Think of it like a giant sealing vortex, I suppose, that spends a post sucking in chakra to seal it. This is an S-rank tech with a 1 post duration that only defends, I better be able to nullify everything within the radius right?

Correct. Once you enter the stance you have to choose to deactivate it and it takes one post to do so. I'd consider adding a "if receive an amount of damage" type clause for breaking it too if you'd like. Just lemme know.
Hawk's Cry: This seems to be doing a lot, with blinding, breaking weapons below S-Rank immediately, and conjuring a giant thunderstorm. I'd ask for a stat check to resist blinding, and the turning to ash to be brought within the damage for A-Rank jutsu as the overkill jutsu are all S-Rank.
I have added a Perception check. It doesn't destroy weapons as an effect just to clarify, it destroys your own weapon if you try to perform this technique with a sword below S-rank so I suppose in the extremely rare case I steal someone else's A-rank sword and use Taka then yeah I guess. Bare in mind the range, speed and size are all below the maximum for its rank but either way I have reduced the damage descriptors. I've kept a section saying a direct hit will still rip you apart is that ok?
Cursed Seal of Sacrifice: This needs senjutsu in the specializations to perform it.

Existence Denial: how does a seal placed on the ground seek out a jutsu?
Go watch the scene where Jiraiya uses the Fire Sealing Method on Amaterasu. He paints the seal and it reaches out blue energy which sucks the Amaterasu back into the seal. It's the same effect. At least that's where I got the idea from.
Seal of Purification: Considering that the seal sticks around and must be destroyed, lower the effect on maintained techs to B-Rank
Done! As an additional effect I've also added it stops passive techniques.
Also I've added Namikaze clan requirements to my Technique formulas to express that they suffer from the global drawbacks of the clan's sealing style.

Description: So named for its total obfuscation of a ninja, this technique is designed to hide the user from virtually any method of detection. It is said the only flaw in this technique's stealth capability is that the user still exists. The user must prepare this technique for one post. This jutsu requires chakra control so fine that forming chakra to perform any offensive technique or activate item abilities ends the effects immediately, as does A-rank or higher damage to the user. Once active, this technique provides a multitude of stealth effects through targeted chakra control which remove various phenomena a shinobi normally produces:
• Dampens the user's chakra signature so that it cannot be sensed or seen by S-rank or lower sensory techniques or visual prowess. If the user is a Sage (has an unlocked Sage mode) and chooses to pair this with Sage Arts, the effect extends to Senjutsu passive sensory and methods derived from its teachings.
• Controlled flow of chakra and light inside and on the skin renders the user and their clothes invisible and undetectable by the traditional senses, masking their scent and taste, sounds they make, air disturbance, bioelectrical impulses and body heat.

Description: This technique utilizes the Jutsu Formula to its ultimate defensive extreme. The user activates this technique by preparing with the correct hand seals (Snake → Boar → Ram → Dog → Boar → Monkey → Bird → Rabbit → Dog → Rat → Bird → Horse → Snake) then claps. Beneath the user's feet, a seal will formulate on the ground with a puff of white smoke. This seal is unique because the formula used in its construction has no intended method of release meaning sealed techniques are gone forever. At any time, the seal activates, projecting a 15 meter radius that seals desired techniques which come into contact with it (as well as chakra abilities of items, transformation techniques, any jutsu or chakra ability of any kind) for the duration of the post. Normally this technique will seal one SS-rank technique, two S-rank techniques or three A-rank techniques (etc) before dissipating. This seal can be infused with additional chakra to increase its defensive prowess; in addition to what it normally would defend against, by paying chakra equal to the cost of another technique minus ten (minimum five) that comes into contact with this jutsu, it is capable of sealing that away as well.

Description: A technique born from the mastery of body and mind. The user performs the snake hand seal and then closes their eyes, falling into a deep meditative trance. While active, this technique puts the user into a complete state of sensory deprivation, entirely suppressing conscious thought and perception. While in this stance, the user's body is hyper-aware, capable of sensing even the most minute changes in the environment or chakra within 50-meters. While the user's consciousness is completely suppressed, their body acts on instinct in its place, sacrificing certain aspects of the mind to allow the body's natural senses to surpass any known standards. While active, the user may not perform any non-Taijutsu techniques (and is limited to one per post). Because the user has no active thought and does not experience a sensation of any kind, the effects of Genjutsu are rendered invalid while this technique is active. This technique cannot be activated to remove Genjutsu already in effect. Leaving the trance takes one post.

