It was another dull, dreary day in the heart of Iwagakure. And there, in the dreariness of it all, laid Raishimaru Kanetsu, smothered by the utter comfort of his bed. It had been ages since his last meal, and his stomach had been growling for some food for what seemed to be an eternity even whilst he slept but he payed no heed to it. All he wanted, was to sleep. To forget about the troubles of his shattered world, and all the violence that depicted his destiny. Left just to him, he could sleep for an eternity, living a life of slumber and isolation. A man in peace, and at rest with himself. There is surely nothing better than this...nothing at all can get me off thi-



The desperate knock on his front door seemed lightyears away from reality, merely an echo in the distance even though the door was no more than 10 meters away from him. The notorious banging continued, a feeling of urgency increasing as the pounding resonated more and more in Raishi head. What the hell is it?!! he thought to himself, reluctantly getting out of bed to answer his door. He walked ever so slowly, dragging his feet with each step; the fastest he could walk at this period of time.
"What do you want?" he asked his disturber dryly as he opened the door mid-swing. his head hanging lowly due to pure laziness. He just couldn't be bothered to raise his head up!
"Oh Raishi-san, it's terrible! A gang has attacked us in our home and there is nobody but you to protect !!!"
Looking up at his neighbours now, he could make up serious bruises and scars on the face of Iryo, the father who looked like he had obviously been beaten up some way. But that wasn't what stood out to Raishi the most. There in front of him, stood Iryo wife and children, who were always so nice happy with smiles on their faces, and laughter not too far from the tongues, here they stood looking bruised and battered. Of course, it wasn't as serious as their father, but still seeing the children in that state, and the beautiful wife who always smiled, with such injuries fired up a deep anger inside of Raishi. He began to clench his fists so hard that his neighbours heard the crack of his knuckles and yelped at it, with tears in their eyes. Rash couldn't let this stand.

"Get to the Iwa hospital, and stay there," Raishi told the family as a whole, still in shock and wide eyed by the sight of the bruised face of those otherwise lovely children. Something had to be done.

With that, Raishi hurried into his house to collect supplies. The usual;kunai knives, shrunken and whatnot. He was going to find this gang and make them pay for what they had done to those children. Children! What kind of coward hurts children? With new found strength, Raishi took a light jog to the mission centre, in order to wake himself up a bit. He also needed to find as much information as he could because it was more than likely that there was already some intel on this gang in the mission headquarters. Getting bored of jogging, he took to the rooftops, his pace getting quicker and quicker each time he remembered the face of those young children. They will surely pay...

A few moments later, Raishi and already gotten information about the gang from the HQ, and it had taken close to no time at all. Basically, he was looking for the "Infinity Gang" from what he saw on the mission scroll, and he had in fact be given a mission to exterminate them. Normally, Raishi is not one to kill people, but this was a totally different thing. Those little children did not deserve to experience such trauma! At such young age! They definitely have to pay, whatever the price it may be!

Raishi raced towards the Wild West, every vein in his system pumping violently with each step. All he could think about was the pain that he would inflict not eh gang for such barbaric behaviour. And all for what?? A few scraps of bread? It may no sense whatsoever to Raishi, and he was even more irritated because of that.

Now arriving at his destination, Raishi could make out a group of small battered cabins in the distance, about 5km from where he was standing.This should be the place.. he said to himself, cross checking with the directions of the gang's location on the mission scroll. But first.. Raishi then whistled as loudly as he could a specific melody that only one other being in Iwagakure would be able to identify, wherever he was. He'll be here in a few minutes Raishi thought to himself as he calculated Iwa's arrival time. He contemplated waiting for his rhino before charging in to battle, but Raishi was too irritated to wait. He had to act now. Time to rain hell on these cowards..

As Raishi ran closer, he could see that there were 4 cabins to be exact, all 4 of them forming a circle of about a 20m diameter with some sort of courtyard in the middle. Hiding behind one of the shacks, Raishi could hear the hustle and bustle in the gang's self made compound coming particularly from the centre courtyard. From what Raishi could hear, there were a massive amount of people in this compound, and Raishi couldn't even understand how so many of them could reside in such a small area.No matter, they are still going to pay he said to himself, vowing to inflict the most excruciating pain on the one that hurt his neighbour's children.Okay, okay I can do this. It's been a while since I have been in battle, but these are just street punks right? They are nothing compared to trained shinobi! Alright on three...1...2...3

With that, Raishi sprung up to the air making himself visible to the scum bags.

