The Demon Eye is the Blood Inheritance Limit of the Sogeki Clan that when activated the iris of the Sogeki turn from their normal dark eye color to a Vivid emerald green color, the pupil of the eyes turn into a vertical slit and 4 black slits are formed diagonally around the pupil. The Onikeigan grants  them Telescopic Sight allowing them to see even the tiniest of objects from a distance as well as granting them extrasensory sight, allowing them to see in perfect clarity and details no matter the distance or how much or how little light there is. Even visual obscurities such as smoke, mist, vegetations, etc. cannot hinder their sight. The Demon Eye is capable of calculating for environmental factors that would normally throw off their aim like wind, air resistance, gravity, moving targets and even invisible opponents and relay this information back to the user, due to this the Sogeki are able to calculate shots much further than a normal shinobi can comprehend.  Though there is no change in the appearance of the eye the strength of the Dojutsu is tied to the rank of the Sogeki.

• D-Rank (-5 Chakra per Post) - At this level the user is capable of seeing/scoping up to 50 meters in exceptional details unhindered by natural light/darkness/vegetation, giving them acute spactial awareness to anything within their eyesight granting the Sogeki a +1 to their Dexterity. (Ranged jutsu activated by the user while the Onikeigan is activated at this rank has it's range increased by 30 meters)
  
• C-Rank (-10 Chakra per Post) - At this Level the user is capable of seeing/scoping up to 100 meters in exceptional details unhindered by natural light/darkness/vegetation/smoke/mist or unnatural of equal rank or lower, giving them partcial spactial awareness to anything within their eyesight granting the Sogeki a +2 to their Dexterity. (Ranged jutsu activated by the user while the Onikeigan is activated has it's range increased by 55 meters)
  
• B-Rank (-15 Chakra per Post) - At this Level the user is capable of seeing/scoping up to 200 Meters in exceptional unhindered by any natural or unnatural obscurities of equal rank or lower, as well as seeing through external Genjutsu that are a rank lower than the user, giving them near-complete spactial awareness to anything within their eyesight granting the Sogeki a +3 to their Dexterity. (Ranged jutsu activated by the user while the Onikeigan is activated has it's range increased by 80 meters)
  
• A-Rank (-20 Chakra per Post) - At this Level the Demon Eye has fully Matured allowing the user to see/scope up to 500 meters in exceptional details unhindered by any Obscurities (including but not limited to: External Genjutsu, Jutsu that would cause Blindness, or Invisiblity, stealth techniques which try to hide from sight) of equal rank or lower, giving them complete spactial awareness to anything within their eyesight granting the Sogeki a +4 to their Dexterity. (Ranged jutsu activated by the user while the Onikeigan is activated has it's range increased by 120 meters)
  

Each Level of the Onikeigan must be trained to obtain requiring WC of a jutsu of equal rank, however there is no Ryo cost. Once the training is complete the clan member must post it in their jutsu registry for modding approval before posting their current rank of the Onikeigan at the top of their jutsu list.

Sogeki clansmen are taught from a young age in the art of ranged fighting, as such Ranged jutsu used by the Sogeki have Max Range for Free. Additionally they begin with the Focused SC and do not have to balance it with a Negative.

The Sogeki clan is famed for their usage of Catalysts to preform most of their Hiden techniques. Characters within this clan start with the Major SC Inheritance without needing Negatives to Balance it, however the Item must be a Catalyst. (this does not count against the 1 Major SC per Character Limit) members also start with the (Bow ~ Weapon Style) {However, Members may not take the Trained SC}

Sogeki members spend a lot of their time training their Ninjutsu, over the generations this has become a Natural affinity for such allowing them to train it faster than average. All members receive a 20% reduction on training Ninjutsu Techniques. This reduction increases to a 40% reduction if the Sogeki possess Legendary Ninjutsu Specialization.

Drawbacks: Members of the Sogeki do not begin with any elemental nature, they may learn their first element at C-Rank and then are capable of learning a second element at B-Rank, Sogeki Members cannot learn a third Element and cannot take the Hesitant(Element) Negative SC.

The Sogeki are not known for close combat, preferring to take the Target out at a distance rather than getting their hands dirty as such Sogeki members are physically weaker than average shinobi therefore their strength and Endurance is always 1 rank below their Ninja Rank. (A B-Rank Clan Member would have C-Rank Strength and Endurance)

While the Onikeigan grants the user great visual insight, the Sogeki have become so reliant upon it's use that they recieve a -1 tier to both their Perception and Dexterity whenever it is not active

The use of Catalysts have made the Sogeki dependant upon it's use almost as much as the Onikeigan, making it harder for them to manipulate chakra without it and causing them to waste more Chakra than the technique actually costs. Any technique used by the Sogeki that does not use the Catalyst as a focus requires an additional 5 chakra to cast.

Genin (-5 Chakra per Post) - At this level the user is capable of seeing/scoping 50 meters in exceptional details unhindered by natural light/darkness/vegetation, giving them acute spactial awareness to anything within their eyesight granting the Sogeki a +1 to their Dexterity from Visual Cues.
Chuunin (-10 Chakra per Post) - At this Level the user is capable of seeing/scoping 100 meters in exceptional details unhindered by natural light/darkness/vegetation/smoke/mist or unnatural of a rank lower, giving them partcial spactial awareness to anything within their eyesight granting the Sogeki a +2 to their Dexterity from Visual Cues.
Spec. Jounin (-15 Chakra per Post) - At this Level the user is capable of seeing/scoping 200 Meters in exceptional unhindered by any natural or unnatural obscurities of equal rank or lower, as well as seeing through external Genjutsu that are a rank lower than the user, giving them near-complete spactial awareness to anything within their eyesight granting the Sogeki a +2 to their Dexterity from Visual Cues.

Each Level of the Onikeigan must be trained costing 1000 words per level with no Ryo cost.

id like to see the training cost for the dojutsu be equal WC to a jutsu of the same rank, though may keep the lack of ryo cost. Also, the pinpoint accuracy on vision and ability to see unhindered by natural surrounding is acceptable, but for the interaction with stealth jutsu cannot be completely overridden so perhaps specify that your sensory techniques interact with stealth techniques as a higher rank, or is stronger against certain descriptors.

Due to the power granted to them from the Onikeigan in conjunction with their Catalyst and their exceptional use of Ranged Jutsu the Sogeki Members may app ranged jutsu that uses their Catalyst with the Range from the Sensory Table rather than normal Straight Line Range. (This does not count as a Max effect nor can it be used on Radii Jutsu) Additionally Ranged Jutsu that Utilizes the Catalyst of the clan member may have Homing(within Eye sight) and multiple projectiles without it counting as a max effect.

this portion of the ability is far too strong. As far as the range, at most you could have an jutsu using the catalyst have the same(min/mid/max) range of a rank higher than the jutsu itself has, in this case you could have it apply to radius techniques as well. Unfortunately the range for sensory techniques is very restrictive as to only be used by sensory techniques. In addition, i would give it either free homing or multiple projectiles, but not both.
