It hadn't been too long since Lynn had arrived in the Village named Kumogakure, and already he was fixing to get busy, to distract himself from the horrors of his recent past. Recently he had signed up for a mission with some unknown partner, and was awaiting to be called for the mission briefing sometime later in the week. The young Uchiha had even done a bit of training, to keep his body from becoming weak. Despite his own independence, however, he had an empty hole in his heart made by the supposed loss of his Sensei. He always considered being under such a person would have been of no help, but the time he spent with him was almost as great as the time with his departed best friend, Kuno. Now without someone to guide him, and alleviate his insecurities, he decided on requesting for a new one, though not to be put into a Squad. Squads scared the Genin, after losing his own after such little time, so he just wanted private lessons, and someone to confide into. Lynn didn't know the name of whom he was meeting, but he was told early this morning that they would be waiting in the Chuunin Exam Social Grounds, and that he would be recognized easily do to his own green hair. He guessed they were briefed on him before their meeting, which would explain why this new teacher of his would be able to locate him. From there, he rested against the wall of the complex, arms crossed and eyes closed. If anyone were to approach him, unless they tried to hard to be stealthy, Lynn would hear them and respond. But for now, he would go into deep pensive.

He supposed after they formally greeted each other, that he would be tested on his skills; or at the very least, knowledge of skills. If he was being honest with himself, he did prefer verbal and written tests. Physical confrontations were rarely exciting to him, since it was easy to not only injure him, but cause him to bleed out. That being said, sparring could still be fun if he was in the mood for it, especially when he wasn't hit hard. His prowess with Genjutsu was arguably unmatched where he came from, when it came to Genin that is, since he was able to completely mimic the form of one of his clan's favored jutsu, the Great Fireball Technique. The reason for this was that he had never really been great at moulding chakra for Ninjutsu, and he needed a way to make it to his "adulthood" without trouble. As such, he crafted the Genjutsu Fireball to trick his superiors, and somehow managed to get it past them, perhaps because no one really had Sharingan. Either way, he was proud of this at the very least, and it helped him in a bind when physical activity was imminent; no one wanted to be set aflame, right? Not that it would matter here, he thought. A Sensei wouldn't put their student on the spot like this, right? Especially after losing his home? Very doubtful, though he was still uneasy at the thought. Everyone came with different personalities, after all...he just had to be lucky he was dealing with someone that could help him rather than just another stupid adult.