As soon as he launched himself into the air, Raishi threw 8 kunai knives at the heads of 8 different gang members that were present in the courtyard. of course, they weren't suspecting this attack, and it was evident that they couldn't react fast enough to dodge it because Raishi's movement was too quick fro them to keep up with. Raishi heard the thud of bodies falling to the floor, dead, as he landed in the middle of the courtyard. There were about 12 others around him, all staring in disbelief and shock at what had just occurred, as if they had seen a ghost. the once rowdy place seemed to slow to a dead silence upon the arrival of Raishi as they tried to decide what move to make against him. The silence was so dead that more people poured out from one of the cabins, those ones bearing swords, because they were obviously curious as to what cause the sudden silence. Once they spotted Raishi, they drew their swords and signalled at more people to come out of the cabins. Rash just watched in silence as their numbers grew, more people with swords and the people from the earlier group now wielding kunai in their hands. he merely just smiled to himself, brought out two kunai, one in each hand, and started his attack.

As made his move, the entire congregation of lackeys let out a loud yell, some sort of battlecry as they charged towards him from all angles, trying to close in on him. Rash merely body flickered upwards, and landed ontop of one of the cabins and then expelled a large fireball at the group below him. Of course, the sword wielders who seemed to be more trained than the group he was fighting with earlier, managed to get out of the way of the fireball but the rest were just not fast enough. He heard screams of agony as 4 men who had kunai got smouldered by his fire jutsu. Silence once again fell upon the crowd, and the sword wielding gang members looked more alert than ever. "HE IS A NINJA! WE DIDNT SIGN UP FOR THIS!" a lot of the crowd yelled, realising just how much trouble they were in. Some of them, upon seeing the just, dropped their weapons and ran for their lives even, fearing for what was to come. Rash just watched them, silent as ever from the top of the cabin. He looked upon them, noticing that his just had caused a sense of alert and fear in their empty heads and it filled him with more anger that such idiots could dare hit a child.

Suddenly, 4 brave gang members wielding swords launched themselves towards Raishi, ready to swing but Raishi jumped off the top of the cabin, to the very centre of the courtyard, weaving quick hand seals. As he landed, he began expelling a thick cloud of volcanic ash that completely surrounded the compound. He could see the panic that this caused, and could even hear the clanging of weapons being dropped as some gang members fled for their lives. Surely this isn't all that I'm facing? A group of imbeciles? he said to himself, as he begun his rounds around the smoke cloud, killing the remaining gang members that stood their ground with his kunai. It wasn't long before the ash cloud dispersed, that the entire courtyard was littered with dead bodies."Disappointing.." he said to himself, spitting on the body of one particularly ugly gang member as he walked away.

Then out of nowhere, Raishi hears an animalistic yell, and quickly turns round to see a massive, grotesque individual before him with a halberd in his right hand. Rage seemed to emanate from this person's body as he saw the damage that Raishi had done.
"Good. Now you know how Iryo felt," he said calmly, looking eye to eye with his opponent. The gang leader did not even bother with words and started charging towards Raishi, and he was fast. Faster than even Raishi himself. As the huge man swung his halberd towards the right, Raishi attempted to use his two kunai to block it but it broke through the kunai!Shit he's strong.. Raishi said as he flew sideways due to the impact of the halberd with his side. Now getting his footing, he slid to a stop on his knees, just a few meters from the huge man. The pain on his right side screamed at Raishi, but he still looked on at the man with a new burning rage. This man was going to die.

Once more, the man charged towards Raishi, halberd ready for a swing when suddenly, Iwayama came charging through the courtyard with his Blurry Flight technique, crashing through the cabin and the side of the huge man as he was mid swing until Iwayama crashed him through the cabin on the opposite side of his entrance. "I had him Iwa!!"Raishi complained to his pet, annoyed at his wrong timing. "Sure you did,"the rhino replied cheekily, "He's dead now, my horn went straight right through him even before I crashed him into that cabin. He is such a light weight!" Raishi looked at his companion and smiled. He then took the dead body of the gang leader, placed it on the back of the rhino, and walked back towards the village to report his mission a success.
