Since we have an overwhelming majority of Genin and we need people to rank up, the event will be created specifically for the lower ranks. Now, this is the basic idea: Every Genin who signs up will be thrown into a pit inside the Sandy Arena. The Kazekage (yours truly) will be firing off projectiles at you from every angle, using Yajirushi. The overall objective is to survive longer than the other Genin in the pit. If you do so, you will get promoted to Chuunin and an additional reward of 1000 ryo. The rules go as follow:

• The topic will be labeled as "No Kill" meaning that there is no risk of dying.
  
• I will target each and every one of you equally. If you thing that I'm targeting you in particular or that I'm going soft on someone, PM me with a good explanation.
  
• For the purposes of the event, I will be ignoring the chakra-draining effects of my sword.
  
• There is only one winner, though others may be rewarded and even promoted according to performance.
  
• Leaving the pit means being automatically disqualified.
  
• You are allowed to simoultaneously fight the other people within the pit to hinder their chances. Keep in mind that this might end up distracting you. You have to strategize. You can also temporarily form teams of alliances.  
  
• Part of the point of this is to take hits. In other words, you will get stabbed. Several times. Face it, you're basically up against the Kazekage.
  
• Other than that, enjoy the event and have fun~
