Mission description: The Misora clan has asked us to guard a caravan heading for a small village not to far from Kirigakure. However there have been recent reports that there are groups of rebels of the Mist Village attacking Caravans passing by. The Misora clan is willing to pay a little extra for protection from said rebels. Be cautious. Must go in a two man squad,minimum. Genin cannot go alone,needs to be with your squad(meaning there's 3 genin and your leader).Chunnin may only go in a team of 2. Anything higher can go alone or take somone with them.
Mission details: So obviously you will be attacked along your mission. You will be attacked by a jounin,who will put up a fight The battle is not going to be easy and you must at the same time protect the caravan. Enjoy the mission.

She is a tall woman,standing at 5'11. She has very long,light pink hair. She wears regular,cut, clothes and wears bandaged all over her body due to her Kaguya clan techniques.
Personality: A low tempered woman who hate everything to do with the Hidden Mist village.
Motivations: To destroy Kirigakure for the annihilation of her family.
Fears: The death to the remainder of her clan.
Other: She is a jounin ranked,rouge shinobi. She will be the one assaulting the caravan.

Fill in something for the fears. You mention NPC Chunnin, those will need a template filled out for them as well; or else just change the wording. I would say this requires a three man squad if you're going to send Genin at all; Chuunin or higher may go as a 2 man.

Are you sure you want it to be just one woman attacking 4 shinobi? Or add one extra shinobi? Similar to Team Seven when they faced Zabuza and Haku.

Yea I'm sure. At the most it would be a jounin with 3 genin. The genin would have a very difficult time fighting a jounin leveled opponent who is going at full power with killing intent. Two chunnin woul have a difficult time as well. Even a jounin would really. Its just a nice little,at home mission.

You also said that there are rebels and that the Misora clan is paying extra. I'm guessing Mai Kaguya is the leader of the rebels correct?

No she is not the leader of the rebels, she's just an angrey Kaguya. They are paying extra by making it a B-rank mission, instead of just C-rank.
