Niidashi Nissan is a tough man "Yin" who is constanly fighting his gentle personality for dominance. For many years he was winning every fight, but just recently the gentle "Yang" starting to gain some influence by showing some respect and kindness in key momments. That's why Nissan was promoted to genin after many years of failure because of bullying classmates.

Chapter II: Socialization and inner reconciliation

Nissan is trying to find a way to get along with his recessive personality in order to improve. This decision leads to a huge success in almost every endeavor. He notices a physical gains as well as social. Making real friends and partners is another step forward in shinobi hierarchy.
