- Sting Operation:
- Mission name: Sting Operation (Repeatable)
Mission rank: C
Objective: Capture the drug dealer alive.
Location: Sunagakure
Reward: 200 ryo
Mission description: A captured drug courier has revealed a drug dealer who is operating in and around the village. Intel shows he’s of a smarter sort than the kinda tempting kids around the academy. We have arranged a stint operation. The courier has flipped and is co-operating with us. He has divulged the location and time of his next pick-up. You will stay hidden from view as the meeting ensues. As soon as the drugs are in the couriers possession, ambush the dealer. Capture the drug dealer alive so that we may interrogate him to gain Intel on his supply source.
Mission details: What drugs he he dealing is up to the player. However, he will have a D rank criminal ninja bodyguard. This ninja will know the basic academy techniques, and uses a rusty katana that can cut 1 inch deep. He has all D0 rank stats. If the dealer gets away or the informant is killed, or the dealer dies or is in no condition to be interrogated (permanent damage that won’t heal fully) the mission is a failure and no reward will be given. The bodyguard will likely try fight to kill or maim, and despite his D ranked abilities should be treated with caution. The bodyguard may be killed.
Ryuto was trying his best to avoid his father any way that he possibly could. The idea of being alone in the house with him made him quite upset, and he simply couldn't stop thinking of what he had done to his mother. He played it over in his head again and again, watching the frying pan smashing into her, seeing the blood flowing from it, looking at the mash that had been her face and head...he wanted to throw up from thinking about it. He had never experienced anything quite so horrible in his entire life, and he was positive that it would haunt him for the rest of his life. His father was leaps and bounds more terrible than Ryuto was, and he was absolutely evil, something that Ryuto never wanted to become. He had no issue with using people to meet his needs, but he would never do anything so vile to anyone, let alone the person whom he loved. He couldn't help but think of Misaki when thinking of that, the idea of any harm coming to him making Ryuto sick and angry. He would kill for Misaki, but he would never harm him. In an attempt to keep away from his father, he had been taking on several missions to occupy his time and hopefully keep him busy enough to not incure his father's wrath.
He had been waiting to hear back about a mission that he had done involving a drug peddlar, and he didn't have to wait too long. He was approached a few days later and informed that the man had revealed information to them that could help them nab the next level up, one of the dealers who was selling drugs to the kids at the academy. It made Ryuto sick to think that such a thing was happening in his village, a village that he planed to rule one day. He wouldn't allow such petty crime and disgusting things survive if he was in charge, and he was disappointed that the higher ups in the village weren't cracking down on them with an iron fist. Ryuto would be able to exact a measure of revenge against them, though he had been told that he wasn't allowed to harm the dealer himself. He wished that he could kill the man, make him pay for the awful things that he had been doing in Suna, but he knew that there was a larger goal in all of this, and that they were working to bring the drug trade in Suna down for good. He was happy to be able to do his part for that. He was also happy that he shouldn't have to get physical with the man, as it wasn't something he had any intention of doing.
Ryuto had been told that he should wait nearby, fortunately in an area that wasn't around the academy, as this man apparently was smarter than someone who would deal drugs to kids. If he had found him there talking to the academy students, he likely would have flensed him, and that was something that he certainly would have no issues with getting over the morality of. He kept attentive, activating his Sharingan so that he could better track the movements of the men who he was supposed to watch. He saw his informant walking over with a package, looking around nervously. He really hoped that this guy wouldn't fuck it up for him, as he really didn't want to lose this scumbag. It didn't take him long, however, to see the dealer walking up to meet him. He wasn't dressed in quite the same manor as Ryuto was expecting, choosing to dress in normal clothes as to not draw more attention to himself than was needed. He was certainly a little smarter than the flashy courier. He also couldn't help but notice that he was accompanied by another man who seemed to have a katana at his hip. Great, someone that Ryuto would have to fight. He was pretty specifically non combatant, though there was nothing in his contract that said the bodyguard had to make it out of this encounter alive.
He made his way out of the trees, throwing a rock to catch the men's attention. As he would do so he would prepare to activate a genjutsu, watching as his target looked towards him, Ryuto's eyes flashing briefly as the man was caught. He would believe that he was trapped behind a massive wall of earth, Ryuto watching as the man stopped moving forward, which the bodyguard didnt' even seem to react too. Ryuto assumed that the Bodyguard was hoping his charge would stay back, not wanting him to have to fight against the man who was assaulting them. Ryuto pulled out a Kunai and held it in his right hand, being prepared to use it to attack the man if he had too, which he was assuming he would. With the other hand he would form a chakra seal and then place it on another Kunai, throwing it somewhat lazily at the man, who would easily catch it, Ryuto smiling as he did. His genjutsu had been triggered, the man falling for his simple trick as the seal on the Kunai would activate. He would see a sandstorm kick up in front of him, which in the village of Suna was a fairly normal occurance, and it wouldn't seem out of place. He would cover his eyes, Ryuto taking his chance to run up to him and get behind him. The man would pull out the Katana and start swinging, Ryuto quicker than him, especially with his Sharingan activated. He easily dodged the sloppy attacks, his Kunai slashing the man's sword hand and causing him to drop it.
Ryuto would dip down and pick up the sword, it feeling clumsy in his hand. He was no weapon expert and had barely even held a sword before, but he knew how it worked in principal and he sliced at the back of the man's knees with it, causing him to fall to thje ground. The genjutsu would have worn off from the pain, but at this point it didn't matter anymore, Ryuto's Kunai now at the man's throat as he sliced through the artery in his neck, causing a crimson spray to jet out from his throat. He would be dead in no time at all, and Ryuto could focus on the drug dealer, who had just figured out that there was no wall. His face was one of horror as he looked at Ryuto and what he had done to his bodyguard, falling to his knees and begging the Uchiha not to kill him. Ryuto told him that he had no intention of killing him, and that he had something else in mind for the man. He would grab a large rock, knocking the man unconscious, and having the courier help him take the man back to the people who had hired him, so that Ryuto could get his pay for a job well done.
When he got him back to the man who had hired him, Ryuto got another ear full about how he shouldn't have struck him on the head, and what if he had forgotten some of the vital information that they had been wanting him for? Ryuto, of course, didn't particularly care, telling them that he might not have been a doctor, but he wasn't nearly strong enough to hit someone hard enough to cause them brain damage. They asked him if there was any witnesses to what had happened, and Ryuto confirmed to the negative, telling them that the only witness was the bodyguard, and he had died in the street. He watched as the man called out a name and a person in a bone white mask showed up, the man telling him he had some clean up to do at the meeting point. The man would nod his confirmation of his orders and then quickly disappear, heading off to clean up the body that Ryuto had left in the sands of Suna. He would wait around this time, wanting to be there when the drug dealer awoke. There was a medical ninja attending to him, ensuring that he was able to wake up after the attack, which was no issue at all. Ryuto hadn't done any real damage to the man, and had managed to strike him just hard enough to knock the man out, as he had assumed. When he awoke he freaked out, asking where he was and if they were planning to arrest the person who had murdered his friend. Ryuto smirked at these words, the man clearly not realising what was going on at first, until the man who was interrogating him made it perfectly clear to him. Ryuto would watch the horrified look on the man's face as he realised that he was about to be tortured for information, wondering how long it would take for him to break. He decided that he had quite a bit of time, as he wanted to avoid his father and he and Misaki had no plans for the evening, and he would stay around and watch a bit of the show...
