Ability/Function: Yajirushi is made out of an alloy of steel and carbon fiber and enhanced by chakra to make it incredibly difficult to break. The edge of the blade is made out of diamond, in order to increase its sharpness. The blade has two different abilities that compliment each other. The blade is naturally surrounded by and aura of both wind and lightning. Wind makes the blade incredibly sharp while lightning adds to its piercing power. This creates what could possibly be the sharpest blade in existence. Additionally, Yajirushi is able to create projectiles from its afterimage. When Gin swings the blade, she can solidify up to 5 projectiles that are roughly the size ans shape of Yajirushi itself, however, they look as if they were made out of pure light. These projectiles travel at 50 m/s and have very precise homing capabilities. In other words, Gin can perfectly direct their movements. Creating each projectile costs 5 chakra.

History: Yajirushi is one of Gin's more recent creations that stems from her Kekkei Genkai. The material of the blade is based off of one of her other swords - Naiya.
