Sanosuke

Sanosuke

D-rank
Running through the forest, Sanosuke was picking up momentum rather quickly even though it was raining here in Kumogakure. With the Raikage gone, Sanosuke had taken the brute of the workload off of the Raikage’s shoulders so he can assist her. And that meant that he had a rather particular mission he had to take care of because of the overall need of the situation. From the reports he was given by the Raiakge’s assistant, the lovely Amy, there was a funeral that was run by a mobster family. Sanosuke was rather familiar witht his family because for a while Sanosuke was keeping tabs on them on a mission. It was another duty that the Raikage left him with when she had left. It was usually surveillance and interrogation. This was what Sanosuke was doing, he would usually spy around them for sales and see what they were doing. Even though Sanosuke wasn’t usually suited for spy and espionage missions, he’d be force to make do with his abilities because he was the only shinobi available for espionage. There was also a mole in the organization that will be able to tell them the specific plans of the mobster family.

But that wasn’t enough, there was constant danger that the mole might be discovered; so Sanosuke waited in the darkness still as night, as support. If the mole’s cover was blown, then Sanosuke would jump in and rescue him before shit hit the ceiling too severely. The main reason why they were doing this espionage mission was because Kumo needed solid evidence like plans, blueprints, or recordings of the members before arresting them. And that’s where the mole came in; if they can get information then they can be locked away for a long time. There was always the chance that the mole’s cover can be discovered and thus Sanosuke would pull them out and capture them all and hope the evidence they had at the time would be enough to send them away for a bit so they can find more substantial evidence.

But here Sanosuke was, he was running rather quickly through the forests and mountain valleys that were in Sanosuke’s path making his way to a hot tip that there was something going down at a funeral that had confirmed sightings of the mobster family; there were even sightings of the head mobster Al Caboone. This was too easy! They would be able to get rid of this whole organization in one fell swoop. From what the informant told him about the reason why they were at this funeral was that the body in the casket that was being buried was still alive. The body was some merchant who pissed off the mob family by not paying them their money on time. And so they put the man under a genjutsu and pressured the mobster family to bury the body as a funeral claiming that the merchant man was dead. He had to stop the madness right now or else another man would be killed right in front of him. There was no way that he was going to allow another person to die while he was around just because he was too slow.

Whipping past a mountain that was in his path, Sanosuke pumped chakra into his feet. Smiling slightly, Sanosuke remembered he had come a long way from struggling to pump chakra into his body to gain faster but now it was an easy job for him due to his training. He really had come a long way from where he was. He gained so much strength and there was still much for him to learn as a shinobi. Finally he had reached the funeral and there were other people there. There near the casket were some mobsters who were helping out in the assistance of burying the body in the ground each wearing suits while they mockingly showed respect to the “dead” body. Watching the body get buried was what Sanosuke concluded to be the family members of the unconscious merchant who were all crying or trying to hold back tears in fear that the mobster family might strike them down because of tears might enrage the mobster or annoy the man who was watching the funeral take progress. And the man watching the funeral take progress was on top of the inclining of the mountain hill who was sitting on top of leather seats while there were other mobster members who were holding fans that were waving it in front of the boss while another mobster was holding an umbrella was his crime boss who was watching the developments with a smirk.

Sanosuke laughed and walked slowly up to funeral so all can see him as he approached them, when looking at the man being fanned and shielded like he was royalty. Everyone turned their attention to Sanosuke in an odd look, even the man observing the funeral looked to see what was going on. While he was walking, Sanosuke noticed that he still had his hood of his overcoat over him so it would be rather hard for the mobster or the head mobster to figure out who Sanosuke was. ”So you’re the ‘infamous’ Al Caboone huh?” Sanosuke concluded with a mocking sneer as he walked closer to the mobsters while radiating a lot of killing intent with the pure mass of his chakra that he was exerting so that the members of the mob family knew who they were messing with.

The mobster head by the name of Al Caboone while the funeral was going on was drinking champagne out of glass until Sanosuke arrived in a hooded outfit. How he was wearing the outfit made him look like a shadow figure head. But when Sanosuke appeared his face scrunched up in fury, as though a piggy was shaking in anger. “Who the hell is this kid?” Caboone said to his subordinates thinking that at least one of them knew who this guy was but none of them did. So they stared at Sanosuke wondering who he was, it was kind of funny having all the attention on him.

”Gotta say Booney, you’re a lot uglier than I’ve heard” Sanosuke mockingly said as he stretched his legs and then his right arm so that his headband of the village hidden in the leaves can be seen by the mobster head. At the sight of headband, the crime boss looked as though he was having a heart attack. So it took the over grown fat ass long enough to realize that Sanosuke wasn’t some child who was strolling around. Just showing his headband notified him that Sanosuke was someone who couldn’t be mistaken as just another kiddo.

