Clan History:
The Knetegawa clan was first created when a Puppeteer decided that human shaped puppets were too easily identified, and weren’t covert enough despite the various abilities they had, or could do. She wasn’t in love with these puppets and found them to be ugly so instead she decided that she would only use the best from nature for her puppets and thus was born the Knetegawa’s signature puppet the Beast Puppet.

The Beast Puppets are simply puppets that are designed to look like animals. These puppets take more preparation that the typical Humman shaped puppets because the Beast Puppets need Fur, Feathers, Scales, or whatever have you as the final coat. (I.E. If someone were to make a snake puppet they would need the skin of the snake they were trying to impersonate.) These puppets were made with such skill that it was hard to tell the puppets from actual local Wild life.

The head of the clan took it a step further, however, and she discovered a way to break the bonds of a contracted animal to keep it from retreating to its home so she could kill it and turn its body into a puppet. Thus she gave her clan the ability to make their own kind of puppets she called these “Biological Puppets” they function very differently from human puppets as they do not retain their chakra, nor are capable of using Jutsu that the puppeteer doesn't have itself. Yet these puppets are capable of a more organic kind of movement making them easier to manuver and much more agile. In light of this, the mark of the Knetegawa became a drop of blood which they would have under their eyes to show the sorrow the natural world feels at the loss.

Kekkei Genkai Name: Beast Puppetry
Kekkei Genkai Description: Knetegawa get one Free puppet of D-rank, along with the appropriate Modifications. Beast Puppets gain access to metal claws and teeth which can be used as weapons but don't count towards modifications. These will stay at E rank, but can be upgraded at the cost of counting towards modifications.

This clan specializes in creating puppets using animals for the inspirations along with using actual animal corpses. They often turn the bodies of Ninja animals into puppets, as well as use Kuchiyose summons' bodies for this brand of puppetry. The "Biological" puppets can appear to immitate living movement with their unique bodies.

Drawbacks:
* Members of this clan can’t learn Senjutsu due to their corruption of Nature, and Animal life.

* Members of this clan can’t form contracts with the animals they use as Puppets. It causes serious trauma for the animals to see their like used in such a manner and they will likey turn on you, or never approach you to begin with.

*Anyone in this clan is forbidden to create Human puppets, doing so will make them a black sheep among the clan, but they will not be exiled from the clan.

*Every member of the clan must pick an animal they wish to use as the basis for all their puppets and may only add or change to an animal that is not already taken by another clan member, or with the permission of said clan member.

Also, this clan already exists in one sense. Look for the Shinda Inu clan. Animal bio puppets are pretty much done.

I also note that the Shinda- Inu clan is very different in essence.

They use their companions who have died as their puppets using puppetry to give their souls a new body, or so it seems.

The Knetegawa have no such connection and their puppetry isn't the same. It is basic puppetry and human puppetry the only difference is in the desire and design to use Animal shapes, and Animal bodies. Also, I've made edits so that their puppets don't actually use chakra, or are like human puppets. They are just the preserved corpses of animals reinforced to be combat worthy.

However, if it still seems the clans are too similar, I shall figure out something else.

If you remove the "Human Puppetry" aspects and relations to it, its fine.

Claws and teeth are able to be on the frames of basic puppets without being considered modifications. They're parts of the frame. But this is fine.
