This has shaped itself into a mini story, written and composed by Shibirin and Sanosuke. It is just at its starting point, so if others wish to jon, feel free to ask and we'll consider a role for you to play. Otherwise, do follow on the chapters that are to come, as if you were reading this 'book' IC :)

"Ok, now to practise my Santoryu," spoke Shibirin, as he approached one of the training dummies. These dummies were said to be able to mimick the same exact movements of that of a human's. They were created and each given a seal, that if broken would return them to their wooden, motioness stae. Though Shibirin didn't want to remove the seals so quickly, he wanted a fight. He borrowed three, regular rusty katanas from a nearby weaponry shop and brought them to this location with him. Already, he had three swords of his own. His regular rusty katana, the 'gifted' blad and the 'cursed' blade.

He wore his blades on his right hip. He took one of the borrowed sowrds and attached it to the dummy's right hand. The dummy had two legs and two arms, just like a human. Once the dummy had its sword, Shibirin did the release hand signs for the seal and the dummy came to life. It mimicked the movements of a human's, as if it were a human being itself. Shibirin then took his stance before drawing his blue, rusty katana.

He then ran towards it, his sword held down to his right side and gripped wiht both hands. The dummy didn't move, it had its sword held in front of it. It then brought its other hand to grip the sword aswell, before having to dodge the attack Shibirin had installed for it. As Shibirin came towards the dummy, he realized if he didn't attack now he'd just go straight into the thing and bump into it. He came to a halt, just centimeters away from the dummy, before bringing his sword up towards his right shoulder then he performed a vertical slash down to his bottom, left corner.

Jutsu used:

As the ninja's blade came slashing down at the dummy, it brought its sword up towards its top left corner, where the attack had started from. It intended to stop his sword from slashing down.

Shibirin saw the dummy attempting to stop his attack, just as he planned. As the dummy raised its sword to stop the slash, Shibirin twisted his wrists in a 180 degrees angle towards the left and changed the direction of the slash. Now he was slashing from the bottom left corner and up to the to right corner, a clever move that left the target with no cautions to alert them of what has happened, making it nearly impossible to block the new directed hit.

True, the dummy couldn't dodge the attack. It now felt Shibirin's sword slicing against its wooden chest and was pushed back a bit in the process. Shibirin then twirled his blade in his hand for a bit, to return it back to the default holding position. He lept back a bit and landed where he had placed the three borrowed swords, one ebing in the dummy''s hand already. He took one of them and made his way towards the dummy. He place this new sword in the dummy's free hand and moved back a few steps from it.

Now drawing his second sword, the 'gifted' sword which was white in colour, he then faced the dummy and took his stance. he uttered the words, "Art of the two-sworded dance!!" before he ran towards the dummy. There wasn't much distance to cover, so within 2 seconds, the dummy and he would clash. The dummy reacted fast, it raised the sword in its left hand and attempted to slash Shibirin on the top of his head. Whilst this happened, it brought its other sword, the one in its right hand and attempted to slice Shibirin across his stomach.

Shibirin was quick to see the incoming attack and was able to block it using his Blinded slice: rotation. Firstly, he came to halt. He held the sword in his right hand over his head. He then held the sword in his left hand with the reverse grip, and held it vertically pointing up to the top right corner, behind his back. He positioned the blades like so in a matter of 2 seconds, before he began spinning on the spot in a 1080 degree manner (3x 360 degrees). The swords clashed together, stopping the dummy's attacks, but it was also powerful enough to push him back by 50 centimeters or so.

When Shibirin had stopped spining, he quickly lunged at the guy with the sword in his right hand, in an attempt to stab the dummy straight through its stomach. He held his other sword away to the side, but was prepared to use it if need be.

Jutsu used:

The dummy slashed downwards at the incoming lunge to its stomach with the sword in its right hand. As it pressed its sword down against his, it spun 270 degrees in an anti-clockwise manner and brought its other sword around for a slash at Shibirin's left shoulder.

Shibirin, however, was quick to notice the dummy's movements. He couldn't use his right sword, for it had now been stopped and trapped by the dummy's sword, but he could however, use his left sword. It was in the same direction as the incoming slash, so the blocking motion was easy and fast to perform. Shibirin brought his left sword towards his shoulders and blocked the attack, the sound of metal clashing together would be heard and a few sparks were made. The dummy then spun back around in a 270 degree manner in the clockwise direction and then pulled its sword back. After that, it took a small leap back and re-positioned itself.

