PULLING STRINGS (In progress)
This is a very important part of Kenji's and Kumogakure's development. As of late, the tensions between Kumo and all other nations besides Sunagakure has been strained. Kenji would like to take the opportunity to strengthen the relationship with Suna even further by going to assist the village. Suna has long been recognized for producing some of the best fuin and puppet users. Therefore, Kenji would like to show his support by going to Suna and training to learn one of their key specialties, puppet techniques. Once again, Kenji is hopeful that doing missions for the village and learning their fighting style will catapult their relationship to new heights. He is also looking to form strong bonds and partnerships there.




Jade Mountain (In progress)
Kenji as a youth, began learning about Senjutsu and thought to have a knack for the art. It was not until becoming a special jounin that he was skilled enough to fully master the art form. The ability gained from senjutsu granted him the ability to defeat Yu Xia, the ruler of a nearby agricultural settlement. They were in need of Kenji's resources, but the leader, due to a childhood grudge, refused to accept Kenji's assistance. Consequently, for the prosperity of the people, Kenji battle Yu in a death match, and rose victorious. This in turn allowed Kenji to revitalize the settlement and branch out to other rural villages. One of the villages outside of Kumogakure is called Liangzhu, and they are known for their jade. Currently, if not on a Kumogakure/Sunagakure mission or mentoring, he is at Jade Mountain. Here is also where Kenji does most of his strength training. Upon traveling to Jade Mountain, he realized he did not need a map, as his intuition led him. He soon learned that the natural energy there was so powerful it led him the whole way. Kenji does not know how to suppress this effect, so out of worry that malevolent sages might track the place, Kenji tries to stay as much as possible to provide protection. There is a secret tablet located in one of the cellars, the majority of the information is unreadable. Unbeknownst to Kenji, if two or more shinobi with S rank prowess in Senjutsu are in the tablet's presence, all of the missing information will appear, revealing a grave prophecy.
