Ok I would mainly like to hear from an admin/mod or at the very least someone in the know as I am looking for answers to some questions.

1. Do you have to have Fuunijutsu in order to get a tattoo seal such as a boost to something?
   
2. Can you have someone else with Fuunijutsu seal it onto you IC and be able to use it by flowing chakra to the seal?
   
3. Can you have a medical jutsu sealed into a tattoo?
   
4. If you have Fuunijutsu can you create the seal and have another player character use a medical jutsu and seal it within the tattoo?
   
5. If you have a jutsu sealed inside a tattoo and then use it would you have to reproduce whatever was sealed inside it (such as a medical jutsu) in order to reseal the jutsu?
   
6. If you have a tattoo seal that grants a buff do you have to reseal anything after you use it?
   

These are all I have for now but I might have more later any help on these or future questions is appreciated.

There currently is not a proper system for body seals and in general I'm against people trying to use them until they are officially outlined by the administration.

Other characters are using them because there are no real restrictions on them as of yet because there is no official rule set. All existing body seals are at risk of being disallowed or removed at any time at the discretion of the administration until such guidelines exist.