Shibirin pulled back both his swords, leapt back to the left over sword on the floor and took it in his hand. He then threw it towards the dummy, but the dummy failed to catch it, for both its arms were occupied. Shibirin walked up to it and picked up the fallen blade. He then fixed it horizonatlly onto the dummy's head, as if it was clenching it in its mouth.

He then moved a couple of steps back and took a new stance. He took out his third and last blade, the 'cursed' blade and he clenched it by the handle between his teeth. He then held his Genko katana in his left hand with the reverse grip and the blade Sai in his right hand, also with the reverse grip. Speakig the words, "Santoryu. Art of the three-sworded dance!!" he came charging at the dummy.

When he had reached his target, he came to a sudden halt. He then chanted out the words, "Figures of Eight!!" before he began spinning both his blades Genko and Sai with his hands, crossing them both over his front after every three twirls. The spinning motion and the criss-crossing motion combined gave the effect of two, giant spinning shuriken coming towards the opponent. The dummy crouched down a bit and protected its head and face from the attack with both katanas it held in each hand. The metal, once again, clashed together and released a few sparks as they did so.

Sanosuke looked at the training dummy. The mechanisms in the dummy cranked up in front of him. There was a large hissing noise coming from it as it made its first step towards Sanosuke. The floor shook as it took another step towards him. Sanosuke clenched his teeth in anticipation. Oh boy I can finally practice my techniques, Sanosuke thought to himself as he focused the chakra coils that was contained in his necklace. The chakra coils exploded into his body. Sanosuke focused his chakra into his right fist and fashioned it into a blade on his hand. The process was taxing on his body doing this sort of chakra sculpting on his body instead of his weapons. He would have to wrap this fight up rather quickly.

With a roar, Sanosuke dashed at the dummy. He excited the chakra that was stored inside his body, and focused them in his legs. "Ripple Clone Jutsu", he yelled as he vanished from the training dummy's vision. In his place was an after image of Sanosuke in one place, the another after image appeared closer to the training dummy's left. Then another one poofed on the dummy's right. With each clone he was creating, the previous clone disappeared. After creating 6 clones, Sanosuke appeared behind the training dummy's back. "Take this!" Sanosuke said as he stabbed the training dummy's back with his right hand that was channeled with his chakra in the fashion of a short blade. The dummy jutted for a couple of seconds before it fell to the ground.

Sanosuke was breathing heavily from the techinque. It was the first time that he used the Ripple Clone Jutsu in a while, he forgot how demanding it was on his body. He sat on the ground to catch his breath.

Shibirin stopped the attack, before taking a few jumps back. The dummy noticed that he had fallen back, so it stood up and came charging at Shibirin. Whe it had reached him, it took multiple swings at him. At his head, shoulders and chest, but Shibirin shadowed every attack with a block with his own katanas and the two 'danced' the art of kenjutsu fo more than an hour, exchanging hits, swings and dodges.

It was clear to Shibirin that the batte would go on with no winner until he stepped up his game a little. He made his last swing at the dummy, but as expected, the dummy bloced it. He then took an extra step back, before raising his sword up in level with his eyes. He held the blade there horizontally for a while, before tilting it slightly and directing the sunlight from the blade to the dummy's 'eyes'. The dummy was designed to mimick whatever guestures a normal person would do if something happened to it, so naturally it was blinded for a bit (1 post).

Shibirin then spun around in a 360 degrees manner before bringing his right hand sword towards the dummy's neck, in an attempt to decapitate its head off. Shibirin saw the dummy standing there still for a while. Somehow he felt as if his attack had worked. He stood up straight and sheathed all three of his blades, including the one he had gripped with his teeth. As soon as all the swords had been clicked in place, the head of the dummy fell slowly to the ground, followed by the sound of a sword slash, as if the attack had travelled faster than the sound. "Hmm, i shall call the first move, Flash Back and the second, Brink of death," spoke Shibirin, as he now excited the area in silence, leaving the headless dummy stranded in the woods. He had taken the three borrowed swords off of it, to bring it back to the store owner.

