I haven't read any of the other threads so I can only vote on coming storm (if I'm even able to bc I'm in it)

I'm simply not familiar with most of the character nominees either... I'm only familiar with Takao and Izumi. Between the two I'd have to say Izumi for how she turned a simple crime mission into a flaming disaster. The character surprised me with her actions which is what I aim to do myself :)

I don't know people's characters all that well, and I haven't read any of the threads. Based simply on what I've learned through talking to people behind them, I would say:

Nova Makato, for her creativity in puppetry, the unique dynamics she has with Suna, Sasori, and Izumi, and her rise to Kazekage

Coming Storm, just because I've heard about it so much and a brief skim shows that a great deal of effort seems to have gone into what may be an epic encounter. This one's a bit tight and I'd probably have a real opinion if I read them.
