Hyde stood before the double doors to the free clinic. His bored expression gazing up to the building and its two story bland cement color. Of course it wasn't going to impressive to look upon but he wondered truly if there had been any effort put into it. There were only two large windows per floor and he could see the second floor was almost entirely filing cabinets. He nearly shuddered at wondering just how organized all those files could be. He hoped they were at least separated by year and name. Some sort of filing system that was easy to navigate. Besides that he would glance to the windows on the first floor. He could see two people in the waiting room. One looked like he was perfectly healthy and the other was an elderly homeless woman with some scabs on her face. She seemed rather zoned out while the young man seemed content to avoid her. He could see the receptionist behind the desk and a single female doctor with a disheveled look about her shifting through a couple of documents. Free clinic or no he had expected more. However he needed some field experience before he would be allowed to work in the actual hospital on the other side of the city block. So the free clinic it was.

Hyde would clear his throat and adjust his black tie calmly. His white shirt was pressed and without a wrinkle as per usual. Cuffs tightened and a black vest over them both with copper buttons. His headband was tightly tied around his left shoulder. His black slacks had the impression of being steam pressed with firm creases. Shined black shoes hinted at a determination to appear polished. Only the pack of smoke sticking out of the breast pocket of his vest was out of place. Well, that and the kunai and three shuriken tied to his belt. All that was fine and all. His black hair hung down lazily around his face framing his blue eyes. Eyes that screamed of boredom and considering other people simpletons. Most would be able to ignore such an arrogant expression except it had to be on the face of what appeared to be a ten year old. The curse of his clan was he actually looked old for his age. He was fourteen and had graduated from the academy but due to genetics he did not age appropriately. Not by common standards anyway.

Still he would light up a smoke and wait a moment. He was a half hour early for his four hour volunteer shift. Building up towards his hundred and twenty needed to even start in the hospital. He wasn't eager to start either. Still he would take a drag as the smell of tobacco filled the air. Letting out the smoke in a ring as the sun began to rise and reveal the morning. It was early so no one was out and about really. Just the crack of dawn. Still the overworked doctor likely doing the night shift took in both patients and ushered them out by the end of his smoke. The older lady having just been taking a nap some where warm and the young man looking to score some drugs. Hyde would watch them both leave before dropping the butt of his smoke and smothering it under foot. He would sigh and walk into the now empty establishment. Reporting the the doctor there. Quietly speaking up.

"Hinode Hyde, genin of the village here for his hours."

He would hold up his slip and identification before the doctor would blink sleepily and look between him and the paperwork before sighing. She quickly explained she needed to go fetch some food and coffee before indicating where he could find a white coat and telling him she would be back in an hour. The pharmacy would be locked while she was gone so he would be stuck just utilizing basic medical skills and jutsu. He would nod having expected as much before she nodded in return and rushed out the door. The was likely the first break opportunity she had her entire shift. He didn't blame her. Still he would stand next to the counter before slipping on the white coat which reached his ankles. One might hope the first patient would take him seriously.

"No we are not off to go see here. Now stop giving me that look"

Repede, Zetsume's dog, had been attempting to seek out Raiu Mizuki for awhile, but his owner kept telling him no. No is a word the dog particularly did not enjoy. The dog was infatuated with the Kumogakure shinobi, while Zetsume just did not want to bother with such a thing. He hated conversing with people without a real reason in hand. Repede was determined not to take no for an answer and would try to keep sneaking off away from Zetsume by which he was caught. After a few times, the dog had enough and bit down on Zetsume's arm hard enough to draw blood before giving him a glare and walked off to go find others that would not tell him no. Zetsume would have stopped him, but, perhaps it was best to let the dog roam and have fun. Zetsume did keep too close of an eye on the dog and perhaps this was his way of rebelling against his owner. Zetsume looked at his bloodied hand and gave a long drawn sigh before relaxing his arm as he felt small trickles of blood slide down from his arm. It was not uncommon for the dog to strike Zetsume. Despite the two of them being the best of friends, they were also polar opposites to the extreme. In every aspect that Zetsume lacked, Repede excelled and vice versa. During his walk, a few people that knew Zetsume asked if he was alright and he brushed it off as if nothing. He wanted to train today, but it would seem that the dog was going to force him to get this arm looked at. Last thing Zetsume needed was to lose his bow arm. Still, Zetsume sort of hated hospitals, it felt too much like.... death to him.

