arrowguns. Tame gains crystal dust enough to give him bullets equal to his max ammo, effectively doubling his shooting capacity should he already have max ammo.
- In Fusillade mode, this jutsu both gives him more ammo and automatically reloads his existing ammo upon activation. For the duration of the technique, his rate-of-fire is increased by 2x the norm for Fusillade, but also reduces his piercing power by .5 inch.
- In Arbalest mode, he can use 4 shots at once to make a (2ft-long x 3/4ft-wide) octrahedral bullet with twice the speed and penetrative force of a regular bolt, which gives it some concussive force as well. He can do this twice in succession, +1 per rank above Genin. This mode does not increase ammo capacity, and halves firing rate.

Description: A technique that can be used while Critical Shot is active, and is preferably used as such. Tame uses this jutsu most often by sniping down targets from afar. He creates a transparent platform to snipe from, elevated and distanced from the target; it is not enclosed, but can't be broken easily (it can take 2 A-rank techniques). When he has taken aim, he can fire up to four shots in very rapid succession(equal to 2 regular), guiding them slightly using Fūton. Whether or not he does this, Tame shoots a bolt of pure crystal (not made of compacted dust like the others) at the target that takes up as much crystal as 4 regular ones; its compacted nature lets it withstand amazingly high speeds. This has 2x the speed and 1 rank higher in piercing power in comparison to a normal shot, stacking with other bonuses; it releases a small explosion that knocks the target 2m into the air or causes more damage around the hit site (depending on whether he hit the legs or the torso/head). He can repeat this however many times he pleases. However, if the target dodged at least the last bolt of the Fusillade, and is aware that Tame is firing another bolt, he/she can use a Fuuton element of A rank or higher to turn the bolt against Tame by using 30 chakra (similar to his Warp Snipe). To avoid damage, he will often use Wind Release to direct it at his platform, but this weakens it and forces him off of it, ending the jutsu.

Description: Essentially an offensive form of the Chameleon technique. It lets him refract light around and through his bolts to make them imperceptible to everyone except those of one rank lower with the Ace Eye or Focused SCs, or someone of equal rank to him. Even then, they can only be seen from 30m away. The jutsu also completely eliminates the bolt's scent and any air disturbance or sound they might make. In addition, the residual chakra used to make the bolts also is masked; the cumulative effect is that the only sensing jutsu that can detect these bolts must be of S-rank or above. (Must be used by a Player Character.)

Description: Only usable with Nag'ya no Jutsu. A maneuver used to make Tame's bolts behave differently in their path.
- Tame can shoot crystal bolts at the target, but, manipulating the air around them, he causes them to curve in their path in a different direction, up to 70°; thus, he can have them home in on targets should they be in the line of fire, but not completely U-turn to hit them. He can surprise attack targets by making them think he missed, but then deliver an attack to an unguarded angle.
- Cannot be used with Fusillade mode. Tame uses Fuuton to speed himself up and blur into the path of one of his already-shot bolts. He then stops the bolt in midair when it's about to hit him, and smacks it in a different direction, making it go just as fast. He can hit up to 3 bolts per post in this fashion.
- Only usable with Shoujin no Mai active, and cannot be used while in Arbalest mode. Tame uses dissolved crystals as a type of Bunshinjutsu. He dissolves his arrowguns, and possibly part of his arms; making crystal appear in another location, he materializes the arrowguns and shoots from there instead. The 'clone' arms and arrowguns are created in less than a second, and can shoot as if they were still connected to Tame. He can shoot from as many places as he'd care to within the duration, provided he has enough ammo. He can use this for one post, then switch to other applications, if he so desires.
