Masu had finally reached the gates exit of Konoha before realising she actually had forgotten which direction Suna was after the fall of it. She asked the guard by the front gate looking him stern in the eye before mouthing, "Hey you there, I'm sorta a little lost not really the best at travelling but do you know which direction the Land of Wind is?" she looked at him while he looked back before seeming confused before she started speaking once again. "Yes I know what you're thinking, the land of wind has recently been under attack and suffered a massive blow from the shocking attack, but I have family there that I need to visit!" She made a lie up so he would seem a little more eager to help out a poor girl in distress. He would quickly change his stern and non helping face to one that suddenly seemed to care a little more for the girl. "You have family there missy? Sorry to hear that, if you head North East from this direction theres a track that should lead you over the mountains before you overlook the former Hidden Village that once stood. Hopefully nothing to bad happens to you out there, heard of some pretty bad ninja out that way!" She smiled at him while he was speaking to make sure she would get the best out of him and she got the answer she needed before she started to walk towards the direction he pointed towards, double checking everything she needed. A small backpack sit upon her shoulders, a sword in her holster for safety measure and knowing she had all her clothing and needs for the next trip ahead of her.
She listened upon the trees and the birds as she enjoyed the calming environment nothing crossed her path, except a few rabbits and some people in groups here and there. But she enjoyed this peaceful walk which she had needed ever since being hulled up in Konoha since the exams. She stretched her body taking in the sunlight and helping her body relax and let out her fidgety nature.
She needed this escape and maybe the former Suna could provide this to her, she simply wanted to see the lands she had never visited and maybe meet people that were interesting to her. But who knew what this experience could provide her. She couldn't wait to finally make her way there as her feet marched forward through the mountains. She overcame the treacherous mountains that she always hated because of the steep nature and the pressure it put on her smaller legs and longer strides she always had to take because of the height. She was very much lazy when it came to walking but knew she couldn't waste time like she had it all on her side, she was one that was very impatient and needed to not waste it. But she could feel the sense of nearing the destination but for now she was ready. She looked upon the top of the mountain and could see the drift of sand reach her feet and she felt like she was nearly at Suna already after such a long time. But this was it, much different to what she remembered she couldn't even see the proper village, it had been destroyed that badly due to Lamya. Who would of thought it would become this bad, but this was her chance to explore and find the ruins of it and what it may hold, she was ready once and for all.
