A creeping light passes over the foot of the bed moving it's way ever so gently towards the face of Chigau while the birds outside his window sing with grace and elegance that would outperform most high paid performers. His chest gently raising and lowering in a rhythmic motion.

:dream : Chigau is running through a burning village, blood on his hands and face with a headband in his hands that always seems to be out of focus. Flames and smoke enveloping the area he is running through making his breathing heavy and slow. Villagers running the opposite direction he is screaming in fear. As chigau looks back in front of himself instead of watching the villagers, a black silhouette appears with a large sword, quickly penetrating chigau through the stomach with blinding speed.

As the sun begins to gently envelope his face in warmth he wakes up in a heavy sweat, heart beating out of his chest and a look of pure fright on his face. This dreams is becoming more and more persistent as of late. He slowly sits on the edge of his bed as he grabs his work out clothes and dresses himself. groggily walking towards his door to begin his morning as he often does.

As he opens the door the heat of the sun instantly begins to wake him up, the bright light still making him squint slightly. He holds up his hand to block out some of it so he can see clearly where he is going. he heads towards the nearest restaurant for breakfast. Walking along the streets he avoids eye contact with anyone whom crosses his path, still afraid to open up and be sociable.

As he opens the door to 'Ichaguro's' for breakfast, he smells what he came here for. A simple but delicious egg noodle soup. He sit's and ignores the menu at his table silently waiting to be waited on. Finally putting in his order the smell of his soup becomes stronger and stronger, eventually he can see the waitress bringing his breakfast. He eats quickly, leaves a tip with payment on the table.

I have got to get higher today... He says to himself as he is walking towards his favorite training spot just outside of the village near the fields. This is where he has preferred to train for some time now since a previous accident at the training grounds where he nearly blinded another student with a kunai, tho it wasn't chigau's fault he would rather not have to deal with interruptions and distractions.

After about 15 minutes he reaches the field and can see the small opening leading to the training area. Right now he is working on using his chakra to tread water and climb tree's. He was so close to the top of the highest tree in the woods yesterday and he is determined today to stand tall on the top of the tree, to be able to see the village and surrounding areas without things getting in the way of his view.

As he get's closer to the small clearing he begins to focus his chakra, pushing it's energy to the bottom of his feet while trying to concentrate it to the right amount to keep hold of whatever he may want to walk up. he see's the tree that has been his main focus for a couple weeks now and begins to pick up space, increasing the amount of chakra in his feet slowly as he gets closer. picking up speed he feels he has concentrated the right amount in his feet, he is meters from the tree now and begins to sprint, stepping up onto the tree with his left foot following with his right, now he is horizontal running on the tree. ignoring everything else his full focus is on his fee. Half way.. 3/4 of the way.. he can see the top almost within arms lenght as his left foot slips. He got to excited about reaching the top and begins to fall. Thinking quickly he plants both feet into the tree stopping himself standing on the trunk of the tree about half way up.

He can still see the top of the tree and begins to walk slowly with focusing only on his feet ignoring the top and gets to about where he was before taking each step as carefully as possible, his left foot touches the top of the tree, as he brings up his right foot he can feel the chakra loosing grip and begins to push the chakra harder maintaining grip. but unable to move because he is focusing so hard on keeping his footing. Only 1 step from achieving what he has been working on for a couple weeks now but ignoring where he is and only focusing on his feet.

The grip seems stable, he takes his step but his body feels week and in an instant he feels his grip completely disappear and the top of the tree started growing ever smaller  as he can hear the win rush past him while falling to the ground, his strength is weak with this technique still. He closes his eyes and takes a big breath, opening his eyes, getting his bearings, he knows there is a branch behind him about 2 meters away, swinging his body so he is facing the ground he grabs the branch safely swinging to the ground 10 meters below him, landing on his right foot and left knee offering some support on the landing he sprints at the tree with full strength ignoring his concentration on his chakra control to his feet.

Left foot, right foot. Now running up the tree with great speed, faster then any time before, frustration covering his face in a way you would think he was ready to kill. 15 meters.. 10 meters... 5 meters... 3, 2, 1.....

Chigau, looks at the horizon, seeing the village in it's entirety just stands there, finally reaching his goal perched on top of the tree.

A smile creeps onto his face as he tried to hold it back.
