Umeko Sencho
D-rank
Sometimes Umeko wondered what it would be like growing up in a different clan, or a different village, hell she sometimes even wondered what it would be like to not be a shinobi. Would her life be easier? Would it be harder? How long would she be able to live? What would she even do with a life different from the one she lived? With her overbearing parents, high expectations, and seemingly perfect sister, could it really be any better than it was now? Umeko didn't know and she didn't act like her life was so bad she just wanted to imagine something different than what she was currently living, and sometimes she did. On misty days like this when the sun rose behind heavy clouds and the day started with a grey sky instead of a blue one, Umeko would entertain the thought of a different life. Her mind began to wander and soon she was living in a small cottage in a house surrounded by lush green grass and colorful flora. Her mother created beautiful clothing that she would hand knit and she would cook wonderful dishes, all of which her father who was a merchant would sell to nearby villages and towns. In her little fantasy Umeko was happy, with friends from the nearby villages and towns playing with her when she followed her father to help him sell the family's wares. She was fascinated by ninja and respect them, feared them, but would never give up her happy simple little life that she lived. Umeko would chuckle lightly to herself, turning over on her back as that chuckle churned out into a giggle. Her imagination was running away from her and she was thinking into the realm of obviously impossible. She let the thoughts fizzle out of her mind once she was done entertaining it.
A slight grumble in her stomach caused her to push herself off of her bed and grab her village headband. Umeko was already dressed in a white and grey halter top and some grey pants that looked loosed but hung well on her waist. Leaving her room she decided that she would grab something to eat from one of the vendors and then make her way to her second favorite spot in Iwagakure, which happen to be the sightseeing cliff. The cliff was such a wonderful place to meditate and even meet new people due to the amount of visitors it got. Umeko was never one to turn down meeting new people and as she slipped on her black ninja sandals, she realized she didn't have someone she could call a friend outside of her sister. She didn't count the kids she graduated with from the academy as friends since she hardly got to spend time with them, and she had to wonder was it her? Was something wrong with her ability to make friends? The thought hardly dawned on her until now as she slipped out of the door to her home and made her way towards a noodle shop that happen to be on the way to her destination. Now that she was outside she could see that it was more foggy out than it was misty, so much more so that she couldn't see things too clearly even a few feet away from her. It was odd how the weather did that and soon her mind began to wonder what was up with the weather as she walked into the noodle shop and took a seat near a window, looking over the menu to see what could tame her hunger.
