The fixed tanto-blade knife is build from one piece of solid steel. Made from 1095 Cro-Van steel, the reflective straight tanto shaped blade of the knife reflects light well and is easy to sharpen and hone. The guard of the knife is built into the one-piece blade and handle, providing a completely solid guard that protects the hand from slipping over the blade when stabbing. The knife is near perfectly balanced and can be thrown if needed, but the primary use is for cutting and stabbing. The knife sits snug and secure in a flexible and protective nylon and plastic holster that can be placed on either the leg, hip, belt, chest, or arm if needed through the use of an adjustable lock-strap.
