Neci walked down the road, he had left the weapon his little brother, he was walking into dangerous territory and he knew it but he cared not so many valued their life Neci was not one of them. His foray into the Leaf village had proven a success emotionally, but he had gotten no stronger, maybe someone in the village of lightning would prove to challenge him and fix his boredom.
He walked slowly and surely as he crossed the border, not sure what was to come, whistling a tune as he tossed a kunai up and down with practiced ease, so far not a care in the world, life was as simple as this sometimes
He looked over the trees and gravel that made up the area, the heat here was frigid to him and the trees odd looking, what a strange land.

Syn had been scouting the borders of the village today. Having only gotten back a few days ago, every ninja of the village had been told to be on alert and being a jounin, he had wandered out to the borders to have a better check. The sun was shining harsly but it wasnt enough for Syn to break a sweat. The jounin scanned the area carefully while checking for any suspicious signs but he had found none yet. His blood had been boiling since he got back from iwagakure after eliminating Zen and bringing down the cave on his body. He had been on alert ever since because he knew he would still have to face Ichido.

The screeching of about two or three birds in the sky wasnt abnormal but perhaps it held a meaning. Syn ventured further into the borders and far away from the village gates hoping to find some information. The border was a vast land with little to no trees or water sources but the grounds were covered in rocks and hills and grassess.

Away in the distance, his keen eyes spotted a figure appraoching.  The borders of the village had been closed recently and no one had been allowed entrance and so this person had no business here. If he were an intruder, he wouldnt have been walking out in the open but Syn had a duty to perform thus he would sprint at full speed towards the figure.

At about ten meters away, Syn would halt in his tracks and speak out. 'Who are you? You have no business being here. I'll either bring you in for questioning the easy way or you'll have it the hard way. Make your choice'.

He found something entertaining, an odd looking man approached him and was already barking orders at him. Now normally Neci wouldnt attack someone, but today he wasnt in the mood to be told off, he really didnt like being bitched at by some nobody.

He swaggered a few feet forwards, actiavting his sharingan and staring the man down with a usually unknown tenseness. the kunai was still being thrown up and down as he alit blue and white, becoming alive with sparks and energy. The regular old cutting age of the knife now increased by inches due to the lightning edge around its blade.
He was very angry at the moment and just waiting for man to make a move.

Perhaps the act of murder that this man had committed was what warranted the unusual cries of the birds earlier. His confession had only deemed him fit of death. He had admitted to killing inhabitants of the cloud village most of which must have been comrades to Syn or mere villagers who had no way to defend themselves. This act of brutality would surely go unpunished.

The man staggered forward while activating what happened to be sharingans. What an uchiha was doing far out at Kumo's borders was surprising but no expressions were registered on Syn's face. All that was there was disgust and hate for the man before him. Feeding the kunai in his hand with lightening chakra as sparks leapt from it, he pronouced his name as Uchiha Neci perhaps thinking that he would come out of this bout but little did he know that this fight was a death sentence rather than a challenge.

Reaching for the kunai in the pouch seated on his left pocket, he would launch three kunai's towards the man and would follow up with a charge, reaching the uchiha in less than a second. Syn would go airborne, attempting to kick his opponent in the center, one foot after the other. If this attack would land, the uchiha would suffer minor fractures to his rib cages and be kocked back about two meters. Whether or not this attack would be sucessfully, Syn would burst to the left and jab him in the side quickly before planting his right knee upwards in his face.

Neci saw the attack coming in a moment before it did, the kunai flew at him with practiced speed, he sliced the first one in half and dropped to a crouch as he saw the man rush him, with a smile he set himself up and ready.  Neci lunged forwards into the mans charge, the foot coming in and Neci letting it as he stabbed for the mans gut with his kunai as the attacked finished hitting or not Neci felt immense pain in his side, the kick was incredibly powerful snapping ribs from his side with a crack that sent him flying, he managed to keep him footing as he came to a slow, hoping the exchange went equal.

He spit a glob of blood from his mouth onto the ground, staining the dirt a dark crimsion.

Neci looked up and locked eyes with this man, the sharingian trying to map his next move. His ribs were aflame with pain as he sent chakra to his eyes, a simple genjutsu that would incite drunkness in the target, making them feel loaded and swively.
The moment he released the chakra he charged forwards, releasing chilled soul on his weapon, for any who looked at it would begin to shiver as if the temperature went to -50 C.

