Appearance: It is in the shape of a long handled broadsword, with a handle that extends nearly as much as the blade does. Much like Samehada, except the blade is about one third of the width that it is. The handle is 2 inches in diameter, with the blade width as 5 inches. The handle consists of a material wrapped in brown cloth, all the way down to the hilt, which comes into a circle at the end. Mostly for hanging and decoration, although the circle shaped handle can be used as a way to extend the range of the weapon while still wielding it. The entire length of the blade, including handle, comes to about 6"5' feet, with the handle measuring 2"8' feet, and the blade measuring 3"7' feet. Much like Kisame's Samehada, this sword is used for more blunt edge serration and tearing. While wrapped it functions much like a sword with dull edges, having a slight spiked edge due to some of the scales protruding out of both sides while wrapped.

Appearance:

Personality: Being capable of conscious thought, but not communication, Shākusukin chooses its own user, an exclusive process that has often resulted in it being thought of as notoriously picky. It has shown displeasure towards fire-natured chakra, just as Aozame has before.
Techniques:

Okay so first things first, you aren't going to put things that happen in later ranks in this app. those things come when you actually rank it up.

Next as you don't have Seijutsu, this cannot be a combat pet, it'll have to work as a standard pet. Which means the only specs it has is ninjutsu and Bukijutsu. The type of weapon can go into the description. And remove the part about it being able to change size as that's a technique that will have to be apped for the weapon later.... bump with edits.

First remove the bit about a spike in the handle for owners it doesn't like. You can app techniques for it later so it can remoe it'self from people it "doesn't like"

Next, how it deals damage should be in the description. And finally remove the bit about it being able to sense chakra. You probably aren't even going to get that approved on the weapon as it's not really a racial trait of the sword.

Also its fine the weapon choices it own use, but you should note it should not be capable of speech or communication (unless of course you app a technique for it :D).
