Kenta Inuzuka
D-rank
Loopholes where wonderful; he'd finally found a way to get out of the office without having to play escape artist. A few hour hours locked away in the stifling office and the young Inuzuka would have gone mad. At least now thing's had settled enough for his family to visit while he was actively working. The first few days had been an administrative hell; what with the usual posturing by the various clans to win favor with his administration, as well as the first stages of reviewing the policies left by the previous Hokage. There would be changes, but not many; his predecessor had done a fine job, and most of what was left over Kenta was in agreement with.
For now however, his mind was focused on the task at hand. A simple surveying outage, he was down in the Construction Zones checking up on the progress of the builders. The general project was only slightly behind schedule; his own fault really, as the entire village had taken an extended vacation during his coronation week. He made sure to meet with the various contractors and supervisors before moving into the actual work-zones; discussing with some novice's knowledge the various projects and tentative completion dates. The progress on the new Administrative Records Office was of vital importance to him; there where boxes of old records and statements piling into the hallways now, making entire floors of the main office a hazardous maze of death traps.
His Kage hat exchanged for a simple hard-hat type helmet, the golden-haired male made his way between the new buildings, stopping here and there to speak with the young Genin and various skilled trade workers. The young Ninja where of only marginally higher importance too him; the craftsmen could answer more questions about what was going on, and where less likely to start in astute awe at him; something he would always find disconcerting. Or try and throw things at him; same difference really. Paint bombs and Kage robes never mixed well; which was why he was wearing his old uniform; much easier to clean.
As he made his way towards the more completed areas, he began to see more ninja and non-worker civilians; the people that would be working, or living, in the new buildings; each exploring or working to move everything from furniture to plants to sculptures to food into the nearly completed structures.
