Mission name: Mysterious Stranger

Location: Kirigakure no Sato

Mission description: A mysterious stranger has shows up in the village. There have been rumors of high level criminals posting outside the village and this could be one of them. Because there is no assurance of whether or not this is a high ranked threat or a scout we are treating this mission as one of higher ranked. They have been seen around places of strategic importance. Age, race, sex, and nationality are all unknown. The person is wearing a long cloak and hiding any traces of chakra. This threat is entirely unknown. Take precaution when gathering intel.
Mission details: The Mysterious stranger is a potential threat though entirely unknown. It is assumed that this person is a scout gathering intel on the village and its personnel. Once the wc's are finished the mysterious stranger manages to escape using unknown methods, believed to be KKG. However if the mission takers are located or spotted prior to finishing the minimum wc the person will vanish. Once discovered she will body flicker to safety if not stopped or if the mission is unfinished when being detected (Need the complete WC upon confronting her face to face).

Mission name: Stop the Mysterious Stranger
Mission rank: ANBU A Rank
Objective: Stop the enemy scout before they reach the village walls and escape.
Location: Kirigakure no Sato
Reward: 500
Mission description: The Mysterious Stranger that was discovered has managed to escape. She was last sighted running for the village walls. Stop her before she reaches the walls of the village or she will escape and relay the information to her clients via fuujinjutsu (needs to be in range to use). If you manage to catch her interrogate her for information using any means necessary.
Mission details: The Mysterious Woman has managed to escape custody and is running straight for the village exit. She will successfully reach the gate in 4 posting rounds by then the mission takers must have completed their minimum wc to capture her successfully. The stranger will do little to fight back and instead rely on stealth and sensing jutsu to try and evade capture though she will use all forms of basic weapons/items (smoke bombs, makibishi's, metsubishi's, kunai, exploding tags, etc.) with great accuracy and skill. Once captured you will need to interrogate her for information and requiring another 500 words to do so. Once the information is extracted she can either be imprisoned or executed. Report mission findings to the ANBU Captain. The intel once discovered will be given via PM from Dameon Shikyo. Pm him when writing this portion.

Mysterious Stranger:

I will need you to work out the wording of this mission as it's impossible for me to understand the purpose of the mission. First the stranger is a man with no name, now the stranger is a woman with no name, now the woman has a name (Xen as you stated above). There's too many inconsistencies with the wording of the first mission. Assuming that both of these missions are linked, I will need you to fix the first mission before I move on to modding the next one.

I fail to see how this is acquiring intel. Is the person a spy or what? You need to adjust the mission objective as it is too vague(acquire intel)

I also fail to see how this is worthy of an A rank mission.

Obviously because the information of the person is completely OOC so therefore we know its a woman. IC they would have no idea because she is wearing clothes to conceal herself :o -gasp- -sarcasm-

That said I added other details as well. Its A ranked because it is an unknown threat and must be treated as a potential hostile seeing as they are scouting all the military and government sites of the village. So we obviously know that they are looking at specific targets aka scouting but we do not know how trained or deadly the individual is especially now with there being rumors of high ranking criminals camped outside the village lets also not forget that Kiri has had run ins with this before 'seven bells', and as such when conducted in the absence of the Mizukage (out in suna), than the ANBU Captain will take matters more seriously >.> IC. Especially when intel like this is discovered in the absence of said Mizukage. That and the mission itself is very particular in the way it has to be carried out making the OOC writing for the topic more difficult as well.

If this mission is merely capturing this woman, where her stats for speed and reaction time are A-3, I fail to see how she's a threat. I understand your logic of IC the village doesn't know what she wants, but OOC there isn't enough reason for her to be treated as a threat worthy of an A Rank mission. Will she attack, because if so then what of her combat abilities? If she's only used for reconnaissance and won't put up a fight when confronted then this mission should be a B Rank and not A Rank.

By stats I mean all of her other stats besides speed and reaction time. Also what rank are her weapons that she's using?

The rest of her stats are A rank A-0. The ranks of her weapons beyond the basic weaponry are A rank including a tanto, and exploding seal kunai.

The mission objective for the first mission is rather broad. I'd like for you to narrow it to something along the lines of capture the intruder for intel.

Even though we know OOC that it wont be completed that way? Thus auto-failing the mission IC? Would rewards still be given OOC?

I agree with you on this but I wasnt really sure how to make sure those who participated completeed their mission OOC whilst failing IC.

Then I would like for you to change the objective of the mission to: acquire intel about the intruder. Of course you can put down on the mission that you must attempt to capture her, but you will still be payed ryo for the information you gathered about her.

I do say I do not approve of the mission being of rank A. There's not enough danger in the mission for it to be treated as such. I understand that you want to keep the atmosphere of the mission like a mystery to the person taking it, but from an OOC pov it's simply giving a mission a higher rank for no real reason. So I would prefer for this mission to be B Rank, unless you make this intruder a bit more dangerous than she is right now.
