Clan History: As long as chakra exists in all living things, there are animals with chakra far beyond that of normal animals and later they began to stand out, while some were hunted for their fur, others were hunted to become pets. In the end both came to an end as they were more valuable as shinobi, from breaking down buildings and surviving harsh battles as an all powerful armored polar bear, to being as small as a mouse infiltrating and gathering large amounts of information. These animals are everywhere and all around us, watching and waiting for the day when they might rule the world. That or they just like having free meals a place to stay and eating their enemies in their spare time.

Heya there, while I do love the idea of having a clan that can be any animal. It's simply too much for a single clan to do, its too broad a concept to hold in a single clan. At character creation you're allowed animal characteristics (although they cannot have an actual function than aesthetic.) Additional we have a number of clans that deal with a specific genus of the animal kingdoms. The we have two cat clans, the more famous of the two being the Ninneko clan. We also have a number of spider-esque themed clans. So I can't approve this, apologies.
