Menda nervously thanked the woman he had previously been speaking too before making his way out of home and back onto the street. The sun had just gone down and menda has just started his mission to catch a cat burglar that was stealing from the homes in kumogakure. Thought he was completely out of his element having to talk with these people to attempt to gather information on this mysterious women if it was what he had to do to find her he was going to force himself to get it done. His previous nervousness and anxiousness from forcing a conversation with a civilian to try to find information on her had subsided as he continued to make his way down the street. Instead of just going from house to house menda decided it would be faster and much less stressful to just look for houses that may have signs of damage that could have possibly been her doing. Though searching in the dark would be slightly difficult it was much better then having to talk to more people if he didn't have to.

After about an hour of examining houses and finding no damage on them that looked like a break he decided it would be wise to go to take a look at the most expensive houses as they would have the most valuable belonging within them. Though he didn't expect to get much out of them he noticed that a mansion looked as if it had one of the windows replaced as it stood out from the rest of the windows. The massive 3 story mansions had beautiful stained glass windows while one was a ordinary clear window. Making his way through the gate and towards the front door of the mansion he looked at the two large chinese lion heads with the rings to use for knocking piercing through their nose instead of being in their mouth. Lifting the heavy solid gold ring up and let go of it causing it to slam into the door to get the attention of anyone inside. Waiting for a moment he couldn't hear anything inside but the large door began to open revealing a middle aged man in a suit much like menda's with a very angry look on his face.

"You're late!"

Before menda could respond the man yanked him into the house and pushed him into the room that was to the left of the doors. Looking around the room it was a very lively kitchen full of chefs and more suited men and a few women that were carrying trays of food out into another room. It appeared that there must have been some kind of party going on which was rather surprising being that menda couldn't hear any noise coming from the inside of the house even with all these people in it. While menda continued to scan the large room he vision was blocked by a white apron was thrown on top of his head.

"Grab a tray and get to work we don't have time to waste."

The man grabbed two trays and made his way out into the other room quickly. Wrapping the apron around his body and tying it tightly behind him he quickly grabbed a tray of food and made his way out into the other room following behind the man. Entering the large room it looked almost like a ball room full of people mingling while the waiters walked around offering horderves to them. Menda walked through the crowd of conversing civilians offering the horderves to them and lowered the tray, They appeared to be shrimp puffs the guests quickly cleaning the tray. When the tray was cleared he made his way to the front of the crowd to attempt get their attention. He tried waving his hands but the crowd was too distracted with what they were doing to pay any attention to him. Grabbing a glass that appeared to filled with some liquor and a fork to hit against the glass. The loud clinking sound quickly quieting and grabbing the attention of the large group of people all of them stopping and looking towards him.

"I'm sorry to bother you but i'm wondering if any of you have seen a women dressed like a cat around the night time?"

Speaking nervously he looked around the crowd seeing their faces most of them puzzled some of them laughing at such a preposterous question, It was obvious that they had no idea what they were talking and he made his way back down and out of his way out of the house quickly to avoid being noticed by the man that pulled him in there in the first place. Making his way down the street judging by the large crowd he could tell that tonight would be a perfect night for her to appear again. Walking down the street his suit blending in with the darkness he hoped he would be able to see her sneak in undetected and catch her before she has a chance to escape. Continuing down the street his peaceful walk was interrupted by a loud crash nearby, Quickly turning he ran down an alleyway jumping onto the building where the sound was coming from expecting to catch the cat burglar entering the building. Looking down all he could see was darkness unable to even see the broken window below him just when he was about to leave the women jumped onto the roof near him the women appearing to be startled by the man on the roof where she had just been.

She was a very fit women wearing a black skull cap with cat ears that stretched to her nose connecting to her suit that was also skin tight and black. She smiled at him and blew a kiss before running off jumping from building to building a sack full of what he assumed was stolen goods the sack seeming not to slow her down at all. Menda quickly followed behind her being able to easily catch up to her using his above average speed he would easily close in on her and subdue her. The burglar could hear him approaching and created two what appeared to be clones of herself. They shuffled around using what appeared to be the body flicker technique before splitting up one going in either direction and one going straight forward.

Still following behind her he stopped for a moment and looking around as the burglar was starting to get away. Remembering the briefing on the women she was a former ninja that was skilled in genjutsu. Menda pinched himself to get himself out of the genjutsu he appeared to be trapped in looking around again he could now see the replicas of her were now gone and the real person was running on the right side of him. Menda charged behind her only losing about 2 or 3 buildings to her he quickly chased behind her catching up with her before she had time to activate a genjutsu again thrusting himself forward off of the ledge of a building and kicking his foot out he kicked her in the back knocking her off the building and onto the ground. The kick wasn't strong enough to kill her as it was aimed at her legs but it was strong enough to knock her onto the ground and possible knock her out.

Jumping to the building that he knocked her off of he looked down to her a puff of smoke exploding from below him. Unsure of what it was he covered his mouth and nose jumping away as the smoke cleared. Looking over the edge the burglar was now gone only a piece of paper remaining in her place. Walking over and picking the paper up he examined it before opening up and reading what was inside. It appeared to be a location as well as a few things written in pink.

" Had fun with you my little kitten. As a reward for showing me a good time I've written the location of the things I've stolen. Let's play this game again XOXO "
