Clan History:
The Risugami clan is a very old fashioned environment. One where men were considered the warriors/ninjas and woman were to hold the fort down and take care of the kids whilst the men were gone. Even if a woman was granted the privilege to become a ninja, they were taught only medical ninjutsu and minimal genjutsu to protect and defend their team mates with. Though both female and male could be born with the clans kekei genkai, it was only the males who were taught to use it and the females were told to not to in the hopes of forever suppressing the ability for the female generations to come. This later became a law within the clan, and if broken, the penalty would be outcast. Kais' grandmother Neigumi, was a kunoichi of Iwagakure, though one day when she had disobeyed one of the elders of the clan by trying to unravel her hidden kekkei genkai, she was reported immediately and sent outside of the clans perimeter. As negumi got older she began to understand and unveil the tip of what her kekkei genkai could do and how it could be utilized. Realizing what the elders were doing she immediately fled to the few remaining clan members who would speak with her and she told them about it. Over time, some clan members became suspicious of their higher ups and began to drift apart from them. These actions eventually led to the great divide, in which a small proportion of the Risugami left and became a group apart.

Description:
If the opponent stands 10 metres away from the tornado they have the chance to get sucked into it. If they are stuck in the tornado they can not get out until the jutsu stops. Everything in a 10 metres ranges gets sucked in and some things may fly out of the tornado and hit an opponent or individual. It can also be used as a defensive jutsu. When the jutsu is cast light first will appear before the tornado does. That light may blind the opponent for one to two posts.
The result of someone getting sucked in, will end up with 2 cm deep cuts and big bruises. If it is a large tornado the cuts will go max. 4 cm deep and the person inside might even brake bones but that is very rare.

Description:
The user shoots arrows made out of lightning. The user can shoot it in every direction. The light of the lightning may blind the opponent. The arrow will go through the body of the opponent and leaves behind different kind of burns, the max. is a third degree burn. It will also leave behind a 2 cm deep cut in the centre of the hit. Around the cut appears a large bruise on both sides of the body. The arrow may be shot max. 8 times in a row.
Other Storm Release Jutsus will be placed in the Jutsu lists of members.

Description:
An immensely powerful Storm Release technique invented by Kaiteiru. Using the mastery over Storm Release, the individual creates multiple storm clouds in which a large bolt of orange colored lightning in the shape of a dragon comes and strikes foes at amazing speeds, the technique using both natural lightning and chakra created storm clouds. It reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second. The individual can then use his mastery of chakra control to guide the powerful attack to hit a particular opponent. It has enough power to hollow out two an entire mountains and overpower a Tailed Beast Ball. This technique cost a huge amount of chakra to use, and as such can only be used once in a thread. The technique gives the opponent min. a third degree burn if of course the opponent is lucky. It may also rip open some parts of the skin of a person with a direct hit.