Sanosuke breathed as he sat down on the floor until another training dummy walked towards him. The training drummy approached slowly, as though it. Was relishing this moment, it even punched its hand in anticipation. Sanosuke gritted his teeth as he looked at the approaching training dummy. He slowly got to his feet, he staggered a little to maintain his poster without falling on his face. Sanosuke focused a blade formation of chakra around his right and left arm. He was remembered what he was taught about his wind chakra nature, he had to imagine grinding. Grinding two blades against one another in heated combat, now he had to focus that grinding sensation.

His chakra around his hqnds grew sharper. Once Sanosuke had a good feeling about this feel, he dashed at the training dummy. He was too tired to use the Ripple Clone Jutsu, he needed sometime to rest. The training dummy took a punch to face, Sanosuke ducked the blow in mid run only to be rammed by the training dummy's free hand.

Sanosuke yelped as he staggered, the training dummy punched Sanosuke visciously while he was in his attack window. Sanosuke did his best to weave and dodge each, only a few blows struck true. Sanosuke took a swipe at the clones with his chakra bladed hands. But it was blocked easily. He felt that there was a wall behind him now.

Sanosuke didn't know he was being backed up this much. He gritted his teeth in annoyance, no way he's loosing to a training dummy. When the training dummy took a jab at him, Sanosuke sidestepped the punch to the side of the training dummy that the punch was thrown. Sanosuke took a swipe at the training dummy's exposed abodomen. The dummy bucked to the side. Sanosuke felt the momentum of his swing and wanted it to keep going. Left swing, right swing, left swing, right swing. He kept slashing at the training dummy with a demonic like marauder. The more he swung the more he focused on the grinding of metal.

When the training dummy was twitching due to all the exposed cute it was getting, Sanosuke dashed at the training dummy full speed. The chakra died in his hands as he ran, the training dummy attempted to punch Him, Sanosuke squated under the punch in mid run, his sliding feetguiding his momentum, he made a punch to the machines stomach, and finished it with an upper cut.

The training dummy jitteres until it stopped moving. Sanosuke was panting even more heavily. He spat the blood from his mouth on the ground.

((Psst. Kigan, wanna make this a bit more interesting? Lets make this survival mode. Lots of dummies will spawn from random spots. The first wave will be just two of them, one for me and the other for you.

To kill them, either decapitate their heads or remove the seal on the back of their head. But they double each wave. So wave two will have 4 instead of 2. Wave six will have 8 instead of four, wave 5 will have sixteen and so on XD.

Anything goes, but can only use jutsus up to B rank. You don't have to have the jutsus for real, but just don't make them too powerful like a super bomb or something XD. But the whole point is to see hpw long you can survive, up for it?))

Sanosuke cracked his knuckles in anticipation as a training dummy appeard in fromt of him. He turned his head to Shibirin and smirked "Bet I can take on more dummies than you can." sanosuke smirked before dashing at the training dummy ahead of him. He was still a bit tired from focusing chakra in his hands. The process left his hands pretty numb, he knew he couldn't do that again.

Sanosuke materialized a kunai from his kunai hostler on his right thigh. He spun it around his right finger and caught it in reverse grip. Sanosuke focused the chamra coils that were in his necklace so that the chakra flowed from his body to the kunai knife. It glowed with a slight bluish hue as the chamra focused into a more definied blade.

Sanosuke observed his work, "Not bad at all" he noted. Sanosuke tighten his grip he had on his knife. He dashed at the training dummy, the chakra coils was running around his body because of his unique chakra system. So doing this was pretty complicated. But he was already used to this use if his chakra. He ran towards the training dummy and made a quick swipe at the dummy's arm. The training dummy attempted to strike him down with a punch at the time of the swing. The two attacks clashed, but due to Sanosuke's new definitive slashing method supplied by his chakra enhanced kunai, the training dummy's arm was slashed off with ease.

The training dummy was about to fall over due to the fact that it was missing his right arm, but it stabilized itself too late. Sanosuke switched his grip he had on his kunai, so he was holding it in the proper grip. He made another swipe at the dummy's left and remaining arm. Sanosuke moved with the momentum of his slash and perform a reverse hook kick at the dummy's head. Before the kick made contact, Sanosuke cut of the flow of chakra from his kunai and focused it on his foot to intensify the striking power of his foot. The training dummy's head was sent flying out the window.

