Mission name: The Colony, pt I - Meeting at the Mound

Objective: A geographer and a biologist have discovered an odd mound in the Dense Forest of Konoha. While experts in their own field, they requested your assistance as muscle and guard.
Location: The Dense Forest
Reward: 150 Ryo for 750 wc (+ bonus 25 for 100 wc, up to max of +150 ryo for +600 wc)
Mission Description: You were given the coordinates of the mysterious mound in question, where the two NPCs await your arrival. Once there, it is mostly a meet and greet. NPCs will share their assumptions and theories, tell you their expectations, preparations and discuss a potential strategy before proceeding to venture into the mound.
Mission Details: There is little to no danger besides suspicion and anticipation. The mound leads down all the way, ever leading deeper into the earth, so it won't take long before the team well be venturing in the pitch black darkness.
Two NPCs to take along the entire chain of missions. The NPCs does not change in the course of the mission chain. Your duty is to protect them against the harm of wildlife and offer assistance on physical and mental level to overcome it.

Mission name: The Colony, pt II - No Man's Mound
Mission rank: C
Objective: A geographer and a biologist have discovered an odd mound in the Dense Forest of Konoha. While experts in their own field, they requested your assistance as muscle and guard.
Location: The Dense Forest
Reward: 300 Ryo for 1500 wc (+ 25 for 100 wc, up to max of +300 ryo for +1200 wc)
Mission Description: A single tunnel ever leading deeper, the light has long since disappeared, leaving the darkness to play with the imagination. Sense of time is slowly disappearing, fatigue kicks in and just when the team thinks there is nothing to be seen, the tunnel ends in an antechamber where it branches out in a dozen new tunnels. The geographer is eager to conduct a few basic researches while the biologist aims to look for underground fauna. Both joke about the idea of mapping the tunnel network. You, however, catch strange sounds echoing from the tunnels...

Either your team ventures forth and needs to bypass a couple of natural traps (earth giving way, collapsing tunnels...), or your team remains in place and attracts the attention of a couple of unwanted visitors (dire mole, spiders, giant rats, giant ants...) with C rank stats.

Mission name: The Colony, pt III - Maze Runner
Mission rank: B
Objective: A geographer and a biologist have discovered an odd mound in the Dense Forest of Konoha. While experts in their own field, they requested your assistance as muscle and guard.
Location: Any non-Village
Reward: 500 Ryo for 2500 wc (+ 25 for 100 wc, up to max of +500 ryo for +2000 wc)
Mission Description: Investigating the echoes which seem to ever rise in strength, the team eventually stumbles upon a large cavern after a tiresome dredge through the tunnel network. Unfortunately, discovering and thusly disturbing an underground nest doesn't seem to be such a great idea...
As the colony of giant ants/giant rats/spiders decide to give chase to the intruders, understanding well that a shinobi is unable to fight an entire colony, your team must find its way back in the tunnel network while you fend off the couple of hunters in protection of the two NPCs.

At several moments while running through the tunnels, a couple of animals with B rank stats will ambush your team in hopes to take you down. Be prepared to protect the NPCs and find ways to fend off your pursuers.
