D-rank
Mission name: Our Bread and Butter: That's Mine!
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Assist Ore Collectors.
Location: The Door To Hell.
Reward: 500

Mission description: Okay, so this isn't so much 'important', as we can't afford any of those lower-rank ninja mucking this up. We can't keep making weapons shipments if we don't have the ores to make them with. We shall overwrite the grim, crime-riddled history of this mine.

Mission details: The area, though constantly dotted with methane fires, does still contain a large amount of raw material. All you have to do is shake the ore loose from the rock face, and the miners will take care of the rest; you cannot use B-rank or higher jutsu in this area unless they are Suiton, and any Katon or Fūton jutsu will cause an explosion, failing the mission.

Mission name: Adjunct Teacher: Genin Squad.
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Instruct a 3-man team.
Location: Kaze no Kuni.
Reward: 500

Mission description: They're not fresh graduates, but....well, you'll see for yourself. Give them a few lessons on the practical applications of ninja skills.

Mission details: As with most young ones that haven't seen real conflict, these ninja are rather unruly. You get extra Ryo for teaching Player Characters.

Mission name: Patrol: The Wilds.
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Scout the areas outside the village for signs of trouble.
Location: Wilderness - Kaze no Kuni
Reward: 500 Ryo.

Mission description: The troubles of the Sand do not stop at the village walls. Ransacked caravans, travellers gored and left to die, mysterious disappearances. The largest country in the ninja world has the largest number of problems. We can pick them out, solve them, one by one.

Mission details: This mission requires that you stray outside of the normally prescribed areas of travel in the Land of Wind. Of course, this means that you'll start encountering more people of unsavory disposition, and beasts of a more feasrsome nature. In either case, a group of 10 to 20 enemies with B-3 stats (B-rank items but no jutsu) will be what you find, or 2 to 3 enemies with A-1 stats and the ability to use jutsu of up to A-rank from multiple Libraries, with either Taijutsu or Bukijutsu, at least. You can encounter the enemies immediately, or after finding a sign of their activities.

Mission name: Recruiting: Subversion.
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Convert enemy ninja.
Location: Any.
Reward: 500 Ryo.

Mission description: Sunagakure has historically been thin on actual ninja working for the prosperity of the village; during such times, this has inversely led to the village being less able to protect its inhabitants from danger. This is a bit more dicey, as affiliating with Rogue Ninja or letting ninja from another village defect to your own can have political consequences if you're found actively encouraging it.

Mission details: A fairly simple mission that can be taken in the middle of a thread, or even during another mission, such as Patrolling the Wilds. You simply have to persuade a Nuke-Nin, a Ronin formerly belonging to a village, or another village's ninja to join Sunagakure no Sato through one way or another. There is, of course, a chance that the ninja attacks you. They're always equal to you in rank, with tier-2 stats to match and a varying arsenal of jutsu; generally, they will have Ninjutsu (can use 2 element libraries), Taijutsu, or Bukijutsu (with an A-rank weapon to match).

If you actually convince a Player Character to join Suna through this mission, your payout increases!

Mission name: Charting: The Scorpion's Den.
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Sketch the geographical layout of the designated area.
Location: Kaze no Kuni Wilderness - Scorpions' Den.
Reward: 500

Mission description: They're coming out. Expanding their territory.

The scorpions that normally make their homes inside the namesake labyrinth have begun to pop up around the village without explanation. We suspect that there is some sort of connection between this and our own discovery of the tunnel system in the rock table. As such, we need to figure out what paths they are coming through, and we need to know how exactly it's arranged so we can set up barricades.

Mission details: Requires having done the C-rank "Charting" mission, otherwise you have less of a grasp on cartography than this more complicated area calls for, reducing your payout.

