Jutsu:

Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu (Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World)

Give the size of the expanded shape, like how you did for the first jutsu. Also for the part where you say it can't be escaped without a jutsu of at least A rank, you can put that up to 'either an S rank offensive jutsu or an A rank defensive' to fit with the guidelines.
