Refund an EP price purchase
With the way spec ranks have been revamped, there is no longer a need to buy 'raise maximum spec rank'. I'd like the 45 EP for this purchase to be refunded, if that is possible.

I'd instead opt to get a free transplant (Boil Release) of 15 EP as I have Sero's arm, and get the 8 free A-ranks for another 15 EP cost. This makes that a 15 EP refund instead. If possible.

- Kirei had been fiddling around with ranks, Hunter-nin isn't there anymore so I gave you spec jonin instead.
- Refunded 45 EP and subtracted 15 for the 8 A-rank techniques.
- Subtracted another 15 for the free transplant. If you want the transplant to occur, make an element training post, in which you link where you get the arm.