He lunged at the belly first, swiveling in defensively and stabbing for his knee, his blade able to cut cleanly through flesh (2 inches) with his lightning infused blade.

Jutsu used:

Being a senju, he had lived in the same village with uchihas in the past and besides that, no shinobi would deny not knowing what the legendary sharingan of the uchihas was capable of. This young man had activated his at the start of the fight and Syn had to be careful or he would be caught up in one of the many genjutsus this enemy obviously had up his sleeves.

Syn's attack connected after the man dodged the kunais as the man's rib gave out a little cracking sound but before he was sent flying backwards though he managed to land a little one on Syn. His kunai plunged into the jounin's side but the cut was not deep due to his toughened skin and he could still fight at his maximum considering his endurance levels.

Managing to hold his ground, the uchiha wouldnt fall on his back rather he would come to a stop, spitting out a glob of blood caused by Syn's hit and staring Syn straight in the eye with blood red sharingans. All of a sudden, Syn would feel slow and drowsy, everything looking weary for him. Putting the pieces together, it wouldnt take him no more than a sec to detect that he had been caught in a genjutsu before first he was fighting an uchiha, second the uchiha had activated his sharingan at the start of the fight and thirdly due to his perception levels, there was nothing else that could have made him feel this way if not for the fact that the enemy had invaded his body system.

Disrupting the flow of chakra in his brain with the Kai technique, Syn would stare down his opponent who was fast appraoching at a speed slower than his. His chakra would begin to swirl around him so that this opponent would know what he was up against. Pulling out a shuriken that had an explosive tag attached, Syn would launch it towards the target and in that moment activate the shuriken shadow clone technique. His sharingan might be fast but dealing with a hundred shurikens would be no small feat as Syn would cause the tag on the original shuriken to explode once it was within a meter range of the uchiha.

He seemed to have hit the illusion, though the skilled ninja was very good. Within seconds he had kai and breaken out of his drunken state of the jutsu. Neci was in the middle of rushing forwards, as he got close a thrown shuriken became many.
He hadnt the time to dodge in reality, instead he through his kunai, it sliced through a bunch of shuriken and continued for the shoulder of the kumo ninja, if it hit it would cause a serious wound since it was aimed at the collar bone. But before he had time to forumlate a plan, suddenly his body was filled with stabs, he was sent flying against a nearby tree with 30 shuriken in his forearms from blocking his face, and 20 lodged in his chest.

Now laying against a tree, he knew he was dying. Instead of going out as the villan he decdied to hurt the mind of this ninja. He looked up at the much more skilled foregin ninja with a sly grin, blood running from his nose and lips, making him mildly quesy due to his fear of blood. He looked at the man, the sharningan flickering out of his eyes for the last time.

I...was lying, never killed a kumo ninja before...just wanted to get ...you riled up ahahahaaha.. He coughed and spit another thing of blood. I came for the the view of the mountains. they are pretty ahahah He looked at the man, and noticed that he was staring at his eyes when they were red and full of power, There yours, i wont need em now i guess then he broke into hysterical laughter, coughing into a fit then everything went black.......

Perfectly planned. The rodent was cornered and the fumigation was about to begin. With some bit of skill, he tried to cut his way through the wave of projectiles but his speed could not keep up. The more he tried, the more cuts and gashes his body received and in the end, the explosion though not fully getting him threw meters away into a short tree trunk with several burns all over him.

Walking over to where he lay helpless, the uchiha began to speak and Syn gave him audience and holding back the will to end him. 'I... was lying, never killed a kumo ninja before... just wanted to get ...you riled up ahahahaaha.. I came for the... the view of the mountains. they are pretty ahahah... he said slowly while spitting out small amounts of blood in the process and all Syn did was look at what he had done to himself. Kumo was currently hostile and this young man had dared to toy with one of the villages' jounin and this was the result. The end of his life. 'They are yours, i wont need em now i guess.. he concluded offering his sharingans to Syn as his last breath left him.

Syn stopped to think for a minute, looking at the eyes and the power that they held. In a split second, the young man had managed to destabilize him and if not for Syn's well trained senses, that genjutsu might have turned the tides of the battle. This was an opportunity to obtain a rare weapon with immense power and he wouldnt let it go. Carefully, he plucked both eyes out of their sockets and kept them safely in a jar containing a preservation liquid, one which he had in his pouch. After this, he proceeded to bury the ninja at the foot of the tree trunk and further clear the area of any suspicions after which he would head back to the village to figure out what to do with these eyes.
