Shuffling about in the room, Daremo eyed the scrolls that were laid out before him. Each one having a different kanji on them such as, ‘clothing’, ‘weapons’, ‘misc.’, and so forth and so forth. There were roughly six scrolls, each one being designated for something specific. Taking another look around the barren home, he did a mental check, making sure everything that he had brought with him to Kirigakure no Sato was sealed in the scrolls, along with the stuff bought upon his time within the lands. He believed everything was in the scrolls, but, to make sure, he grabbed one of them, and unsealed the contents; the process being repeated over for each scroll as he accounted for everything.

Yellow eyes darted towards the hanging clock, it being 9:15 am in the morning which meant an hour had passed since he started checking the scrolls. Rolling his shoulders, hearing the joints popped, he sighed. The house was eerily too quiet for his liking. Then again, the only person that was in the home was himself. Kaia-mai had left with haste in the early hours of the morning, wanting to return back to their children, and make sure they were doing well. Though, how quickly she had left made him wonder was something wrong? She knew his grandparents would have informed them if anything had happened to their children. If the grandparents couldn’t inform them than Hikari certainly would have. Yet, for whatever reason, the woman seemed adamant in returning back to their children. He could only assume she missed them as much as he did. Still, he could not help to wonder if something else was going on.

Shaking his head, Daremo dismissed those thoughts less he wanted to worry more than he already was. Sigh again, he rose up from the sofa he was sitting on and moved to the kitchen. Opening the refrigerator, he grabbed the only thing in the otherwise empty appliance,  a chilled bottle of sake that was bought for him and Kaia-mai to share. Setting a saucer on the table, he filled it up with the alcoholic beverage, and down it. The sensation of it sliding down his throat being a welcome one. Another saucer was filled before the bottle was sealed away within a scroll. There was no need to get drunk, especially considering what he needed to do.

Taking another look at the clock, Daremo, dressed in a simple grey and black kimono, left the house, not before locking the doors upon exiting. Moving through the streets of Kirigakure no Sato, he headed towards the port, where a ship heading to Hi no Kuni would be awaiting his arrival. He had no plans in returning to Kumogakure no Sato any time soon. Him and Kaia-mai was going to head to Konohagakure no Sato to surprise Uchiha Amaya, alas, those plans were changed abruptly. Instead of both of them going, it would only be him heading to the hidden village to meet the Uchiha.

Boarding the ship, and escorted to his cabin, Daremo wonder if Amaya could shed some light in on what could have caused Kaia-mai to suddenly changed plans. If memory serves him right, his wife did keep in contact with the Uchiha, so, she had to know something right? These thoughts plagued him throughout crossing the sea, arriving in the port town of Hi no Kuni. Walking down the long used road that led to the hidden village, he stopped. A shiver suddenly running down his spine, and he instinctively looked in the direction where he assumed Kumogakure no Sato was. Knowing not what caused the shiver, he continued walking with the Konoha gates appearing to greet him.
