Idari imputed lazily as he withdrew the Hokage's Administration building, he was appointed to yet another mission this time it was completely ridiculous, he was to embellish some old abandoned garden into a statuesque community park, full of life. These were simple tasks he had to do for his village, and the money was always essential in these trivial D rank missions. Some man was waiting for him at the park, and with him awaited the equipment, from repairing broken old benches to planting a mature tree.
He meandered with confidence, his full height making him stand averagely tall within Konoha's populace. He walked with a lazy momentum, his back leaned about as he surveyed the sky with the curtains caging his sight. He would move forward carelessly, and pretty much disregard anybody who minded his neglect. The sun slowly added it's crimson hue to the dull and pitched black world the eyelids had offered, making it a void where sunlight was present. In irritation, he released an easy sigh as he could see the assignee was standing there, with a cold smile... waiting...
"Wut took ya so long? Whateva', here's yar equips."
The equipment expanded from shovels, nails, flowers, hammers, wood, boards, shovels and other supplies. They were all too much to handle at one time, but he staggered to make them portable anyway. The park would only take little of his time, based on his calculations, it would take him a scarce of minutes to arrive at the location. Some children were playing around in the mud, dirty puddles and were brawling over themselves. They were all unkempt, and were technically drowning in their own sweat.
Idari abandoned the stuff by the garden's entrance, he could see that it seriously required gardening attention. The benches were all broken and parts of it were missing, the trees were half chopped and the flowers were taken out. The grass was almost liquidated, and several patches of the grass consisted of dull, sour sand. He was left with the choice to do it with the kids or just do it alone. Undoubtedly, he bordered the group, only for them to stop fighting as soon as they noticed his presence.
They all seemed pretty too lousy about the fact that this place is for the poor, and began speaking all at once. The genin shouted in order to hush them, and naturally his voice overtook their own. "Hey you guys! Want some money? Help me repair this mess, will you?" All of them took up the offer and followed him to the equipment. He took everything and distributed everything for the children, there were in total over twelve individuals. Three went to plant new flowers and trees, a second trio went to enhance the terrain quality, whilst another three were off to purchase some supplies. And finally, the last three children were helping him repair the benches.
He took with him a brand new supply of boards, a hammer and dozens of nails. He even had to stuff the thing between his mouth. As he approached the first bench, he withdrew a sheet of paper and discharged the pile of nails, he began ripping off the remaining nails and took of the old, rusty board. Afterwards, the children would him position the new shiny board in the stead of the old one, as he began hammering in the new durable nails. The board was put in place. Yet the bench itself was far from finished, it still had missing wood parts, for example, there was a hole in the middle of the seating spot, which would seem really troublesome if sat on.
He measured the diameter of the spot, while he sent off the children to complete the other benches. He vacated a small rusty knife and tried to draw out the lines on the piece of wood. Now, he would go on kicking himself he wasn't a wood style user, but that's not really essential in these missions. Eventually, he managed to crack the thing out and tried to place it correctly with some viscid substance known as 'GLUE, your sticky friend'. It was done, and correctly placed.
He stood to his feet and turned, only to find the park as he the best as he could imagine. The flowers were blooming, the sand was now as raw as the grass and the trees were in lush with flora as well as the benches were all shiny and firmly into it's hinges. It was the best community lot he had ever went to, or more likely, created. He automatically gave a grin, as the mission was done and it was time for him to go home. But first, he was forced to return the equipment and ... Repay the children.
