All information was in the original request post. I need a simple stat change using the free ranks I was told that are available to those that predate the stat system. The link provided was simply the mod post that approved such use of free ranks. I do apologize if my original post was confusing, I will make sure there is no proof to my next request since you refuse to go through links.

In the mean time however, I still would like my stats changed to the following. STR S3, React C2. This is using FREE ranks that are available to those that predate the stat system. If this is an issue, please inform your staff that there are no free ranks and not to approve any stat changes that are claimed as free.

At the same time, I also suggest putting in a little effort towards your members, or having staff complete tasks all the way such as approving things and being allowed to change them as well, like stat changes. This way you no longer have to look through links and your time is saved for far more precious things. Until then, I do appreciate everything you do, and hope to see such beautiful work in the future.
