The night sky cascaded over the Land of Water where Suutei could be find scouting the area covering most of the islands on foot to conserve his chakra.  The night was so cold that the lake was frozen solid allowing him to cross on foot.  The moonlight and stars created more light than the scattered lamps around the lake.  Taking a quick rest on a fishing harbor it wasn't everyday somebody could get a view of this as the moon touched the horizon as it ascended.   Suutei received a notification via his ESID but, it was only the alarm notifying him that the time was now 9 at night.  Suutei thought about this would be a great time to get some form of training in through chakra control practice.   Chopper was asleep on the cold snow covered earth not far by, but he was missing a great view.  Taking a look out over the horizon he was mesmerized by the sight of the moon in full glory.  Apparently the small reindeer prepared him a more suitable outfit to wear due to the climate being a bit different than normal.  A heather gray long sleeve cotton hoodie with a muscle type fit, black lightweight track pants with a grey stripe running down the sides.  Suutei noticed the red Kimura clan symbol on the upper left side of the hoodie and rolled his eyes.

Suutei actually found himself looking back on his life in the past 4 years that has changed dramatically.  From his time spent growing up and sneaking to see his Uncle who would show him all the great things possible thanks to Chakra.  The start of his school career at the Prepatory Academy back in Konohagakure, and the days also at the Ninja Academy.  His graduation from both Academies and his First Mission as a shinobi of the Hidden Leaf.  His first serious fight with someone Keigo Uchiha a young Uchiha who seemed all to lost and distant to him now.  His participation in the Chunnin Exams and his elimination.  Meeting the Great Guanyin Nanashi the most Famous medical specialist of the era.  As well as meeting the strange young boy Yuzu and his heated conflict with Toshiko Uzumaki.  Toshiko Uzumaki he hadn't seen the Uzumaki in over 2 years so it was rather dull not having someone worth his time to fight.  

The young man looked over his shoulder as he heard creaking from behind him.  He turned to only find Chopper still sleeping, letting out a sigh of relief his breath could freeze if it was just a couple degrees colder.  Suutei turned back looking over at the moon on the horizon, and it became extremely foggy which put him on guard.  Standing up he looked out and could see a figure approaching as if they came beneath the lake.  Suutei stepped onto the frozen lake as the fog stirred from each movement, and his pace only got slower as he closed in.  Clenching his fists he tried to conjure flames into his hands to keep himself warm, but the air was too thin.

As he approached closer to the figure on the lake he could spot that it was a woman, with skin as pale as the snow and long white flowing hair.  At first site her hair appeared to be everywhere, but then focusing closer one could see her hair moved simply in slow motion.  Suutei was sure he was imagining things at this point, the two of them stood within arms reach of one another.  Reaching out to touch the woman who in turn did the same mirroring his exact movements, and as their fingers touched a intangible force pushed the two backwards.  Similar to the negative ends of a magnet coming together.  It was strange and Suutei popped back up and ran over to the girl and reached to pick her up, but was quickly blown away by the force again.

Pulling out his ESID he sent a voice message to Jet in hopes she'd show up soon because he wasn't sure he could do much at this point in time, and requested assistance with the situation.  The girl struggled to her feet, and looked at him more violently than when they first met eye to eye.  He could almost sense her malicious intent at this point and prepared himself for the worst.  The girl turned and shifted her foot forward doing a stance almost like his own Tempest Fighting Style.  Bringing his fists together he managed to finally get more heat to generate from his body, and engulfed his fists in flames.  The two ran at one another and again the same results as before a force that forced them backwards.  Suutei growing more frustrated increased his body temperature causing some of the ice beneath his feet to melt.

Suutei ran towards the girl who then held her hands out and he couldn't move stuck in a stasis he was vulnerable and had ran out of options.
