Update: There has been an alteration to Taijutsu

*The stat bonuses received from Taijutsu, while considered separate from the passive +3 limit that can be gained between SC's, Items and Clans, cannot push a single stat passively beyond +3 tier bonus. (Ie, A user with Taijutsu speed and Mighty, may have +1 to strength and +3 to speed at S rank, but if they had agile, The bonus from taijutsu would pique at +2.).

We feel that this allows Tai and its users to stand out on their own, while not allowing ninja to toxicly stack a single stat beyond reason.

Update: The Missions guide has been updated to reflect the ability that low ranking ninja are able to take missions of higher rank with higher ranking ninja, though they do not count as a partner to increase the mission they can do by one. To clarify, a C rank ninja could take an A rank mission alongside a Jonin, but together, they could not take an S rank, as that would require 2 A rank Ninja.

Update Title: Update logs & Sensei/Squad rules

Update: First of all the updates log will be updated again from now on when changes or clarifications are made to the rules of the site or other noteworthy things that should be listed here.

Secondly the Sensei and Squad guidelines have been updated to be more beneficial in almost all scenarios. Seeing as it happened quite often that squad's did not work out, we went for a system that still incentivizes people to roleplay in a bigger group however a smaller group would still get benefit from roleplaying together.

Update Title: Character Creation Update

Update: A small update regarding creation of characters. It is no longer required to actually choose a clan at creation and choosing none is an option. However, seeing as people might change their mind over time we decided to default everyone to the Undiscovered clan if they pick non. It's basically a clan that gives nothing, besides giving you the chance to pick something else later.

Update Title: Travel rules revamp

Update: The travel rules got overhauled. It's no longer required to write a long list of words to travel from one village to another. Furthermore there's also been a clarification on threads that might be participated in that aren't within the current countries borders that you reside in.

Update Title: Jutsu and Stats overhaul!

Update: Jutsu and stats have been overhauled in many ways. Most importantly to grant more clarification and there to be less unwritten rules. The second point was to play more into the power fantasy in both the jutsu and stats, but to also allow for arch types through the new stat system.

Update Title: Big guideline update!

Update:

• Word count saving. There has been a shift in how much word count can be saved, and the threshold at which it can be used now. From needing to save a minimum of 1k words down to 200 words. The threshold on which the saved word count can be used has been lowered from 3k to 2k.
  
  
• Transplant Guidelines. Updated transplant guidelines allowing for the transplant of an advanced element of dojutsu.
  
  
• Specializations and Elements have been overhauled a little bit. There is no longer a cap on how many specializations may be learned, instead, there is a cap on how many ranks may be trained total. The amount of elements that can be learned has been lowered from 4 to 3. Word count required to train things has also been normalized.
  
  
• Item Guideline has also received a major overhaul. Simplifying a lot of things and clarifying things that weren't as clear as they could be.