Walking towards the hospital, Zetsume let out long drags of his special home grown grass. It was an herb he once found during his travels and decided it would be best to plant some at his house which resides outside the walls. It gave him small relief from his constant state of anxiety, which was brought on by the immense crowds of people he had to squeeze through in order to make it to the hospital. Luckily for him, the walk was less troublesome than his mind made it out to be. He was there within half an hours walk. Opening the doors, he took a deep breath before he would have to socialize. The worst part, Repede was not here to distract him and others from his socially awkward and almost rude self.

When he walked in the place seemed mostly quiet and not hectic, which was nice for him. It meant that he could probably get through this without much trouble with talking to others. Zetsume walked towards the counter and gave his casual fake smile he gave everyone before speaking in a friendly and comical way, "Hello, I just need someone to patch this wound up a little and make sure it does not get infected. It is not an emergency, so others can go before me if need be."

Hyde~

For the moment the young man was examining a couple of patient files. It appeared the clinic was mainly designed for overflow and wasn't exactly the respected pillar most medical facilities were supposed to be. If anything they were the small case center. The hospital was after big cases. Doctors looking to show they were the real deal by curing a disease or saving a dying man. They were eager to take on the extreme cases like combat injuries but scrapes, bruises, odd bites and rashes were sent to the clinic. It was amazing the sheer number of patients sent their way for minimal staffing. Some ranging from pulling a fish hook out of a boys hand to straightening a broken finger of some poor girl. It was no wonder no hinode files could be found in the mess. Anything that could just be sent to this clinic was nothing any member of his clan wouldn't passively regenerate. His blue gaze shifted across the paperwork to the empty lobby. A slow day in Kumo really. He was the only one capable in the building of medical treatment but he doubted he would be tested here. Grunt work for the genins he supposed. The hospital was mostly for the chunnin and up to make their names known. Medic nin trying to become the greatest in the field. He would scoff at it if it didn't bug him so much. However their competitive nature and pride was going to lead to something being overlooked in time. He considered the lot of them fools. Still he would do the job assigned to him and heal the afflicted even if the hospital had no time for them. At least that was of course if they would accept him healing them. A child treating even a scratch was hard to fathom.

Hospital~

The Hospital itself was crowded both inside and out. People were buying coffee at the ninjabucks out front for the beginning of the day. Pagers going off and nurses rushing in to start their shift. Doctors laughing and talking and ranked med nin discussing their latest great save. Some were looking for field assignments to prove themselves and others looking to stay in the safety of the hospital itself. It was easy to see who was willing to risk it all for the fame of being a great doctor and those just wishing to get by on their talents. Outside though it was mostly just the staff coming and going. Once he got inside though Zix would find himself surrounded by blood stained, coughing, sick individuals. Each looking more dire than the last. His dog bite didn't seem to warrant even a hint of worry from the desk clerk when he revealed his current reason for being there. Instead they glanced at it before sighing and typing on the computer. They were booked from one bed to the next and struggling to keep up with the patient load. A scaffold fell earlier and released some harmful chemicals meant to be dispersed to kill termites. The clerk would type a few things on the keyboard before glancing up again and sighing. Speaking quickly while returning her gaze to her work. Talking to him without talking to him.

"If its not an emergency your going to be waiting for some time. It will be hours before we can find the time for you honestly. It's a busy day. If your fine with...lesser treatment...there is a clinic behind the building for the uh...less fortunate. They might be able to help you?"
