D-rank
A shoe...I have to find a shoe. Who in the right mind approves such a mission for us shinobi? I know it's a D-rank but a student could do this. Moku dashed along the roof-tops of buildings, his legs thrusting downwards as the plates of material rattled under his sandals. He was determined to legitimately find a man's shoe. The man acted as if it was his prized possession, ranting on about the money he paid for the shoe, even stating who he bought it from. This opened up two pathways: hunting for the shoe or buying a replica. As he approached a specified area the man said he thought the shoe could be in, Moku landed into a slide, trailing down the the rooftop and sliding off of it. As he landed, the other people looked at him in slight disgust. The people in this area didn't seem to approve of shinobi, it was made apparent by the expression on their faces. He took a deep breath and started slowly trotting along, looking left and right searching for any sign of the shoe. When Moku couldn't find the shoe, he decided to show a drawn picture of a shoe with a written description.
Most people shooed Moku away, annoyed by the fact he couldn't speak a single word. I knew people would react this way...Baka...I need to find the shoe. the cold temperature stinging at his skin, he silently sighed. One aged man decided to speak up, saying that a child decided to carry around a jeweled shoe. Who would... Moku began to think, but realized why the shoe was special. It had jewels in it that may have increased the value significantly. No wonder he lost a shoe, probably lied when he was actually mugged. He nodded and wrote down on a pad that he needed directions. The man said the boy rushed down to the southern part of the village. After nodding once more, Moku rushed back on top of the roof tops and rushed down south, scanning the area in search of a boy with a jeweled shoe. After a few minutes of travel he reached the area mentioned by the old man. Jumping and landing into a slide, he performed the same exit from the roof tops as before.
