Mission Details:

I was walking through the streets of Kumo when I heard a shout for help, never being one to turn away from a cry for help I took off to find its source. I quickly found the man who was shouting on the next street over in front of the casino, "Sir what is wrong? How can I help?" I asked the man as soon as I got to him. The man told me that he was coming out of the casino with his winnings when all of a sudden a man wearing all black with blonde hair ran out of nowhere, grabbed the bag of winnings and took off, the man pointed the direction the culprit took off. "Don't worry sir I will find the crook and get your money back" I tell him before following the direction the man was pointing. I ran through the streets scanning for any sign of the man although i didn't have much to go on other than the mans hair, so I calmed myself down trying to analyse the situation, thinking quickly I jumped up on the rooftops and activated my Onikeigan and began scanning the area for people with blonde hair, and found a lot of people of Kumo have blonde hair. So I started looking for other details maybe someone sweating after just had run or breathing heavy I thought I is continued to scour the area for any sign of the man. At first I was beginning to think I wasn't going to find the man by this time he sure to of caught his breath, sure his safe and not stressed, but then I saw someone, he was a blonde zooming in on him I could see he was breathing heavily, looking over his shoulder as if he was scared someone was after him or something. He was standing in an alleyway just off the street side, I looked at where it looked like he was headed to see a two big looking men standing in front of a door. Knowing that if that was the man and he went in there I would never get the winnings from him, so I dropped off the rooftops a few meters in front of the man, "Hello sir, I was wondering if you had been to the casino lately?" I asked as the man stood in shock of my appearance in front of him, but my words of the casino must of snapped him out of it because he spun on his heels and took off in the other direction jumping up on the rooftops trying to make a fast escape, I quickly pursued him not wanting him to escape. The man was fast and it was hard for me to keep up with him but luckily my Onikeigan helped me to keep an eye on him at least up able to get far enough away from me to where I couldn't see him. At one point I assumed he thought he lost me because he slowed down a little bit but as soon as he looked behind him and saw me he was off at full speed again. I knew I couldn't catch him by normal means so I had to think of a solution. I grabbed my talisman while still running after the man, I had never shot a bow while running before and did not trust my aim to do so now as soon as my bow was formed I planted my feet and drew the bow taking a deep breath I fired off the arrow at the man and then took off after him again with my bow still formed encase i needed to fire another shot, I watched as the arrow flew past his arm missing him by a hair damn it I got to aim better I think to myself as I draw the bow again planting my feet and firing off another arrow before resuming my pursuit. This time the arrow grazed his leg staggering him a little bit but he continued to run not letting the small wound slow him down. I have to hit him this time, because if i stop again and miss he might be able to run out of my line of sight and then I may never stop him. I take a deep breath focus all my might into my aim for his leg and then let loose the arrow, I took off again praying that the arrow would hit its mark or otherwise lose my target, my prayer was answered as the arrow pierced the mans left leg sending him falling to the ground. I put all my strength into running to catch up to him, before I could reach him he was on his feet throwing a kunai towards me before taking off again, his kunai was well aim if i hadn't seen it coming it would of hit me square in the chest, luckily I was able to dodge it unharmed. Although the man was running again I could tell his speed was greatly less than when he first took off, meaning my arrow had done its job I was able to keep up with him much easier, I decided not to fire off another arrow just yet, with the wound to his leg he can't keep running for long. Another kunai flew towards me from the man this time for my head, this guy must be getting desperate, I was able to dodge that one too, and then I saw the man stagger again, gotcha I say to myself as I close in on him, the man stopped running and turned to face me with a kunai drawn, although he didn't throw it this time he held it as if he was going to use it in a fight. I stopped about 6 meters away from the guy wondering what he might do, if he stopped to fight then that means he knows how to handle himself, and he believes he can take me, and he might be right. Suddenly the man charged at me, without a second thought I drew my bow and shot the mans other leg from this distance it wasn't hard for me to hit my mark, the man stumbled and fell to the ground with injuries in both legs I might stand a chance now i joked to myself. I walked up to the man, kicking the kunai out of his hand and drawing my bow pointed at the mans face, "I'll take that bag of money back now thank you" I say with a smile on my face as I look at the man. But he wasn't one to give up even with injuries to his legs he was still capable of fighting, he proved that when he spun quickly on his hands spinning his feet around and knocking me on my back before diving for his kunai readying it to strike. The fall to my back knocked my talisman out of my hands, causing my bow to dissipate  I had to think fast due to the fact that if I remained on my back I would be killed by this man, he charged at me I did a quick back-flip away from him landing on my feet, "So you want to take the hard way huh?" I say to the man as i channel my chakra into both of my hands readying them for my Buresu kōgeki, I quickly raised my hands in front of my face, taking a deep breath and shouting as I release the breath into my chakra charged hands sending a burst of chakra at the man, I was sure I hit my mark and then I saw him in the corner of my eye, he dodged it? how is that possible I thought to myself as I look to see the man running for me again, my eyes began to grow weak, I had to release my Onikeigan or risk damaging my eyes. I quickly moved out of the mans path dodging him, I channeled my chakra to my hands one more time this time for Oninotsume, forming small piecing claws between my knuckles, I may not be the strongest or fastest fighter but I can stand my ground I though to myself as i leap forward at the man. I swung at his stomach but he dodged it and moved to cut me with his kunai, I was just barely able to dodge it as i hear my shirt ripping from his blade. I jumped backwards away from the man trying to regain my footing as I try thinking of a way to bring the man down, he's had to of lost a good amount of blood by this point how is he still so fast? Then I realized what was going on, he was using chakra to block the wound and keep his blood flow going, hmm I have to try to move fast I thought to myself as I charged forward at the man he swung at me again this time i was able to dodge it and come up on his unguarded side and lay in a punch to his side, jumping back out of his reach before his arm could come back around. I darted back towards him again dodging his attempt of hitting me before landing another punch to his side, just barely able to get out of his reach in time. The man was beginning to get furious and charged at me with full conviction on his face, he was fast but not fast enough I was easily able to dodge out of his way as well as get in a few punches as he ran by me, the Oninotsume was working with every hit came a new wound he was losing his touch, he was weakening and now was the time to strike, I released my Oninotsume and the claws faded away I didn't need to kill, it was not my place to kill a man especially in this village. I would bind this man and take him to the authorities and let him face their judgement for his crime. The man was a few feet away from me and I could see the man was having a hard time breathing, "Look you've lost there is no need to continue just surrender and I will take you to the authorities and you can get fixed up, if you continue you'll die". The man didn't listen he charged at me I dodged out of the way pushing him to the ground as he past me, with him on the ground I kick the kunai away and take a strap off my pants and bound his arms I then searched him and found the stolen winnings of the man, I picked the guy up off the ground, and we started to walk down the street towards the casino, where I hoped the man would still be with the authorities there as well. When I arrived at the casino my hopes came true as the man was standing there talking to someone, I walked the thief over to the man and said "he's a little beat up and needs some patching, but I got your winnings back"