Sanosuke landed in a croch position, holding his kunai in his hand.

Shibirin watched the other nin as he took on the dummy. 'Oh, so he's a kenjutsuist too ey?' he thought to himself. This was a good thing, it meant that not only did he have to survive the upcoming waves of animated training dummies, but he had to show up the other guy at the same time.

He placed his hand other the heads of his three sheathed katana. All three of the blades hung losely by Shibirin left hip, one held up straight and the other two tilting in different directions. The one facing the front was his blue katana,which he named Genko. The one in the middle was his white and gold one, which he named Sainō no ken, which meant gifted blade (Sai for short) and the one facing behind him a bit was Norowa reta ken, which meant cursed sword (Noro for short).

Shibirin saw the first dummy coming towards him. When it was but a few centimeters away from Shibirin, it took a swing at his head. He ducked down, quickly drew out his rusty, blue katana and slashed at the arm the dummy had attempted to hit Shibirin with. 2 seconds went by, before the dummy's arm fell off of its body. Shibirin then slashed at the next arm and it too fell down after 2 seconds. He was prepared to finish off the dummy by decapitating its head, but when he went for the slash, the dummy jumped back in void. The dummy's fallen arms then began to shake slightly, before flying back to the dummy's body. Strangely, they had been attached to the dummy's body with long, thin threads of wire, so if a limb was cut, the dummy could easily pull it back in place.

The dummy then drew out a blade from their wooden hands, one in each hand and came charging once more towards Shibirin. Shibirin watched the dummy as it came nearer and nearer, then suddenly, a slicing noise wood be heard. Shibirin had taken a new stance: he now held the katana with both hands and was pointing it down to the bottom left corner, his head lowered and his feet in a lunge position. The dummy seemed to fload past him, in the short 5, slow seconds after the slicing noise. 5 seconds later, the dummy's head rolled off its body and onto the ground. Looks like it was only the head that hadn't been attached with the wires. Shibirin then stood up, rested his katana on his right shoulder whilst holding it with his right hand and sighed. "We can expect more dummies to be coming soon, and i fear they may be made in a more advanced way than the average dummy. If so, then keep a look out for hidden mechanisms. As far as i know it, we may be fighting against master-less puppets" he said, as he scanned the area for signs of red dummies heading towards them

"Don't need to tell me, I noticed already. You should be careful with the threads yourself, if you aren't adept in chamra flow enough to flow chakra into your blades; and you won't be able to cut the threads" Sanosuke explained as he stood up. He looked to the doors and there were 4 new dummies.

Two bulky dummies clattered the floor with each step. They were both holding a giant launcher of sorts that looked like a bazooka. "I'll handle these ones, you get the other two"

Sanosuke focused chakra once again from his necklace hidden under his shirt and into his body. Sanosuke took in a deep breath, and focused chakra into body his kunai to form an extended chakra blade and also his legs. Sanosuke smirked at the clones "Here it comes, Ripple Clone Jutsu"

Sanosuke vanished from his very position just as the dummies fired a valley of kunai at him. Sanosuke was replaced with a still image of himself 60 meters away from his starting position. The dummies fired in unison at the still image for it to disappear again. Another ripple clone appeared 60 meters away from the positin the dummies fired at that clone as well. Sanosuke made 2 other Ripple clones to face both dummies; whom just fired at the clones in vain.

It wasn't until Sanosuke appeared behind them that the dummies didn't recognize their mistake. This Sanosuke however was able to move unlike the other Sanosukes. He picked up a stray kunai from the ground and focused chakra in that kunai in exchange for letting the chakra intensified in his legs to loosen.

Sanosuke made a heavy clash at the backs of both training dummies' heads. The heads fell apart. The training dummies' stances crumbled at Sanosuke's slash. Sanosuke spun the kunai's in his hands and caught them.

Shibirin's blades were like no other. The white one could cut through steal in 5 clashes, but can cut wire threads with only one attempt. It wasn't that he was feeding chakra into them to make the blade cut stronger metal, no. It was the type of metal the blade was made of. The blade isn't made of steel, it is made from a rare metal known as Palladium, a metal that can cut through steel. Shibirin now saw two dummies heading towards him. He quickly pointed out to the latter, "My sword, doesn't need chakra, to cut steel..." as he now drew out his white sword known as Sai.

