Kiri don't often assign teams, but, there are a number of people who are rather active, i would attempt to shoot kirinito a message as well as nozomi, sero, nayoko (konoha ninja who's in kiri) as well as other active members to ask them if you would like you 'make' a team and do some threads together.

I would look to the 'everything you need to know about kiri' thread and have a read. It details some about how squads work and some other things.
