You were a Jounin at the start of that thread. So you can not train above jounin with that thread.

It doesn't matter, the thread happened between the transition from "A-Rank to S-Rank".

There is no reason for you to deny the training.

1) The transition between a Lower Rank to a Higher Rank is done gradually once you have gained the strength to be placed at that higher rank. You don't go to sleep and then wake up as another rank, that makes no sense.

2) From the Rules themselves, the only threads which don't allow you to train are Flashbacks, and mine is not one.

3) There is not a single sentence to describe how timeline works here, and I woud understand if you can't use threads that have FINISHED days before you request the rank up. However, mine was finished in the same day I requested it.

4) And the problem is not only this thread, because this unwritten rule basically is forcing me to drop out from the remaining Four Threads that I have going right now, since all of them started on the CE Event, and they're still going on because some role plays take time, and not all can be done in a day or two.

First of all. You can't train B rank jutsu when you are a genin or any thread you are a genin in. It actually remains the same with every rank. Same thing with stats. You were a Jounin when that thread started and so you can not train above Jounin stats. So train something else.