He held it with a regular grip, before making his way towards them. The dummies and Shibirin were all running towards each other. These dummies were a little more bulk than the others and seemed to be holding big launchers of some sort. The first dummy fired a large amount of kunai, roughly about 50 or so. Shibirin managed to block all of the using his Figures of Eight technique, where he swung his sword from left to right whilst spinning them at the same time. After the kunai bombardment had ended, he continued running towards the dummies.

When he was close enough, he leapt to the sky, did a 360 spin in the air and hovered in between the two dummies with his sword pointed straight in front of him. He landed a meter just behind the dummies and crouch in his position. 2 seconds later, the dummies stopped moving and let their arms lose. another 2 seconds went by, before their heads rolled and fell off their bodies. Shibirin then stood up and stabbed his sword in the ground, before the dummies' bodies fell down.

Sanosuke looked at the new group of training dummies there were now six of them, they were blue and had long metal spires as hands. Their pincers looked razor sharp. They looked as though they were made of a less heavy material. They also looked less bulkier than usual.

Before Sanosuke could gather his thoughts, three dummies dashed at him at blazing speeds. Before he knew it one of them was under his guard, it made a quick uppercut swipe at Sanosuke's neck to decapitated him. Sanosuke cursed under his breath as he did a back flip a split second later to avoid the slash from cutting his head off. Though the pincers did lightly snare above his right eye. Blood started leaking from his wound, he closed his right eye to stop the bleeding from seeping into his eyeball.

He looked around him and noticed that two dummies appeard by his sides as he was in mid air. The stabbed at him in mid air. Sanosuke was in mid air and couldn't duck, so he deflected one slash with his kunai and grabbed the other pincer with his free hand. The blade deagged itself against his palms but he held on.

The original dummy that swiped at him attempted to stab Sanosuke as he was in mid air. Sanosuke flipped the dummy he was holding by the pincers and let gravity drive home the dummy he was holding right into the dummy that was on the ground who stabbed into the air to stab Sanosuke.

The metal pincer went through the dummy's stomach, stunned by the blow Sanosuke used the stunned dummy as a springboard to decapitate the first dummy, and he whiped out his other kunai to decapitate the other dummy.

The last dummy looked at Sanosuke and dashes at him with blinding speed, this time Sanosuke was prepared. Just before he was about to get slashed, Sanosuke focused chakra into his kunai and slashed at the pincer's pivot point, to capsize the training dummy since it was lighter and most of its weight went into its sword it was easy.

As the dummy fell, Sanosuke easily sliced its head off. He returned the kunai back into his holster.

Shibirin counted the next wave of dummies thatg had just arrived. He counted six, but noticed three had taken a liking for attacking his partner, Sanosuke. The last three came after him. He also noted that these new dummies were different. They weren't red like the previous ones, these were blue and had metal pincers for hands. Shibirin's mouth fixed itself into a smirk.

The numbers of the dummies matched the numbers of swords he had, so Shibirin decided to use this as an advantage. Already, he had his white katana, Sai, drawn out and his other two were sheathed. He stabbed his sword Sai, into the ground and gripped his black and silver patterned sword, Noro, with the handle that resembled a silver dragon. He drew out the blade with a reverse grip, flipped it into a normal grip and raised it up to his mouth, now clenching it between his upper and lower teeth in place. He then drew out his last blade, the blue katana, with again, a reverse hand grip and held it in his left hand, leaving his right hand free to pick up the white blade he had ealier stabbed into the ground. He then yelled out, "Art of the three-sworded dance!", as he waited for the dummies to reach him.

The dummy came charging at Shibirin, but this time he wasn't going to just let it come to him, he went after it as well. The dummy clicked its pincers to show the guy what it'd do to him if it ever got the chance, but Shibirin wasn't worried about that. The dummy and Shibirin came close together, then the dummy threw an attack towards Shibirin's head with its left pincer and he blocked it with his right hand sword. He then retaliated with a swing at the dummy's waist with his left hand sword, but it stopped it with its right pincer. This exchange of attacks went on for about, 20 seconds, until they both pushed off each other. Shibirin breathed heavily, sings that said he was getting tired from this battle. The dummy had no heart or soul, so it didn't get tired at all. It definately had energy and stamina on its side, something humans were limited to.