“K-k-kill him! Kill him right now!” Caboone stuttered in fear as he was scared of the headband. Sanosuke was simply holding back in power as he watched the mobsters swarm all over the place and tried to attack Sanosuke. Looking at the men, Sanosuke counted just about 10 of them while there were still 2 still burying the body in the ground. This was going to be fun, Sanosuke thought to himself as he focused chakra into his hands so they were swords of chakra stemming from his fingertips to a fine point. Once one mobster was close enough, Sanosuke rammed his left bladed hand in the man’s stomach. Upon feeling his body slacken at the blow from the stomach, Sanosuke could tell that Sanosuke had easily been put down and is already on the road to hell. Before his training of chakra, Sanosuke would have flipped out and his body would have shook in fear. But not now, his body was still and no wavering in anyway shape or form. Things were going to get good.

2 more mobsters approached Sansouke from both sides wielding kunai in an attempt to wedge them in his ribs at both of his sides. Jumping in the air, Sanosuke spun around to kick both of the mobsters in the face so that spun around uncontrollably so that their bodies were facing away from Sanosuke. With their shoulders facing Sanosuke, he brought down his bladed hands diagonally so that they each received identical cuts coming down on their shoulders. Before the bodies hit the floor, Sanosuke did a back flip and threw his 2 kunai at the jugular of target. Blood came down from the wounds as Sanosuke landed on his two feet and dashed right at 3 unsuspecting mobsters who didn’t have time to prepare for the strike. They were cut down with several circular cuts from his bladed hands.

In just 5 minutes, Sanosuke had took down 5 mobsters. There were other mobsters who were shaking in fear and didn’t think at all that they could be able to fight him. Caboone was in shock at how easy his henchmen were cut down. “It’s either you kill him or I kill your family you got that you fucking losers!” Caboone stammered throwing his glass at one of his men. That man went down rather hard on the ground dead from the strike of the bottle. So that’s probably 4 of them left now and the other 4 unknowingly dashed at Sanosuke in hopes of getting lucky with a strike. Idiots.

Running at them, Sanosuke let out a battle cry and slashed at the reveal stomachs of 2 henchmen who were sent to the ground and slid under the feet of another mobster to avoid a slash from the strike of the henchmen wielding a kunai in his hand. Once under them, Sanosuke slid and landed firmly on his hands and knees so he can recover and drive his chakra blade hands right into the depths of their spines; the men’s bodies spasmed tightly before relaxing at the blow. Withdrawing his hands, Sanosuke shook the blood from his hands and let the rain wash the blood on his hands. If he used the chakra exercises he was using he was making the adrenaline and fear conflict with each other so that they can make him feel great about his killing.

”Anyone else you got for me?” Sanosuke asked arrogantly as he removed his hood from his head. This was a joke, now all he had to do was kill Al Caboone and he would be great at his. Caboone snapped his fingers and 2 mercenaries popped up in just an instant from the ground so that Sanosuke can look at them. One looked like a samurai and another looked like a girl who looked like she was having a bad day and she just got up from bed. “These are my personal guards! Handle them or you don’t get paid!” Caboone stammered as he hoped the mercenaries would be enough to handle Sanosuke.

The swordsman came at Sanosuke wielding multiple swords in a large collection of them and was running at Sanosuke at high speeds. Looks like these people were going to actually make this battle Sanosuke is having worth his while and such Sanosuke withdrew his sword that was slung on his back and got inposition. The man threw his swords at Sanosuke that were coming at him at the same velocity of a cannon firing a cannon ball. Sanosuke smirked and swung his sword back and forth at the incoming swords ”Moon Slice!” Sanosuke called out deflecting the swords as he ran. All the swords made him lose sight of the man coming at him. When he did see him, the swordsman slashed at Sanosuke who then blocked it with his own sword. Sanosuke was sent skidding backwards and saw that he was surrounded by swords.

”What is your name swordsman?” the swordsman asked Sanosuke.

”Sanosuke” Sanosuke gritted back at the deadlock he was in trying to overcome each other.

”I go by many names, but I like the term Aramis” Aramis gritted. ”It’s a shame that we have to end things so short”

”I agree” Sanosuke smirked before focusing chakra into his left eyes as her closed it. When he opened it, the symbol of the demon was on the iris of his left eye. Then all hell broke loose. All around him was the dead bodies of the swordsman and the girl; along with the men burying the body. It seemed as though Al Caboone left; pity. With reinforcements digging out the merchant, Sanosuke though it was time for him to leave now.
