Objective: Find the lost twins.
Location: Kumogakure.

Mission description: My dear babies are lost somewhere in Kumogakure. Please find them for me before anyone else runs away with them. Return them to me safely or else the mission will be a failure.
Mission details: There are two baby twins lost. They mother forget them somewhere in her trip around Kumo. Go back on her steps and find the two before someone kidnaps them. The babies must be found separate from each other and one must be almost taken away.

This morning wasn’t so different from the other days. In fact, it was pretty much the same until the letter addressed to him arrived. It was very unusual to receive a mission letter on the same day as the mission. It had to be an emergency, there was no other logical explanation. The letter itself was brief and contained only the necessary information. The mission was to find two lost babies.

“How the hell could someone lose their babies?” The scenario looked really strange to Kiriya. There was no logical explanation other than the person that was responsible for them was either very stupid or wanted them gone. Reading the whole letter he learned that the person that was in charge of the babies was their own mother. As he read the small text he realized that the second option was not possible.

Anyway, Kiriya had to be at the meeting site after twenty minutes. He quickly showered, grabbed his usual clothes and went to the designated point. Upon arrival there he saw a young lady which was full of tears. By her sorrowful and gloomy face expression he could clearly suggest that she was the mother. After exchanging a few words with her Kiriya got the locations that she had been to. A critical bit of information was that the babies were twins which could make the mission a little bit easier.

The route that Kiriya had to take was through the market district, the Sky bar, the village hospital and finally the Golden Horn casino. The destinations seemed a little bit odd to him. Who would take their twin babies to a dance club and a casino? The casino was located in a recently built extravagant hotel, which didn’t seem too suspicious, she could’ve been there to meet a friend or something. The dance club was a very odd choice for a mother with kids. There was not a lot of time for Kiriya to think about the trip she had. His prime task was to find the twins and return them safely to their mother. He had no time to lose and quickly went on his way to the market district.

The first location he needed to go was the market district. Upon arrival he didn’t see anything suspicious. Everything was like it should be on a hot fall day. He went around the shops and asked if somebody knew anything. Nothing came up, a few shop owners said that they had seen the lady with the twins but nothing more. It appeared that the babies weren’t lost here.
Kiriya decided to go forward to the next location – the Sky bar. He wasn’t feeling too good about that place, how could someone take their babies there? But this wasn’t the time for judging, his mission was to find the lost twins and bring them back safely. When he arrived there he walked through the door and climbed all of the steps toward the top, where the dance area was located. This time of the day it was pretty empty. The only people that were there was a guy that worked on the bar and two girls. When he went to speak to the guy at the bar he noticed that his attention was drawn to something.

“Hello, my name is Kiriya and I’m looking for two twin babies who are lost. Have you noticed anything strange or suspicious here?” Kiriya’s tone was more formal that it needed to be.

“I’m glad someone came, this baby was forgotten on one of the inside tables. I can’t work properly with it around. Please take it. I might lose my job if the manager sees me like this. “The guy was clearly desperate and didn’t know what to do. Kiriya explained to him what happened, grabbed the baby and he was on his way to the other locations. There were two questions now about the situation he was in. Why were the two babies separated? And where is the other one?

One found and only one more to go. Kiriya hoped that nothing bad had happened to the other one. Before visiting the next location he took the baby to his mother at the rendezvous point. She was really happy to see it but the other one was still missing.  

The next location he had to visit was the village hospital. He quickly went in and asked around for any useful information. Nobody from the staff had seen them and it was pretty much a dead end. He hoped to find the baby in the last location, otherwise this mission would be a failure.

Upon arrival in the Golden Horn hotel his mind was deeply in thoughts. When he entered from the front door he saw a rather suspicious looking person walk through in the opposite direction. Kiriya asked the receptionist about a possible lost baby. It turned out that there was a baby without parents here but not long before Kiriya came it was taken by his “father”. Kiriya remembered the suspicious looking person he saw on his way in, thanked the receptionist about the information and left. He was hoping that the thief wasn’t too far away.

Kiriya asked the people in front of the hotel if they saw that person. He learned about the location he went to. It was right toward the market district. Kiriya had to catch up to him whatever the cost. He started running and not long after that he reached the market district. The only thing he saw was that person entering a shop for weapons. What could he possibly do there? The only logical explanation was that he was trying to sell the baby.

Kiriya quickly entered the weapon shop but it appeared nobody was there. In a split second he decided to go to the back end of the shop.  As he silently made his way there he heard two guys speaking. They were clearly talking about a price for the baby. Kiriya got infuriated and charged inside. The only people that were there were the two guys and the lost baby. He decided not to talk but to take the baby by force. He caught up the first guy with a surprise strike to the back of the head with the back end of his sword. The second one saw him and started throwing punches at his direction. Kiriya quickly dodged the majority of them but one landed on his ribcage and staggered his movement for a split second. He immediately recovered and knocked out his enemy with ease.

The next thing that happened was that a few jounin came into the shop. They were apparently following him in case of emergencies. The jounin restrained the thieves while Kiriya was taking the baby to his mother. When she saw them her eyes watered with tears of joy. She couldn’t thank Kiriya enough. It didn’t matter what Kiriya thought about this woman, the only thing that mattered now was that the babies were safely returned. He talked briefly with her and went on his way home.