The middle one, of the three dummies, seemed to be closer to reaching Shibirin than the other two. It came up to Shibirin and took a swing at his head with its right pincer, but Shibirin stopped the slash with his right hand sword. He then brought his left hand sword and swung at the dummy's head, but it stoppe it with its left hand pincer. It was then, Shibirin found out that as more dummies are broken, new ones and much smarter ones replace the old, damaged ones and an extra two pop up every time. These ones seemed to be smart enough to effectively attack and defend whilst leaving no blind spots open to their opponents. Both the dummy and Shibirin held this struggle for only about 5 seconds, before pushing off of each other and taking a few jumps back. Shibirin then realized that the other two dummies had vanished, but he realized this a moment too late.

Just as he landed away from the first dummy, the other two missing dummies emerged from underneath Shibirin's feet, one near his left leg and the other near his right. They made an attempt at grabbing Shibirin's legs and succeeded. Shibirin was held in place and the other dummy was now charging towards him. He feet were rendered useless for the time being, so he had to fight the now-coming dummy on the spot. It came and lunged its right pincer towards his stomach, but Shibirin twisted himself to the left and just avoided the attack. The dummy pulled back its right arm and swung its left arm towards his neck, as if attempting to decapitate his head off, but Shibirin bent back and jerked his head to the right, deflecting the pincer with the sword in his mouth. He then shot back up and sliced the dummy's head clean, off of its body using his right hand sword, Sai. He saw the dummy fall back, along with its head, at least now he had to deal with onyl two dummies.

One of the dummies that were holding on to his leg let go and re-submerged itself back underground, but only to re-emerge 3ft away from Shibirin. It clicked its pincers for a split second, before charging at Shibirin. The other one then decided to let go as well and re-submerged itself too underground, but only to re-emerge 3ft BEHIND Shibirin, though he didn't see the second dummy emerge. The dummy in front of him jumped up and stroke downward at Shibirin's chest with its left hand pincer, but he brought his right hand sword around and sliced the attack downward, pinning the dummy's left arm down with his katana. He then swung around his left sword in an attempt to slash the dummy's head off, but as he guessed, it blocked the attack with its right pincer. Shibirin now flicke dhie left hand sword from a regular hand grip to a reverse a hand grip, before spinning around in a 360 degree motion, anti clockwise, and swinging it at the dummy's head. The attack went on unstopped and the dummy's head came off clean. The dummy's head rolled off and fell backwards, followed by the body. Shibirin then looked around to see where the last dummy was, turns out it had emerged itself 3ft behind him, just after it had let go of his leg.

He turned his body around to see behind him, an attack that had been planned by the last remaining dummy, coming straight towards him. He waited for the dummy to near him, as he was tired from fighting the other two dummies. This one didn't seem to be any stronger nor faster than the last, maybe it was surpposed to aid the last two. It came and swung at his head, but Shibirin ducked and did a 360 spin in a clockwise direction and sliced the dummy in the proccess with his right hand sword, but the dummy didn't fall, it merely stood there on the spot paralyzed. Shibirin then stood up and sliced its head off to finish his attack, as he now saw the dummy's upper and lower body separate in the middle and the two pieces fell to the ground, soon followed by the dicapitated head.

Sanosuke panted as he got a bandage to dress his wound over his eye so that way the blood wouldn't ooze into his eye. He stood up right and looked at the destroyed dummies, they were indeed getting tougher. He just barely managed to take down those three.

"Looks like i have to get serious" Sanosuke said as he returned the kunai he held into his hostler. He then drew out his broad sword that was slung on his back. He spun the sword around. "Get ready they're coming."

Shibirin huffed and puffed, it was now clear that he had reached the near limit of his energy reserve. The bad thign with Shibirin, was that he got tired too quickly, this was somehting he needed to work on, and he had to overcome this now. He couldn't afford to rest, more and more dummies will come out and each will be stronger than the last. This was truly just to test their limits, but the other guy wasn't showing any signs of giving up yet, so Shibirin decided to push himself just a bit more. He couldn't show the other guy he was weak, nor did he wish to let him down.

