Mission name: Annihilate the Pirates

Objective: Annihilate the camp of pirates and their Leaders.

Mission description: The group of pirates bent on taking over the Land of Kirigakure after it's destruction have been located camped on the shore with they're ships anchored. Capture or kill every single one.
Mission details: This mission requires the individuals partaking to use common sense. They will be out numbered By a fleet of basic pirate thugs. About 30 genin ranked individuals with different skills and talents all prepared to kill. None of them know any jutsu but are armed with weapons. This is what makes up the main camp.
Within this camp is one of the four leaders. Rak. He will pose as a physical challenge of about chunnin rank but like the others he doesn't know any jutsu. His strength however is immense enough to wield cannon balls on chains.
Once he is defeated A black ship will begin to pull away from the anchored ships and head out to sea. If you have not dealt with the camp yet they will begin to try and distract you and board the ships to engage you with the cannons.
Upon catching up to the black ship you will land on deck and be confronted by Sket and his sister Bek. Both of which are Spec Jounin rank and specialized in team work. They will prove a difficult challenge and between the two have all five basic elements of fire, lightning, earth, water and wind.
Once those two are dealt with the Captain Dark ripper will emerge from his cabin. He is a Jounin rank that has the strength and speed of a Sannin. He will prove to be formidable. Once he is dealt with He will burst into flames attempting to take the ship and anyone on the ship with him.

Personality: Aggressive and ready to jump head first into a fight with everyone.
Motivations: To Take over Kiri and prove his Strength can not be beaten.
Fears: Fears being crushed under some one else's power and has arachnophobia.
Other: Wields Two chain weapons with three cannon balls on the end of each chain. His destructive power with them is immense. They are about ten feet in length each. His strength is at a Jounin level but his speed is that of a Chunnin.

Personality: Sarcastic but funny in his own way he likes to toy with his opponents and see if they can get along.
Motivations: Just to relax and have fun. His loyalties lie with his Sister though so He follows her where ever she goes.
Fears: His sisters death more then anything else. She is the only thing he holds dear so he protects her with his life.
Other: Sket is a mildly intelligent individual who utilizes hidden weapon techniques and elemental Ninjutsu. Between him and his sister He is more capable with Jutsu. His Elements are fire, Earth and Water. Fire and Earth are S and Water is C rank. Kenjutsu is A rank. Ninjutsu is S rank. Special Jounin rank.

Personality: Bek is an angry girl who hates just about every one and everything. She complains about anything and if confronted she will Beat the living crap out of some one.
Motivations: Bek is in love with the Captain even though he feels nothing in return. So much so that she dedicated her life to him. She will fight to the death for her love.
Fears: The Captain dying while she still lives or leaving her behind. She can not stand the idea of being away from him.
Other: Bek is a violent girl who uses a two sword style with chakra flow enhanced speed and Elements on her blades. One blade is infused with Lightning and stuns on contact and the other is Infused with Wind. Cutting through every thing it touches. Chakra flow and Kenjutsu are A rank. Elements are S rank. Spec Jounin rank.

Personality: Self centered and Over confident This individual will step on even those who love him to achieve his goals.
Motivations: To Take over Kiri, His home country, With his Pirate Armada and become a king. To enslave its people to do his bidding and live in luxury like a king.
Fears: Being thwarted in his attempts And facing his own mortality. His beauty marked and taken from him.
Other: He fights with a Chinese Broad sword. His skills are impressive to say the least. He combines Fire and lightning in both his blade and in a spinning wave around his body so when he gets close to anyone they are shocked and burned, As the Fire wave is a spinning aura one foot from him that causes third degree burns on contact. Chakra flow and Kenjutsu are both S rank and his strength and speed are that of a Sannin.

A third party is RPing these pirates, non? Not letting you NPC them yourselves in an S rank mission, no sir...

For approximation of power, give the rank of the ninja and the rank that they can use their specs/elements up to.

Some of the techniques (non-chakra flow) you may want to list out. Such as Ninjutsu and that spinny element wave thing.
