One Hour Earlier

YAAAWWWWWWWNNNNNNNN…

A sound was heard. Five percent of the room was now filled with the boy’s breath from him exhaling such a yawn. Smacking his lips together, he slowly was woken up from his slumber and motioned himself upward from the humble hotel room that he had resided in while during his stay in Kumogakure no Sato. The hotel room was very spacious, especially to his liking when it came to the scenery of the village buildings and the clouds that surfaced the village and the skies. A one bedroom hotel room along with a mini couch by the air conditioner next to the window, a nice size 40” tv with surround sound, along with a king size bed and a nice bathroom with a jacuzzi and a shower. Wait a minute… this was not what he had envisioned. The bathtub was just a regular sized mini-rectangle with a showerhead and neutral-colored shower curtains with a rug that matches next to the tub when you step on it. >..>; He sighed at this image of a more precise-looking bathtub with a hint of fanciness he had in mind as he knew he wasn’t going to get his treatment. Oh well; ‘ya can’t really blame a guy for trying right? “Not at all in the slightest…” So with that being said, he removed himself from the humble bed that he had slept on and looked around for his body suit. Since his duration, or rather stay, in Kumogakure, he hasn’t really been wearing his body suits lately. He had looked outside the window and seeing that it was rather sunny out, and the wind was a good breeze to his face, so why not today would be the day he would wear one of his outfits.

The occasional military body scrubs for two minutes and brushing one’s teeth for two minutes and gargling for two minutes could easily make the day clean and smooth. Now for the outfits, he had his options in the clothes and different color of each clothing, to which a wide variety was his for the choosing. He had a choice between the black color full body suit or the white-colored full body suit, or the red-colored body suit or maybe even the blue-colored body suit. He now slowly opened the closet to view his selection for this marvelous day.

Closet:

O...O; Well... not exactly.

At least he did pack some type of clothing, to say the least. Well, let’s hurry up and pick something out so that he can finally start his second day in Kumogakure no Sato.

Present Day

He was now standing in front of the Administration office with the mission scroll in his hand. His second mission was in his hands; that exact same mission he remembered doing years ago before his departure, and since he returned. It had been a long time since he had done a mission, so an easier mission for him to do just to get the hang of it. He walked out of the Administration building and out into the open the scroll. It was the mission that he was assigned to. It was called Leaky Mess and basically, the objective was to fix three leaky roofs for the full payment. Which was nothing really since they provided the tools already.

So now it was time to go fix us some roofs.

30 minutes later…

.__.; He was not doing that again. He told himself that years ago, and he ended up doing the same mission again.

The first house was when the shingles were messed up and that needed to be repaired. That was somewhat easy. Checking the damages was nothing really, and the softening the shingle edge with heat was somewhat difficult, seeing as though Fire Release was not his specialty, so he had to grab an electric hair dryer. Reattaching the shingles with a generous amount of asphalt roof cement had done the trick. The tricky part was identifying if any of the shingles was broke or not and if so, they needed to be replaced. There was only one so that was not a big deal.

The second house was not even that difficult, although took long of a process because there were cracks and blisters in the roofing material.

The third house… wasn’t really to his liking. Seeing as though that house was the most difficult because it had damaged shakes on that as well, but he at least got that done in twenty minutes.

He finally walked back to the Administration Building and had put the scroll in the acceptance area and retreated back to the inn and immediately got back into his bed. Now is time for a shower and a nap.

{ All in a day’s work, although I am not doing that again… } He thought the same thoughts as he did years ago.