Numbers are your enemy here, and using a stealth method that hides you from detection via smell, air currents, motion or vibration, or sound is preferred; they don't use their eyes much, so invisibility is useless. If you kill a scorpion of any size, it releases pheromones that alert the others of its kin. Thus, the more you exterminate, the more come out from the woodworks. The small scorpions are very hard to hit, but rather weak; they range in the tens of thousands in number. The large scorpions dwarf and overpower humans easily with S-0 Strength and Endurance, additionally boasting immunity to non-Katon B-rank jutsu or lower; they only number in the hundreds. Some of them have potent poison, even a drop of which can knock out a human in 2 posts if not removed or neutralized by a Medical Ninjutsu that has the specific function of doing so. It decomposes when exposed to air, however, so collecting it is impossible.

Mission name: War On Gangs: Recon.
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Gain intelligence regarding organized crime.
Location: Kaze no Kuni.
Reward: 500 Ryo.

Mission description: We've gotten some tips off of the street that there's a meeting of the organized crime leaders happening. We want to be able to ambush them in the act, so don't do anything to scare them off or shake them up.

Mission details: This is a stealth-based mission. You are to gain as much information as you can while going completely undetected as an operative of the Sunagakure Ninja. Either you should keep from being detected at all, or you should have a disguise and script ready. Hired thugs with C-1 or C-2 in all stats will be guarding the area, so it is imperative that you keep your cover or stealth up.

Mission name: War On Gangs: Bust.
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Perform an arrest.
Location: Kaze no Kuni.
Reward: 500 Ryo.

Mission description: Thanks to our ninja, we've gathered some info. Your briefing will be given to you shortly, but we've discovered several crucial areas in which the local gangs are about to execute their next moves. Your job is to incapacitate, but not kill, all those involved and take them into custody.

Mission details: You can complete this mission in the same thread as "War On Gangs: Recon" or "Gate Duty". You gain additional Ryo if you neutralize their plan before it gets past the planning stage.

The gang members routinely have at least C-3 stats, and at least 5 will be present. Two of them have B-1 in all stats. They are able to use Ninja Arts from the Libraries, and one or two of them will be melee (Tai/Buki) specialists.

Mission name: The Fight of a Lifetime.
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Engage in combat with another ninja.
Location: Kaze no Kuni.
Reward: 500 Ryo
Mission description: This might just be a spar, but you're going all-out here. It's been said that fists can let you say what words cannot. Let's begin the dialogue.

Mission details: This mission pays out more if two or more Player Characters participate. If a 2v2 takes place, all participants get an extra 75 Ryo.

Mission name: Consult the Daimyō's Ranks.
Mission rank: B.
Objective: Allay the Feudal Lord's forces.
Location: The Meeting Cactus or Kaze no Kuni Border.
Reward: 500 Ryo.

Mission description: The patrols of the Shogun have been encroaching inward, past the normal boundaries set by the Feudal Lord. Show the soldiers of the Emperor that they need to respect the lands of the Ninja; their commander should be able to give you some answers.

Mission details: It is well-known that the Samurai and the Ninja are not on the best of terms, being on opposite moral and tactical sides of warfare. Therefore, tensions may be high through repeated...need for negotiation on this same issue. A show of physical force may be needed to even enter the military camp, but make sure that you do not severely harm any of the samurai (max C-rank or higher damage); they're only equipped with C-rank weaponry and stats, and the footsoldiers know no ninjutsu.. A further duel might take place depending on your negotiations and other actions, with the A-rank Samurai Leader. He has S-rank Bukijutsu and a blade to match, plus access to Wind, Fire, and Lightning natures to attack at range with elemental slashes. He possesses A-3 Strength and Speed, and A-0 in all other stats. He is armored with an S-rank heavy suit.

I forgot to fix the War On Gangs: Bust description.

These missions are parallels to the Konoha Priority Missions, in which B-ranks get 350-ryo payouts. If other villages can't have those slightly elevated mission rewards, why ought only one? I'm not petitioning directly for these above prices to be approved, but I do want equality in mission payouts between villages.