Description: First the required hand seals (Dragon → Tiger → Bird) and then the user places a seal through touch onto themselves, a desired object or surface, once placed, the seal can be activated provided the user is within 25-meters of it. When triggered, the seal functions as a moderate defensive tool; sealing a single A-rank technique, two B-rank techniques or three C-rank techniques. The seal's secondary effect is to unseal the stored techniques' chakra in controlled, elemental configurations. These emissions create a hazy white smoke around the seal with a 20-meter radius within which techniques possessing elemental natures matching the natures of techniques sealed by this jutsu may not be used.

Description: Once the signature technique of a ghost who lived in the Land of Fire, the Taka is so named for the sound it makes when it is unleashed; so much Raiton chakra is generated by this jutsu that when it is used it produces an unearthly sound which from a distance resembles a hawk's cry. This sound can be heard for miles. The user begins by focusing a supreme amount of chakra into a sheathed blade, collecting it until the chakra is at the point of overflowing. At this point, any sword below S-rank is completely destroyed by the chakra. When drawn, the chakra is released in a chosen direction as a blinding wave of roiling thunderbolts; it is so bright that another ninja with Perception below S-3 looking at the initial flash will be blinded for one post. The wave is 30 meters wide and 3 meters high, comprised of individual strands of super-compressed lightning capable of inflicting third-degree electrical burns and shattering bones with force on impact. At its full force, a direct hit from this technique will tear a person into pieces. The wave travels at 40 meters per second up to its maximum distance of 60 meters.

Description: To prepare this technique, the user has a seal tattooed on their body to perform it. As an additional pre-requisite, the user must be a Sage with sage mode active. On the post that this technique is prepared, the user seals a generous fifty chakra (in addition to activation cost) within the Cursed Seal; on this post, the technique may not be activated. When activated, the seal expands to cover the user's body with intricate scripture while releasing the stored chakra from the seal all over the body as an amber aura. The aura projected takes the form of the user's Sage affinity. The aura provides a number of benefits; counting as a light armor of its rank as well as allowing the user to extend the effective reach of their basic strikes by extending the aura up to 5-meters at a rate of 25-meters-per-second and allowing the user to confer the effects of an A-rank offensive technique to a single basic strike per post for 10 chakra. This jutsu is maintained, and its costs paid using the stored chakra at their normal costs; however, once the stored chakra runs out, this technique costs double its normal cost to maintain. If this technique ends before the stored chakra is consumed, it is not refunded to the user.

Description: Derived from the principals of a legendary technique, this jutsu begins by the user closing their eyes and focusing chakra into them. This sensory technique enhances vision, granting +2 tiers to the user's reaction time as well as allowing them to see chakra natures within 30-meters, even through objects. While active, the user's eyes are especially vulnerable to chakra based techniques designed to blind or otherwise impair vision through brightness and they act as if they are one rank higher in effectiveness.

By touching a technique with the seals on their hand, they can seal a single technique or item of B-rank or below and then unseal it from the seals on the opposite hand as a harmless flow of chakra. If the sealed object was a projectile, it will be released in the same state of motion as when it was sealed. Redirected techniques lose two ranks of offensive effectiveness. Releasing sealed techniques or items costs an additional five chakra.

It functions as a standard defensive technique; reducing a single A-rank technique's power by two ranks, stopping two B-rank or three C-rank techniques within 50-meters of its location.

This chakra cloaks the user, rendering them invisible for the duration of the post. This technique also briefly suppresses the user's chakra signature, though this effect ends after the initial enhanced movement, after which chakra sensory techniques will continue to detect the user normally. The invisibility effect is broken by performing a technique of any kind.

While this technique is active, the user can, twice per post, launch the roaring fire from their blade as a projectile of slicing flame. The projectiles travel at 30-meters per second and cause major 2nd-degree burns on impact as well as setting flammable objects on fire. The concussive force behind these projectiles also causes major bruising. Each blast counts as a C-rank jutsu for interacting with defensive techniques. A skilled user (Bukijutsu spec A-rank or higher) can throw these blasts with a curve of up to 30 degrees.

This seal renders fine chakra control impossible by the affected shinobi, ceasing the effects of any maintainable techniques (as well as passives) of B-rank or lower and making the ninja unable to activate maintainable or passive techniques as long as the seal remains. The seal can be destroyed by 2nd-degree tissue damage to at least half the area, or C-rank or higher defensive Fūinjutsu or Medical Ninjutsu.