Shibirin got up to his feet and tightly clenched his right hand sword and his left hand sword, but the third sword he had between his teet, he simply he simply bit it harder and glared a the other guy. "Cmon, soon the big ones will come, get ready," he said, as he scanned his eyes around the area for any signs of a possible ambush, but didn't see anything

Sanosuke looked left and right, and there were no training dummies coming to their flanks. Sanosuke looked at his partner Shiribirin in slight concern before walking towards the edge of the hallway where the dummies usually walked in. He peaked into the hallway, but there was no training dummies to be seen.

Sanosuke turned around, "Hey I think they're all gone." He smirked as i spun his master broadsword around expertly, "Maybe I scared them o-"

Sanosuke froze as he was interrupted by 8 hatches on the floor hiss as a octagonal cut outs of the floor slowly rose. These cut outs were like holding cells for the dummies.

Shibirin looked over at Sanosuke and said, "Spoke too soon," before directing his attention back at the dummy holding cells that now popped up right before them. There were eight of them, no taller than Shibirin himself. The Earth cells began to shake, then one by one they broke apart. This time, instead of the usual human-like dummies they got, there were dog-like dummies. They looked exactly like the original, only when their earth cells had broken apart, they fell to their 'hands' and 'feet' like dogs. Shibirin suspected that these speciallized in speed, so out-running them wasn't an option.

He looked at each of them, their facial features had also changed. Their heads were shaped like snouts and their feet resembled the shape of a regular dog's. One of twitched for a split second, followed by another. It was like a mexican wave of one by one twitching from one dummy to the next, before the first one that had twitched started charging towards Shibirin. 3 others followed it, but the remaining four chased after Sanosuke. It was quite obvious that Shibirin and Sanosuke would have to rest after taking care of these dummies. Shibirin got into a stance, with his three katana: Genko, Sai and Noro, drawn out. Genko in his left hand with a reverse grip, Sai in his right hand, also with a reverse grip and Noro clenched between his teeth.

Sanosuke clenched his sword in both hands as he slowly backed away from the dogs that were padding towards them. Although they were manuifactured they growled between their teeth with the ferocity of any other enraged canine. But instead of a growl made by any other dog, it made a sickening chattering sound with its hard hallowed teeth. The canine training dummies dashed at him with its chattering jaws.

The dogs sprinted at Sanosuke, they were attacking in delta formation. One training dog was leading the attack while 2 was flanking its side. And the last dog was closing the dummy squad's rear. Sanosuke took a deep breath, he was still tired from the other volley of training dummies that him and his training partner Shiribirn had fought. His eyebrow where he was slashed at was still bleeding, he felt tipsy a bit, He had to end this.

The leading dog slide on its paws so it can smoothly flank Sanosuke. It made a lunge to bite at his achille's tendon. Sanosuke side stepped the dog but as soon as he was avoided the dog, the two flanking the leading dog dashed at him. The duo lunged to clamp on his shoulder. The dog on his right jumped into the blind spot that was made because of the bandage that covered his right eye. Sanosuke turned towards that dog with his left and lunged at that dog with sword in hand. As he lunged, the dog coming at his right flew over his back, not before making a slash on his back as it flew over him.

Sanosuke felt his strength leaving him as his the dog slashed his side, but he didn't falter in his lunge. His blade went into the dog he was lunging at, his sword sunk into the dogs side. It jutted until it fell short on the ground. Sanosuke slid on the floor and withdrew his sword from the dog. He poised his sword, he was breathing heavily. He wouldn't be defeated, not here not now!

Sanosuke glared at the remaining dogs, he placed his free hand on his wound as he observed his dog. He was losing to much blood, if he takes one more wound he'll black out. Sanosuke focused chakra into his sword as he dashed at the dogs before they can regroup. He made an upwards diagonal slash towards his right, this swipe beheaded one dog on his right. The remaining two growled at Sansosuke in anger, thirsty for revenge. The dogs ran at Sanosuke, he focused his chakra more into his sword as he made a full revelation around his sword "Cloud Style: Reverse Crescent Beheading!"

