Clan History: A long time ago there was a clan who would travel all around the world delivering messages, transporting items and just running all over the place to get things done as fast as possible

Then one day a nameless Kage who got annoyed at one of the clan members moving faster then them decided to wipe out the entire clan after convincing the other unknown individuals that these hyperactive unaligned individuals who sided with no one were a threat as they felt they would make hyper fast assassins that would be rather difficult to capture as they were the fastest, or amongst the fastest at the time.

After several traps as well as massive walls and enclosed areas were made, the clan suffering on the verge of extinction went into hiding as what is left are only remnants as the clan eventually was completely forgotten about, even by its members. All they still have is their running personality and ability to run really fast which does not stand out as much as it used to as most of the members still carrying this bloodline are orphaned and have no last name to link back to the original bloodline. Though some of them still share a birthmark near their tailbone area which is simply seen as an odd defect or disease due to certain inherent properties of its clan members.

They are fast when they are moving, but they also get hurt more if they hit while moving
When not moving they feel a need to react to things and are able to react faster, but they lack strength when not moving as some of their strength is in their speed

[b]Drawbacks: Read Kekkei Genkai

First things first, you have broken coding. The last half of the clan is bolded and you have "[b]" in a few spots. Fix this if you can.

Next, this kekkei genkai is a nice idea. For organization's sake, move all the "minus" debuffs to the drawbacks section, separate from the "plus" buffs. Since this is a scaling kekkei genkai and it has no training costs or word counts of its own to grow in power, and it allows for big passive stat buffs, faster dashes and longer sprinting, I would highly recommend that you specify that members of this clan cannot take on any additional passive boosts of any kind beyond those provided by their kekkei genkai.
