Taking advantage of the distraction caused by the power vacuum within Earth Country due to the death of the daimyo, Maikumaru has began to set his sights on recruiting bandits and mercenaries alike to join Iwagakure as a united front. He plans to invade Gold Country as the first step to build a better future for not only Iwagakure, but all of Earth Country. He does so as secretly as possible, hoping to not gain the attention of his political rivals.
