Kekkei Genkai: Heedless (忘れ, Wasure)

Clan History: Ninja wars, needless conflict. So many suffered.

Some didn't, though. Ninja arts, the main proprietors of death and pain, were the culprits and the causes of the Wars. A Nibui is less of a cultivated secret and more of a natural adaptation, a mutation in random persons that has proliferated over the years. Thus, Nibui is used to refer to a Heedless individual, rather than being their family name. That being said, the name, nor the knowledge that goes with it, are not widespread; in actuality, most Nibui don't pursue the path of the ninja for the sole reason that they can't channel their chakra. Those that do....they are the nameless ninja-slayers.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Heedless is an abnormality of the chakra circulatory system. Similar to the Revolt of the Underworld technique of Tayuya, persons with this bloodline have an imbalance that needs to be filled. Whenever they come into contact with any sort of jutsu, their Tenketsu open up and absorb the chakra composing it, fully dissipating the part of the jutsu that touched them. Even physical structures created by chakra will immediately dissipate upon contact, not providing any resistance. This does not nullify the technique that was used, but simply makes it useless against the Nibui. (Bukijutsu and Taijutsu will still retain any effect of the original physical attack that was coupled with a jutsu. Genjutsu has no effect, due to the chakra exerted to control the nonexistent chakra in the Keirakukei being sapped away anyhow.)

The process by which this occurs "unmoulds" the chakra before absorbing it back into the body as physical and mental energy. This does not fill the Keirakukei, and thus they are always "hungry" for chakra. They gain little benefit from absorbing these energies besides an adrenaline-like rush of energy for the next post. It temporarily combats fatigue, but doesn't do anything to heal injuries or the like.

Drawbacks: The aforementioned void that needs to be filled, however, is the complete absence of chakra in the Keirakukei. Persons hailing from this bloodline can never mould chakra no matter how hard they try. However, their physical and mental energies can still be drained by techniques that reduce the chakra pools of other ninja, like that of the Aburame. In this way, they can still be incapacitated by chakra exhaustion.

Due to being unable to use chakra, Nibui cannot access the Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Ijutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Kuchiyose, or Senjutsu specializations. Kugutsu may be available through a physical movement-control apparatus like high-tension string attachments, but this could not be below B-rank.

Nibui have no elemental affinities and cannot learn to use elements.

Uhm, This clan is going to need a LOT of work to get through, Not that it's impossible, i had an idea with it myself. I remember posting a note to self to app this clan in another app i did. A clan of this kind to be approved is going to need to be about as equal quality as the Nara clan / Hyuga clan. So it is going to need a much longer more developed history, as well as expanding on the description you already have.

Also, putting a limit on their absorbing ability might be a good idea. hell, even using the chakra bar / system in some way. who knows?

But just being immune to all jutsu with the price of no abilities is not going to fly at all. Also, the chakra draining of an aburame is a technique, so, would they not just absorb it?

I actually made this because of that note, ehehe. I will add further drawbacks and detail. Admittedly, this is just a side project.

The Aburame techniques are less molded chakra and more just telling bugs what to do and they listen because you feed them chakra.
