Mako was getting himself dressed for the day what he had planned wasn’t much, but being in the house all day really bummed him out.  Slipping on his sneakers he whistled for his golden cloud to show itself.  The cloud was somehow resting on the roof, and reacted to the whistle as if it were some kind of alarm.  The nimbus cloud zipped through his open window where it rested on the roof bringing in a chilling breeze that caused Mako to shudder.  The cloud launched itself at Mako’s head causing him to panic, and topple over.  Shrugging off the cloud he was about to say something foul, but then he heard his mother call for him from downstairs.

“Mako come downstairs and eat your breakfast! I have to go and meet with your Grandpama in a little while.”

Mako rolled his eyes as the cloud moved under him and he sat cross legged on the golden cloud as it transported him to the kitchen table.  On his plate he was presented with 2 crepes with strawberries and whip cream, a glass of orange juice, and a plate of eggs.  His mother kissed his cheek and said her usual goodbyes and she was gone.  He took his fork and cut the crepe into smaller pieces, and grabbed the strawberry dipped it in whip cream and ate it.  The boy took his plate and was scooped up by the cloud and taken to the living room.  Watching a cartoon of a rabbit and black duck quarreling in the forest.

Finishing off his breakfast minutes later he looked outside and the sun was shining for once, but not too far in the distance he could see a small patch of land that was covered in clouds.  This was the first time he laid eyes on this place due to the sky usually covered with clouds, but this would be a prime opportunity to explore such a place.
Scooped back up by his nimbus cloud they made their way out of his bedroom window, and whisked themselves through the village.  The nimbus clouds reckless sense of direction almost caused Mako to go splat on to the buildings of the village.  It wasn’t until a girl randomly walked out into the middle of the street that the nimbus cloud almost ejected him.  Flying at an alarming rate towards the girl Mako yelled giving a warning to her and everyone else.

“HEY GET OUT OF THE WAY I'M COMING IN HOT!”

The cold morning air creeped through her window and sent a chill up her spine, awakening her from her slumber in an attempt to cover herself and fall back asleep. Unfortunately once she is awake, there is no going back and instead she stared grumpily at her night stand knowing there was no other choice then to throw the blanket off and crawl out of bed. Stumbling over to her closet she tossed the shirt she had on to the floor and carefully dragged her fingers over the array of cloth hanging in front of her, seeming to find one she liked she plucked it from the hanger and slipped the thin black sheet dress over her thin frame, grabbed the matching flats and long jacket before heading out into the morning light.

The sun beat down on her face, causing her to shield her bright blue eyes as she walked toward her favorite vendor in the center of town, they have the best egg and noodle breakfast bowls she has ever had. As she neared the entrance the familiar blend of spices and cooked meats greeted her nose before she even opened the door to the shop and as usual, the small eatery was filled with patrons, a small smile formed on her face as her hand dropped, no longer needing to protect herself from the sun. A small elderly woman came over, greeted her with the same warmth only a grandma could provide and sat her down at the bar, she ordered her usual and sat with her chin resting on her hand, waiting. The temperature inside was much warmer than that of the outdoors and her cheeks began to flush under her many layers, she shrugged off her jacket just as her bowl was sat in front of her, the steam rising in the most wistful way.

After eating her food for some time she paid her bill and headed out back into Kumo the sun now risen high enough that it didn’t blind her as she walked through the lazy streets as they struggle to pick up in their usual bustle. As the calming morning sounds like birds chirping and the murmur of business filled her ears it was shattered by an ear-splitting scream from a… flying child? With no real time to react as the boy was headed straight at her she grounded her chakra in the bottoms of her feet to gain leverage and, timing on her side, gripped the boy’s arm and turned with the momentum of his descent, slowing him down and ultimately stopping him from face-planting into her or the ground. Her feet had sunk into the ground an inch or two due to the force of their contact but in the end her maneuver was a success and she released him, giving him a look that screamed for an explanation.

Releasing his arm from her surprisingly strong grasp she rolled her shoulders back, feeling a slight soreness from the sudden exertion of effort without proper stretching. Clearing her throat and raising an eyebrow she looked nearly eye to eye with the boy as she spoke, "Do you have any idea how close you were to really injuring yourself? At that speed you would have at LEAST broken a bone!", her voice rising so that people around in the street were beginning to take notice.

Mako shook his head rapidly as he was stirred from the unexpected crash landing, but his ears were ringing and he noticed he'd caused a ruckus.  Standing in the middle of town face to face with a random girl he'd never seen before, but when he looked at her he could not make out her words she was saying.  It was hard to anyway he felt as if he was lecturing him, but he still couldn't pull himself to actually listen to her.  He watched his surroundings and he appeared to be in the center of the market judging by the way the turns of the streets were.  Placing both hands on the back of his head he peered up at the girl nonchalantly and tilted his head to the side.  The girl just stood there now and her lips stopped moving she had a flustered look on her face, but he wasn't sure what he should say.

Looking around the other people were staring at him, but he wasn't exactly sure how to react in this situation.  While the girl was still angered he gripped her left hand and snatched her away, he ran around a tight bend and through an alley as he whistled.  At the end of the alley he could see the golden cloud speeding towards him, as he leaped onto the cloud with the girl.  Speeding towards the sky he hoisted the girl onto the cloud while he sat cross legged.  Looking over down to the ground he could see the village market again, but he wondered what could have caused the cloud to just eject him off.  Almost forgetting about the girl he looked up at her and spoke to her now that he could make out the sounds around him.

"Hey the name is Mako. Sorry about that just a minute ago someone is just a bit cranky.  You're pretty strong for a girl."

Mako snickered as he threw his hands behind his head smiling, but he kind of expected her to be in shock at this moment and he couldn't blame her.  Though snatching her away was his only choice he didn't want anyone to recognize him, because mostly everybody knew the grandson of Hanabi Misora.  It sucked that he could never go out without later being punished by his mother because he left their home without her permission.  Though it was a real bummer to be in the house on such nice days like this, but it didn't matter the cloud began to approach the patch of land he saw earlier.  Where nothing but lightning flashes could be seen even during this time of day, but it just occurred that he just took a girl against her will.  Mako face palmed himself once the the thought finally processed in his mind.

Idiot.