Both dogs were cut in half right down the middle from his slash. Wind chakra whipped around his sword as he slowed down his spinning. As he attempted to stop his movement, he felt his fresh wound pulse in agonizing pain. Sanosuke roared in pain. He collapsed on the ground paralyzed in pain. He edged his face too look at how Shiribirn. One of the dogs that were attack Shiribirn lunged at Sanosuke as he was still immobilized from his wound.

Damn it, Sanosuke thought to himself. Being useless as that dog lunged towards Sanosuke.

Shibirin was quick to see one of the dogs that initially was after him, but saw it change course and made its away towards Sanosuke. "Oh no you don't," he muttered to himself, as he gripped his two katana tightly and ran after the singled out dog. The others followed: he was chasing one dog, whilst the other 3 were chasing him. He could see that Sanosuke was growing more weaker and weaker as more wavse of dummies kept pouring in. His main priority right now, was to use his last remaining energy to help out his patner.

He kept running towards the dog. It seemed to outrun him, it seemed as if it'd reach Sanosuke before Shibirin could, so Shibirin tried a different tactic. He was going to use long-rnaged attacks on the dog, though he didn't have much time. He came to a sudden halt, weaved a couple of handsigns before screaming out, "Electronic Shock Impulse!!" before slamming both of his hands flat on the ground, just after dropping both of the swords he had in his hands. A large, wave of electricity built up under shibirin's palms of his hands, before rapidly spreading outwards in a ripple pattern towards the one dog that targeted Sanosuke.

From the amount of chakra that had been put into the jutsu and the amount of time Shibirin held the charge under his arms, giving it a minimum time to strengthen before releasing it, it would prove fatal towards the dog, as it was made of cheap, wood. The wave an towards the dog, it was obviously faster than it, for it had covered half the distance between Shibirin and the dog within a few seconds. Shibirin only hoped that the wave reached the dog first, before the dog reached Sanosuke. He closed his eyes, but re-opened them 5 seconds after he heard a small yet loud explosion. He looked back towards the dog: his electric jutsu had done the job. It had so much power, that it shuttered the canine dummy completely and Sanosuke remained unharmed.

The 3 dogs that were chasing Shibirin finally caught up to him. He had stopped running and had used up so much time casting the jutsu, that he had allowed the other 3 dogs to catch up. One jumped up and sunk its metal, razor-sharp teeth into his right shoulder, but Shibirin didn't react. Another jumped and sunk its teeth into his left shoulder, but Shibirin still didn't react. The third came charging towards him, and Shibirin knew that the last one would most likely prove fatal, unless he avoided the attack before then.

He bent down and picked up his fallen swords. He still had the one in his mouth, it was only the two he held in his hands that had fallen. He then stuggered on the spot, before standing up, slightly slouching as a result of the dummy's weights pushing Shibirin down. Blood was dripping from both his right shoulder and his left shoulder. He could feel the cold, metal teeth of the dummies sinking in deeper and deeper into his flesh by the minute. As the final dog jumped up in the air and attempted to bite his head right off, he Shibirin turned himself around to face the last dog with his right hand sword held up, pointing at the incoming dog. It's mouth allowed the blade to go right in and through its artificial throat. The sword went right through the dog's mouth and came out on the back of the dog's head. He then lowered his blade and the dog slid right off and landed on the ground, 'dead'.

The ther two were still biting at his shoulders, but sadly he hadn't forgot them. He dropped both of his blades once more, this time, the blad in his mouth also fell to the ground. He took hold of one of the dog's neck with one hand and the other's with his other hand, and he ripped both of them right off of his shoulders and threw them on the ground. They landed on the side of their stomachs with a thud and then tried to get up. Shibirin Stepped his foot through one of the dog's head and smashed it, as if it were a fragile piece of ancient potery. He did the same to the other, and they both died in silence. Shibirin then drooped to his knees, before falling face first ont the ground-hard dirt. Within seconds, the massive amount of blood that was coming out of his shoulders soon made up the small pool of blood that formed around his body. Some blood came out of his mouth, his eyes got heavy and his heart slowed down. He struggled to keep his eyes open, as he was slowly loosing conscious. He took a memory picture of the last thing he saw: an old man walking towards him, surrounded by the white light his brain had imagined. he bent down and spoke a few words, though Shibirin's ears had stopped functioning adn all he heard was muffled noises. The guy reached his arms towards Shibirin, but then everything faded to black. Had Shibirin died? Who was this man?
