Seito
D-rank
And there he was…finally. His newly found comrade assisted Seito in finding the Village Hidden in the Clouds. His eyes gazed over the skies revealing a blanket of drifting clouds and rugged mountain spears penetrating the heavens. Seito had never seen anything like it, Seito had never seen a place so arid yet, so beautiful. The bustling activity and the Kumogakure headbands floating made Kumogakure feel very welcoming and secure. Seito appreciated the security; it showed that people truly cared about their home and about their neighbors. This was his first chance stepping into another village, into another lifestyle that could only be understood by those who lived in. Seito wished he would have enough time to explode the whole new world here, but he was rooted in Kirigakure; the village that he swore to protect. It had not taken long for Nora and Seito make their way to the Raikage’s building. During their stroll, Seito would receive looks of all sorts. Some looked skeptical, concerned and even curious. The four swiggly lines above his eyebrows was the culprit, yet Seito was never more proud to be from Kirigakure. The opportunity to represent one’s country does not come very often, especially for someone of such a low rank.
Each footstep signaled a crunch beneath him as he was getting closer and closer to the Raikage’s office. Seito could not help hold his smile throughout the entire parade through the village. Kumogakure was a diverse place with many people of different colors. It became apparent to Seito and the new change bolstered his friendly expressions. There were all sorts of different things going on in the village; he noticed a large casino that seemed be very active. Seito wondered how much money that brought in for the village, perhaps, Kiri should consider building one as well. A few steps past and Seito nodded his head in respect. A large cemetery displayed itself revealing an amount of shinobi that have passed to protect the village. ‘True Shinobi.’ He mumbled under his breath in a prayer as he walked past. A true shinobi fights to protect what is behind them. Within minutes, Seito discovered a new found respect for Kumogakure.
It had not taken long for Seito to reach the porch of the Raikage’s building. Behind the building were other buildings; some had not cast shadows but Seito thought little of it. His mind was more focused on what he was going to say, his nerves begun to turn and it felt great. Seito enjoyed feeling the pressure, it was moments like this men showed what they are made of. His eyes wandered around the inside of the building. He wanted to know everything about this place, he knew there were secrets in there; not that he would be able to access them but it intrigued him knowing that private interactions occurred within this building and probably in the lobby. With his chin up and a smooth façade, he walked through the building and up the spiral stairs towards the Raikage office. His Kirigakure headband was strapped tightly around his forehead with his tanto over his left shoulder. His Hattori symbol proudly displayed over his heart on his dark blue garment. He would have to act with poise and respect towards the Raikage. This moment became very surreal for Seito; a true testament to what a true shinobi partakes in. His hand clinched the scroll that was to be delivered to Kuroka Gin. After taking in a deep breath, he knocked three times on the door, eagerly awaiting a response.
