Clean up the clan history and remove the 'trivia' words

KKG:

"White Chakra retains offensive properties of normal Raiton [Electrical burns, numbing wounds, elemental superiority over Doton and Suiton, ect], but is stripped of its normal weaknesses [Futon no longer has elemental superiority over it]"
Raiton has elemental bonus over doton, not suiton. Also give a little explanation on what properties of the raiton means that it is not weak to futon like the normal stuff.

Jutsu:

White Flash (白瞬時, Shiro Shunji)

Add in 'able to deflect absorb 1 S rank / 2 A ranks / 3 B ranks or lower before the jutsu ends' or something like it.

Make it so that the jutsu does cutting damage, regardless of what type it absorbes.

Add in an explanation of how the energy from non chakra jutsu get absorbed / deflected.

Not a big deal, but think about putting raikiri in there somewhere. If you like you can put chidori in a spoiler where you mention it in the kkg so you can have another jutsu.

This is just flavor text, as the clan has no real history on the to draw on [literally, only two famous members and no 'known' abilities]. Essentially, all that is 'known' is hearsay about the clan's history, and what they are willing to share. Given that its a very small family, they are able to hide thier secrets better than most. If you really want it changed, I shall.

Canonly, yes, Raiton does have elemental superiority over Doton -- however, naturally and within the anime/manga,  Raiton has a special relationship Suiton as water naturally conducts electricity.

As for the White Chakra's interaction with Futon, White Chakra interacts with Futon on a 'neutral' setting, meaning it has no advantage over it, but has no weakness to it. Essentially, White Chakra is 'non-elemental' to Futon, but still has the ability to inflicte electrical burns/numbness, ect.

Edited White Flash to reflect the values of what can be absorbed.

I cannot in good faith edit White Flash to do cutting damage on the grounds that if someone uses a weapon that can only inflict blunt damage [Staff, hammer, ect] it would give an unfair advantage.

Raikiri is a variant of Chidori canonly. I'm going to stick with Chidori for the moment, as I'll need to collab with another jutsu mod to write Raikiri.

Yea I would prefer if you cleaned up the history, if there's not much canon then you can invent what has happened to the Hatake since the canon story ended.

If you want strength over suiton you will have to state as such.

I had no issue with the concept of white chakra being neutral with fuuton, I just wanted you to explain why in your app.

Jutsu:

White Flash (白瞬時, Shiro Shunji)

The damage is from the chakra arc and not contact with the weapon right? So it wouldn't depend on the weapon what type of damage the projectile does. You can make it blunt damage if you like.

This clan is approved with the official write-up for Raikiri Pending Admin Approval from Tenmei.

Everything else here is perfectly fine. But until Raikiri is approved, it cannot be used by members of the clan.

If edits need to be made to Raikiri, this clan will be pulled so that you may do so. :)

Looks good. Solid concept, good abilities, and great fluff on the idea that the hatake were smarter and used versatility as a weapon. Suits the clan, well done.

Drawbacks:

5 hard prose and 3 minor pros, VS about 6 hard cons and 2 minor.

Jutsu:

1/ Looks good, just make sure you separate "*In the event that the user is channeling this jutsu through a projectile launcher of any kind, the arcs can be still be fired in the normal manner of ammo fitting to the weapon." from the rest of the A rank, so its a pan thing, or is that only for the S rank variant? Also, if this is a Purple raiton tech, you should add the +5 to the chakra cost and state it can't be used with other raiton variants. (same goes for other jutsu)
2/ Library tech, all G
3/ Same here as the purple slash: if this is a Blue raiton tech, you should add the +5 to the chakra cost and state it can't be used with other raiton variants. (same goes for other jutsu)
4/ Same again

Also, for coloured techniques, you should also be mindful and say that they benefit from the slight augments / buffs from the clan.

Fixed. There's no S rank version of the tech. If you're using a launcher of some sort, you get a 'shot' of appropriate kind for what you use. If you have a bow, you get 1 to 2 arrows per post made of the colored ration to fire before you have to use other arrows.
